Thease people are trying to push us to add more extras to the vehicle service. It is not the normal service that we use to get from a normal service station. It is far more expensive. And the best thing is when you say no to those extras, the staff will treat you like mad. This was the worst customer care experience that l had in my life. I thoroughly disappointed with their service

Horrible just horrible customer service and efficiency it took me close to 6 hours to get a full service done... Terribly managed with people who don't have PR skills. A pic with cars without service men is shown.

They took money to clean the hood but it wasn't cleaned properly. Car Vacuum and body wash was not done properly the carpets weren't washed. There is dust near the spare wheel area it was not even cleaned.

Can’t comment much, but I had an “engine bay glazing” done from them - was satisfied with the work. Point to note: services are pricey, in my opinion.

I'm a regular customer who goes about once a month for wash , vacuum or detailing... Service is good, but sometimes washing is not done properly if you don't stay there and direct them to every nook and corner... May be due to new staff coming in regularly... Other than that I have found the place to be good in service and customer care....

Good place to do a full detail to your vehicle. They do a really good job when it comes to interior cleaning and exterior cut polish. Prices are reasonable when offers are considered.

I am normally visiting carepoint jaela but I happened to visit wattala branch for quick wash but their service is very poor. Washing people gets in car with wet body .car inside is getting wet., when I told foremen, he also just doesn't care. Their employees just work for salary they do not have locality towards the company.

care point is really expensive i wanted to do a under wash & a body wash it cost me 6950/- and extras is just a wax and Tyre polish very unreasonable. Under wash is 1900LKR vacuum and body wash is 950LKR very bad value my car seats were not cleaned since i took my dog to the clinic it was with dog hair was not cleaned properly. when showed they said lot were there and can't clean the ones that were here and there.

Worst customer dealing. Too much of waiting time. Totally dissappointed with this service. No friendly staff.

Got a lube service done on my car. Service was alright. Interior and exterior and the engine was looking good. Cost is higher when compared to Kleenpark. Only complain is that there is too much oiliness left on the exterior particularly in places like mud flaps which could attract collection of dust.

Be careful. Sometimes they are not provided quality service. But charges same.
