For the registration we have to wait at least 2-3 hours.. And there is no First in First out system. And if someone who knows comes to the counter they will stop out registration and start to register there numbers.. All the sick people should wait in the que. Some people can't stand properly. The attended is not in the seat. She going here and there. Now no one in the seat.. Really disappointed about the nurses in this hospital..

This hospital mainly focuses on rheumatological conditions and rehabilitation of the people who need assistance to alleviate their disabilities. Also this hospital provide training for medical undergraduates and post graduates. Many other units are attached to this hospital like physiotherapy, occupational therapy etc. Sri lanka school of prosthesis and orthotics is also situated in here. Dedicated staff is there with a vision of helping the disabled to have a independent life back again. Loved the place.

Rheumatology and Rehabilitation Hospital (RRH) is the national hospital for Rehabilitation in Sri lanka and the Rheumatology patients of Colombo North Teaching Hospital are referred for the clinics at RRH. Rheumatology clinics are being carried out under 2 Consultant Rheumatologists from every Monday to Thursday. Rehabilitation services including Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Speech and language therapy and provision of prosthetics and orthosis via the Sri Lanka School of Prosthetists and orthotists are being done and Rehabilitation of many conditions including stroke, amputees, spinal injuries etc and paediatric Rehabilitation for children are also provided here.

I am grateful and happy to mention that the services of all the officials of this hospital, which is run for children and elderly patients with special needs, starting from the director to the minor workers, are provided with great earnestness and kindness.
