This hospital is fabulous. The Doctors, nurses, and everyone are amazing. Everyone there so professional, caring, and kind. The hospital is so clean and comfortable. An they just go above and beyond. They tend to you as quickly as possible but they don't cut corners. They make sure you are ready to go and cared for before leaving. Also they set you up with the doctors you need for follow up care if needed. An don't waste no time in doing so. Also there portal is fabulous and makes it so easy to contact any of your Advent health care team. An easy prescription refills threw the portal. Im so very thankful for all these folks,

I have always been so impressed with Advent Health, even while it was still Park Ridge. I have taken my kids to their pediatric office for over 15 years, taken my kids to their ER, had a grandchild born there, and my doctor is at Advent. I have never had a bad experience with them. The staff is so kind and friendly and takes time to hear your needs and concerns without rushing you through the appointment. They may you feel like a person and not just another patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I always look forward to receiving a call from Misty. She shows concern for my well-being, and she always has suggestions to help me through a rough period. But more than that; she is fun to talk to. She always cheers me up, and she has a way of making me feel special. I’ve been seeing doctors for over 70 years, and AdventHealth is the first medical practitioner to actually keep in touch with me to make sure I’m okay. It’s a great experience.

I am just so amazed that health service could be so good. AdventHealth has the best medical care and employees from scheduling, checking in and every single person I encountered. The test technician was great preparing me for what I was going to feel. The doctor came in and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish explaining everything she was going to do. She was so personable. What a blessing.

If there were the option to give TEN stars I would! My experience at Advent's ER was excellent! I cannot recommend them strongly enough. Not only were they able to figure out what the heck was wrong with me, but they were kind, caring, and entirely approachable--patient in answering my questions and taking such good care of me. From housekeeping to the guard at the door to check-in, triage, the nurses, and the doctors--everyone was so helpful and kind. I would like to share my experience with a family member I had this afternoon in the emergency room. I cannot give enough thanks to the very limited staff and also the very small space they have to work in right now due to the remodeling. Every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly, courteous, and attentive to everyone’s needs. They treated me just as well as the patient. They are slammed and overwhelmed as you can imagine. But I can say I witnessed the best teamwork I have seen since Covid started at this ER. The staff are super busy but by the attitudes I seen you could not tell. Everyone was working together and the flow was amazing. This is definitely the only emergency room my family and I will use from now on. I cannot praise the very very small staff they had enough on a job well done. Other facilities should really take notes. I really was truly amazed at the teamwork.

As a new patient of 74 years old, I had a longish list of medications and conditions. Very friendly and interested, and welcoming staff met my needs completely. I was there a little over an hour. Felt well taken care of, and confident that I would be well taken care of in the future.

Advent Hospital gets the highest rating from me! I went into the ER last week to have my heart checked, since I was under unusual stress. Everyone was thorough, kind, competent, and friendly. I immediately felt at ease. Everything was very clean. The doctors, nurses, and all the staff always informed me of what was going on and why. Even the hospital food tasted great to me! :)

Literally the nicest, kindest ER experience I’ve ever had. They are doing renovation on the waiting room, so when I walked in I was a little nervous about the small space. But from meeting the woman who checked me in, to the really sweet woman who ran my CT scan (I can’t remember her name — she was working 10/24 overnight.) to my nurse Chrissy who was extremely nice, to Dr. Drake who, from the moment she walked in, was upbeat, smiling, thoughtful and caring. Thank you so so much for the A+ excellent care. I feel safe and cared for. This is the only hospital ER I will go to from now on.

I just to say thank you to the HOPE unit. The staff took care of me like I was one of their own family members. I came in pretty sick but the Dr and Staff were there every step of the way. I look forward to seeing them again...not for sickness but for the many recovery programs they offer. But if it is sickness that I do find them again, I know I will be in good hands. Oh and I really enjoyed the food. Plus this facility is spotless. Clean Thanks again

This was my first visit here, I left a practice that I had been with for 30 years. My experience was what my old practice had been 15 years ago. I truly feel I will get the care and attention that I have craved for the past 15 years. I don't think here they will diagnose me with a virus from the parking lot. They might actually run a test. The staff actually looks you in the eye. Couldn't say enough good about my new physician on this first visit. I just hope I was as good a patient as they were a provider.

