We had a wonderful experience at the Lanka Aqua Villa. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside. The rooms were clean & very comfortable, Spacious Bathrooms and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable specially Mr Asiri. He helped us throughout our trip planning & he allowed us for early check in and late check out, so this was a big plus. I highly recommend this Villa for anyone visiting to Bandaragama.

Can we live here forever?? Beautifully located with a lake, pool and lots of greenery, the staff felt like family, the rooms felt like home, yet somehow it always felt like holiday.... It is so beautiful. So calm and peaceful. It is so close to Colombo but so beautiful. It is well maintained compared to most properties in the vicinity. Clean and neat. A place to go and relax.

Lanka Aqua Villas was a beautiful place where you can relax and enjoy. Very spacious garden ending at the Bolgoda Lake. The food served was delicious and the service was very good. Good place for holiday visits

Amazing place by the bolgoda river side. Plenty of space and an amazing get away from city. Staff were wonderful and cooked some really good food. Place is well maintained!

This is our second visit to Lanka aqua villa, a beautiful property not too far from the city overlooking the Bolgoda lake. A perfect location for a weekend getaway or for an event. The proprietor is friendly and accomomadaing, the prices are reasonable, the rooms, toilets and the premises are clean, the in-house staff are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommend.

Celebrated a milestone event at this property in September 2020 and every guest had an awesome time.
