I recently got a keratin hair treatment called Nano plasty done at Shahnaz Husain by Barkha and I must say I am beyond happy with the results. It has made my hair so silky and straightened it as well. I feel it's also repaired my hair and made it thicker! So glad I don't need to rely on straightening and blow drying anymore

I was gonna try this place out for my lashes and facial but not after reading the helpful reviews. I really hate wasting money period specially on companies who just think they've done a good job, sometimes knowing they clearly haven't and then make out your the1 with the problem when they're supposed to be making the customers happy about the service they're paying for or they just don't really care overall. There's afew good lash teachnicions around west Auckland who work from home and honestly they do the best job to make sure their customers are happy with their work. You can find them on Instagram. I'm gonna just stick with them.

I booked appointment prior after confirming through email and phone for draping saree for myself and my friend (mom of bride) for a wedding ceremony. We even went in personal to confirm. My friend got in first and within few minutes I saw she came out completely messed up. The lady who was doing it had no idea how to do it. Tried multiple times and failed. We went there to get it done professionally cause it was for wedding. I had to cancel mine. Our time was wasted and had to rush. Cant explain how much stress we were in. (Should mention that the hair was done for my friend which was really good)

I get my waxing and eyebrows done from Mamta who is super dedicated and her service is to perfection. She is quick and is a very hard working individual. This place needs to be looked at. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Eyelash extensions were so hard and irritating. There were poking my eyes and I left with red burning eyes. The lady did not care I was in pain. It’s like super glued my eyes she definitely isn’t trained and I want to pursue my complaint further because she refuse a refund no matter the pain and discomfort I am in. I have doctor appointment to check my eyes as not have what feels like scratches on the Iris area. DO NOT GO HERE! Money hungry UNTRAINED EYELASH TECH. soon someone will teach them a real lesson

I got my eyebrows done here today, the service was ok but not the best. When the service started, they asked if I wanted brow mapping, they didn’t mention any extra costs and said it’s good. I agreed. My aunty has hesitant to get hers but the lady continued to ask until she said yes. When it came to pay they doubled the original price and said it was because of the brow mapping leaving the total at $40 without any warning. This would have been fine if they mentioned the additional price.

I was extremely happy with the results, Barkha did an excellent job, I will really recommend to get your hair done by her she’s amazing and makes you feel welcomed.

I had my plant stem cell facial today. It was a very detailed facial. It had so many steps and each one felt amazing. Ms. Barkha did my facial. It was really good. She has magical fingers.