Dr. Corn is wonderful. He listens, addresses all my concerns and is extremely pleasant. I am very satisfied and look forward to continuing to be his patient. All the staff are wonderful. Office is extremely clean and masks must be worn. Easy to use their portal to view summary or schedule appointments. I would highly recommend this practice. Very well run.

I had an issue with my gallbladder and ended up in Missions ER and sat in the waiting room for 11 hours only to be told I needed to have it removed and to follow up with their surgery team who never returned my calls. So I took my business here and let me tell you I'll NEVER go back to mission. Not only was I seen quickly in the ER but I was also put on the schedule for surgery within the next 4 days. Every single person here was helpful and kind. It was my first time ever having surgery and everyone took the time to let me know I was safe and everything was going to be fine. Everyone here had wonderful bedside manner and I felt like I was in good hands. I will absolutely recommend this hospital to everyone.

Great facility, Dr. Jones is attentive and takes his time. Phlebotomist was excellent, first time in 15 years someone was able to draw blood from my arm and not my hand. Love their front office staff. They went over and above to get my husband and I rescheduled when we had to be out of town due to an unforeseen emergency. Grateful we were able to get into this practice as our primary care after moving to the area.

The staff here are pleasant and willing to help any way they can and appointments are always on time. Nurses are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for patients. They make going to the doctor a positive experience instead of a dreaded one. I appreciate them all, and Dr. Caldwell is the best!

Everyone at the office is nice and cordial. My Psychiatrist is wonderful! He is very easy to talk to. He LISTENS and HEARS me. When I send a message on the portal, I hear back from him in a few hours or less. It makes me feel always supported. I am so fortunate to have him on MY TEAM!

My new patient appointment with Dr. Campbell was much more than I expected. She was so thorough and spent time listening to my concerns. She provided me with meaningful feedback and expressed a genuine interest in my well-being. Her staff was also welcoming and supportive. Thank you!

Everyone at Advent who was involved in my care, from the nurses and the doctors down to the meal crew and the cleaning crew, everyone was amazing. I want to give Cindy Noland a special thank you. She is absolutely incredible. She is so professional and caring, talks you through everything, just a wonderful person all around. This is my second time giving birth there with a fantastic experience and I’d go back time and time again.

I have been at Advent Hendersonville three times in two. Care was excellent. Unfortunately, my last visit included surgery. Please the pictures attached. This is what the surgical team did to secure my arm before surgery. Obviously, the thought I was the Incredible Hulk, or they did not care about the damage they did by the way they secured my arm. No one should be tied in such a way that, ten days later, my arm is still black and blue and painful. I hope sone reads this and addresses this issue. In every other way, Advent gives excellent care

I don't have one negative thing to say about this place. Other than the fact that I'm moving soon and will no longer have access to this amazing facility! From the moment I walked in for an emergency, the woman at the front desk was so kind. All of the staff I encountered for my tests and diagnostics were so inviting and so kind to me. My nurse, Madeline, was such a sweet soul. She did an excellent job talking me through everything and explaining the reasons behind everything they did for me that night. The CT tech was such a hoot! He really kept me at ease as I'd never done a CT scan before. Again, every single staff member I encountered was so kind and made me feel like I was truly being prioritized for the sake of my physical and mental health and not my money. The hospital itself is kept very clean and put together. Might I also add it was on a Saturday around 4 or 4:30pm that I got there and after several tests, diagnostics, and rounds of fluid treatments, I only spent about 4 hours there before I was discharged. Mission hospital could never... thank you Advent Health. <3

The staff was very helpful and understanding. The ER doctor was superb. The nurses were excellent. They were very busy that night but treated me as if I was their only patient.

