    I had a very bad experience with their cutomer service.Even Nurses don't know to speak for their customers.I think they must have couple of good training sessions about customer carering.

    It's just suitable for channeling services other than that not good for patients with serious conditions, they immediately transfer them to Wathupitiwala base hospital. It's a very irresponsible place, the staff is unaware of anything they're just a channeling centre not more than that

    Doctors are waiting till all patients come. So its no point of having earlier numbers. Patients have to spend their time without a reason.

    I have never seen this kind of place. No customer service as well as their schedule also not workable. If doctors have so many appointments in prevoius chanelling center they should give us an flexible time. if you dont have any imagency even if you have, dont come to this place. its better to go general hospital.

    One of the very few private hospitals found in Nittambuwa town. Customer care is really bad. All of the staff doesnt care a bit about the customers. Further they are not treating for cough and fever. They ask to go to Wathupitiwala government hospital. Further cannot do card payments. Its a real headache.

    I recently visited Sirisanda Cooperative Hospital and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service provided. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. In particular, I would like to commend Nilukshi at the reception desk for her excellent customer service. She was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was as smooth and comfortable as possible.     Cost for everything is cheaper. The staff is experienced and also friendly. Do not expect five star facilities. The facilities can definitely be improved. You can also channel many specialist doctors here.

    A good place. Spacious. Nice staff, very helpful. Yes, at times it's crowded & we feel frustrated, pls don't forget it's a cooperative hospital... So most administrative things are manual. Thank you for the service.

    They cannot answer a telephone call. After repeated phonecalls they just answer and disconnect the line to get rid. No telephone etiquettes. Poor attitude. Worst place to go for a treatment. I REPEAT "WORSE".

    Not a good place for OPD service. Had to visit because there was not any other place to get medicine in the morning. Doctor who was available at the time i visited, wasn't able find the right illness i was faced. Waste of money.

    I just called to get a doctor appointement for my mother. The lady who picked up the phone seems to be hating entire world. It is not nice for a hospital to have such person who is bombarding to the potential clients as telephone operator. The authority of the hospital needs to consider this very seriously.

Specially The telephone operator is the worst part of it and They are sain they have 24 hours service but no one attended the telephone calls after 11.30 pm. Sspecially telephone operator replies are very arrogant and hits the words in very bad manner hurting the customer. They think they are the most superior people in the whole world.
