Great place,great sevice and 100% privacy

A great place to stay with family or friends specially in this covid situation without going to crowded places. It can accommodate around 10 adults. 3 double rooms and a one room with 2 bunk beds. Kitchen has almost everything you need either to prepare tea or cook. Cutlery are available with adequate plates and other stuff. Swimming pool also clean and has baby pool area. There’s direct access to beach through a gate, however it doesn’t look nice and may not be safe to go to beach during night time. AC might not adequate during day times in some rooms but works well during nighttime.

Good place to go and spend a day outing with your family or office buddies. Quite and calm place. You can have nice view of the sea. Can enjoy the pool area and very spacious. Management is also very good.

Love this place! It's beautiful. Our host Anura and his family are the best! Nothing is to much for him. Beautifully decorated villa, a stylish mix of antique Sri Lankan & contemporary furniture. The biggest bed I've ever slept in and a beautiful walled garden with a pool & a gate out to the beach! Each bedroom has its own climate control AC unit with remote. The bed linen was like sleeping on silk! I always bring my own pillow, but didn't use it once.. The pillows are great and have gel inside them to keep your head cool. Anura can arrange the best day trips or overnight trips I strongly recommend a holiday here. Two weeks wasn't long enough. It was like having the best hotel all to ourselves! Anura understands westerners needs & wants... the Sri Lankan food was superb! You have to have one of his avocado breakfast smoothies! They are amazing & keep you going all day when out sightseeing. Best Of the best.. Highly Recommend this hotel. It’s Really Calm and Relaxing place ever. Direct access to the beach and that is awesome.. rooms are clean and nicely arranged.. staff is very friendly and polite.. swimming pool is clean & cool.. and the garden is really nice.. I really like the view.. if you love the beach this is the place you have to choose.. they have roof deck and in that place you can watch sunset & the sunrise.. that view is awesome and you might feel it.. worth for every cent you spent.. high privacy and good security.. i love the place and I recommend this hotel for beach lovers…

Very friendly owner. Very clean villa. Pool was the best part of the villa and it was amazing and clean. Affordable prices. Around 10 people could stay in the whole villa. Could order all 3 meals from the owner it self. Delicious food too.

Lovely big villa, well equipt. Great outside pool and dining area, very private and loved hearing the waves and seeing the stars from the pool. The house manager and chef were fantastic, every polite, helpful and acccomodating. Lovely breakfast. Great location to explore. Myself, husband, two kids 4yrs & 2yrs, and my in-laws really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Amazing place, exceeded all expectations, very spacious and modern. Anura our host is fantastic with a wealth of knowledge and helped us plan our tour. Swimming pool is great and the sound of the sea is so soothing. Would recommend to anyone for a hassle free stay in Sri Lanka .

Environment 5/5 Service 5/5 Facilities 5/5 If owner change the villa's color theme (suggest white color theme) I think place will be more beautiful and it will help to attract more tourist.