Absolutely excellent experience. I live in Hendersonville and Advent is now my hospital of choice. Not one employee we met failed to Smile and greet us. I had an MRI and everyone was above top notch. Had a CT scan the previous week with the same experience. Great Job to everyone. Thank you so much

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Jaime Roy is simply the best. She always listens and offers helpful , and practical options to improve our health. She never pushes excess in medication. She is a great listener, and we always feel better after seeing her. Any practice is blessed to have her.

All the staff are very kind and courteous. I was worried about the test I was having done but their smiles and excellent communication set me at ease quickly. The Doctors I have met there are extremely knowledgeable with an easy going demeanor. I wish all my doctors appointments were like this one today.

Dr. Cannon was extremely professional. She shared her thoughts on what may be happening and explained what she thought may or may not be happening. Before I left the office she had arranged a follow up with another physician and spoke with him about what might have happened. She also ordered my tests stat and called me promptly with the results as she was not going to be in the office next week. Thank you for caring. If anyone needs a good doctor, I highly recommend her!

I must say that Dr Wilt is so great at his job. What a great doctor! Possibly the BEST Cardiologist you could hope for. He is sensitive and you can feel the care with his bedside manner. Highly recommend if you need a new doctor. No one else is checking my heart! Kudos to Advent Medical Center as well as Kathy (nurse) who is also excellent at her job. Kathy knows her stuff!

Employees at all job descriptions are courteous and great at there jobs. They make you feel like your the most important patient. I get quality care. My surgery went so well.

Every one I have encountered has been very helpful and kind. The golf cart driver, Fred, went the extra mile to make my visit as comfortable as possible. He is wonderful. All my visits to wound care have been met with care and compassion. It really shows you care. Thanks 🙏

My husband went in for hernia out patient surgery. Our experience was wonderful. Staff and doctors were kind, communicative, considerate and very supportive. Last evening after getting home he said it was the best experience he could have possibly had. The surgery went smoothly and his recovery is going to be very successful. Thank you!

My first visit to establish care this week was a pleasure ! The front desk staff were welcoming, professional and courteous. Being greeted w a smile and kind attitude goes a long way to make a patient comfortable and put them at ease. The nurse was warm, friendly and efficient. The physician, Dr Jones was thorough and professional, but also listened attentively and took the time to have a helpful dialogue around questions. I left feeling well cared for, respected and very pleased w the overall experience. What a great find as a new resident! 5 star treatment

The staff is pleasant, helpful and genuine. Dr Singer is outstanding. She is obviously in tune with her patients as she spends time listening and shows genuine concern while offering alternative treatments for issues. I don't feel like I am a number but a person whom she really cares for my health and concerns. This is the primary reason I left my prior physician of 16 years as he overbooked and pushed patients through like cattle. Thanks Dr. Singer and staff, don't lose your personable touch.

I had complex lumbar surgery and my experience from pre-op to discharge was awesome. Nursing staff and physical therapists were great. I have been a nurse for 40 years and was very impressed. Would recommend Advent Health to everyone! Thank you!

Dr Hardin does a great job looking after my heart health. I like the yearly checkups and monitoring to make sure everything is running smoothly. Whenever a symptom doesn't seem right he does extensive tests or monitoring to make sure my heart stays healthy.

Shann Davis, my Dr. is always great and caring. No short cuts, no rushing. His assistant was also phenomenal (painless flu shot) and the lab tech who drew my blood painlessly, also fantastic. Great visit.

Very good experience, everyone I met was friendly and helpful. The facility was modern and clean, the technician was well mannered and knowledgeable. The procedure was on time and the data was read quickly. Your Doctor wrote a report and sent it to my Dr before I had drove home. Very impressive, thanks!

