Hostess Yamuna, at Bivora Villa is extremely kind and welcoming. She sees and responds to the multitude of needs that surface so regularly to guests who travel. The villa is well managed, extremly well cared for and kept impeccably clean. Yamuna gives guests a genuine feeling of being at home in this lovely environment. All the reviews here are cheating, i think Villa owner wrote from fake ids. because based on this reviews i was stay this villa. i am staying this villa 17 Hours only (One day morning 3.30Am to same day evening 8.30Pm) they charged 2 days rent but based on reviews 7/24 hours check in. One bathroom for three rooms, heater not working, not provide breakfast and tea, Environment very darty.

The best experience we could have. The rooms are so beautiful, clean and comfortable. After arriving in Sri Lanka very tired after our flight, this was the perfect place to recharge. Free hot and cold water and tea are also provided. The host and the whole family are very friendly and welcoming and the traditional breakfast is very tasty. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will come back :)

Called owner 2 days in advance to book room and was confirmed one room for 4,300 rupee. However, when we arrived, owner told us room was fully booked so they DECIDED to send us to a 'friend's place. It was late and the area was remote so we had no choice but to ask to go there to have a look first. The 'friend's place is 2 kilo meters away and owner left us there before we confirmed if we would take the room or not. The 'friend's place is smaller but double the price for 8,000 rupee! We had to call owner several times and it was totally waste of time because owner said a lot of none sense and I felt we were talking to a robot. We ended up leaving the 'friend's place by ourselves and took tuktuk to somewhere else to find another place a couple of hours later. Their own room is very nice but be careful if they tell you about this 'friend'. If you don't want to risk it, avoid this place.

Room very clean and nice, spacious enough. Without mold like in so many rooms in Sri Lanka. Staff very accommodating. I will come back here without hesitation when I come from or go to the airport.

I spent here my last day and night in sri lanka before flying, this is the perfect place to destress and get a deep sleep, that is what we need after or before our trip! The villa is a silent and peaceful spot, surrounded by nice garden. Owners do their best to fullfill your requests. The main road is just five minutes walk, and there you catch buses to airport, to colombo and to negombo.

Great place to stay if we need to be close to the airport. Wonderful host. Clean and pleasant rooms.

Good place for the price tag: A/C, nice bed, communal space has teapot, tea/coffe. Bathroom a bit basic, with a common in this area shower near the toilet seat without any screen. Shower though has tream boiler so you'll never run out of hot water.

As for a night it’s really good place. + Polite and friendly English speaking staff + Near the airport + 24/7 check-in + Breakfast included + Air-con + Good price per night + Terrace + Quiet + Common washing machine + Common place for having a tea/coffee, bottled water (all for free) + Private toilette + bathroom + Bottled water (1,5L) in the room for free + Free Wi-Fi + You also can leave your suitcase for a while - Not so clean in bathroom - No shampoo, gel for a shower

You won’t get a better place for this price range in this area. Friendly owners with teapot, A/C, heater, tv, kitchen, refrigerator, toaster, drinking water, and with a beautiful balcony and a common living room.