I was very impressed with the kindness and courtesy of the office staff. The medical staff far surpassed the attentiveness to my concerns and knowledge of my history than professionals in any other medical practice of which I have been a patient in the past 25 years! Brion, Rachael, and Lynette were exceptional!

All the staff are very pleasant and professional. I especially like my physician, Dr. Gwendolyn Smith. I feel she is genuinely interested in my well-being and is very thorough in her assessments and treatment recommendations. I will truly miss her when she relocates to South Carolina next year but I intend to find another physician with Advent Health.

Front desk greeted me with smiles and was very accommodating. My nurse/medical assistant was kind, took time taking my information, and was very professional in asking my medical questions. Dr. Jackson is tops in his field. He answered all of my questions, explained new prescriptions, and discussed future goals. I felt he had an interest in my overall health and how I could improve my everyday life. This office is great!

It was an excellent experience! Very expedient, and I did not have that sense of being rushed by the staff that I have had in other Medical establishments. Dr. Neuenschwander is very experienced and explained things in terms I could understand and really put my mind at ease. I appreciate these people very much!

I was greeted as soon as I arrived. I previously checked in on line. I waited about 5 minutes. The nurse took me in the exam room. She was friendly and was genuinely interested in me as a person first then as a patient. Dr Haverlin was smiling when she came in the room. She is very personable and we had a short and thorough visit. I felt valued by everyone in this practice.

Felt because I had not been recently for my annual physical I was treated very poorly by the doctor. Nurses were lovely. Mind you when I tried to be seen during the pandemic for concerns they wouldn’t see me without a Covid test so I didn’t come in. Will be finding a new doctor.

Amazingly run clinic! Everyone I talked to was kind and helpful, especially Dr. Fleck. She was thorough, attentive, and clear, always making sure I understood what was going on. I strongly recommend both Dr. Fleck and the clinic in general.

Care from nurses, anesthesiologist, and my surgeons team were great. The only complaint I have is the last nurse I dealt with during my discharge made me feel like she was rushing us out, going fast with my wheel chair through the halls and while helping me use the bathroom before leaving. ( which I needed help doing after surgery to both feet.) other than that care was exceptional.

Dr Garris and staff are great! He is just the best doctor. Very caring and great bedside manner. I'm so glad I found him and pray he doesn't retire any time soon.

My experience at AdventHealth Candler was outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Andrea Frost was exceptional in every respect, and there simply aren't enough superlatives to describe her. Indeed, Dr. Frost is a credit to her profession, as she embodies all the admirable qualities that patients desire in their doctor. I feel privileged to have her as my physician, as Dr. Frost is a consummate professional who treats everyone in a compassionate and holistic manner--forming a genuine partnership in which she listens to and respects patients' values and concerns. Stated succinctly, she represents the highest standards of her noble profession, and finding my way to Dr. Frost was the equivalent of Christmas in July!

Dr. Smith and the staff treated me like family! Everyone was professional and prompt about answering questions and meeting my needs. I required several referrals and they were ordered and scheduled promptly. I’m new to the area and feel so relieved to have a doctor I can count on!

I was greeted upon arrival and waited less than 10 minutes to be called back. The staff (front desk assistants, the doctor’s nurse, and the doctor) were personable and professional with all aspects of my visit. I had a great experience with Advent Health. From the time I checked in until I left, everyone was pleasant! I got a thorough explanation of everything being done to me. Which was great to not have to wonder what was going on, or being confused. Everyone I came in contact with had a great attitude, and made me feel at ease. I have already told family members what a good experience I had, and that I will come there for any other issues I may have. My husband told me if I ever have to call an ambulance for him then have them drive him to Advent!

I had a great experience at my doctor's office today. I had my annual physical and Dr. Wander gave me a thorough exam as always. He went over all my blood work results and explained each finding to my satisfaction. All the staff were helpful and courteous.

My wife brought me in due to an issue I was having with shortness of breath. The ER was very efficient and caring. I did not wait long to be brought into a room and be tended to. The nurses and doctors were all concerned about my total well being. I was admitted and my problems were remedied. Every aspect including discharge was handled with professional caring efficiency. Thank you everyone. I am home and doing much better.

My appointment for a mammogram was so quick a little painless. These ladies that work there are so great and make you feel at ease. In and out in no time at all. Thank you for all they do in every part of the hospital.

I saw Laura Long, PA in Dr Robert Smith’s office. I went in for a physical and I must say that Laura and nurse Lindy were both very thorough. Explained everything and made the visit very pleasing. I was so at ease while there and would recommend Forge Mountain medicine to everyone.

I have been with AdventHealth going on eight years now I have nothing except for the best is the best to say about them. They have been nothing except for kind. My team has always been amazing whenever I’m there for my pregnancies. My doctor is phenomenal. His nurse is the best the entire team that is there to help me through. My high risk pregnancy’s have all been phenomenal which is why I continue to stay at that facility. I recommend this place above all to anybody if they want to make sure that they are taken care of. I encourage to go to this place that’s a Towell is phenomenal my midwife, which I’ve never had before until this year is amazing, my nurse is phenomenal. The whole team is just the best and I encourage any mothers if they’re not getting what they need from their OB/GYN try this place you will not regret it again I have been there going on nine years.

I have never been able to say I love my Doctor. Well, after becoming a patient of Cory Anderson's, I can scream it from the rooftops. He doesn't make you wait forever to be seen, he is relatable and easy to talk to, and most importantly he takes his time and LISTENS! I'm so grateful to have found him and his team. I'm pretty sure I've already recommended him to 30+ coworkers/friends. Worth the drive!

I was very impressed with the facility, and the remarkable friendliness of all the staff. I was just a bit put off by the "bedside manner" of the anesthesiologist, who seemed to have his standard intro to general anesthesia memorized in such a way that he didn't adjust it to be more relatable for me. But much more importantly, recovery from the surgery is going amazingly well.

I'm very happy with my visit. I wasn't sure what was going on, but she took the time to listen and to put me at ease. When you have an issue with your health it can be scary. You sometimes worry you won't say the whole issue. She didn't jump to the first thought that came to mind. She took the time to make a determination and ask good questions. She also took the time to explain and to let me know that it would improve.

Dr. Scott is the best gynecologist I've ever been to. She and her staff are caring, kind, and helpful. I never feel rushed. All of my questions are answered and I leave feeling good knowing that I'm getting the very best care.

It was a reassuring visit. The nurse was thorough in reviewing my chart and made updates. Dr. Roques-Davis was kind and took time to listen and answer my questions. Together we decided on a path forward with medication. I feel like I am in "good hands."

Everyone from the reception area, Melissa & Vesna were absolutely wonderful! My husband who was my everything passed away in November and it meant the world to me how sincerely compassionate & concerned everyone was about me. The staff at Advent Hospital in Hendersonville, NC are a wonderful group of people. They are courteous, friendly, caring, and capable. My sister has needed treatment several times and they have always treated her with the respect she deserves. I am very impressed with the level of care I’ve seen from every employee I’ve met. I had issues trying to schedule my appointment even though Advent Health had sent me a letter telling me it was time for my mammogram. Once I arrived at the site that I always go, I was told my appointment was at the hospital and not where I was. The checkin lady was very helpful in getting my appointment switched so that I didn’t have to drive 20 minutes away. I was told the scheduling lady should have asked which location I wanted to go to but that never happened. The technician was wonderful and helped me feel better after the initial stress.

I took my 9 year old son to see Dr. Maddox. We both really liked him! Dr. Maddox was very professional, genuine, warm, and took the time to answer all my questions. From the time we checked in, all of the staff were nice, professional, and very helpful.

I am so glad I changed doctors and am now a patient at Advent Health. Every person at this practice is kind, friendly and helpful. I have complete confidence in their care and treatment. Doctors, nurses, lab technicians and the office staff are all amazing.
