I ordered a sausage and egg muffin combo from the drive-thru today. When I got home, I realised no egg was in the muffin. It's frustrating not to get what I paid for. It seems like they didn't train their staff correctly on how to make food. This was the second time I experienced this frustration. Very disappointing.

P1 is the Large fries I ordered in Mcdonald Westgate, P2 is same Large fries I ordered in another McDonald’s. No wonder this store got such low rankings👎🏻Will never come to this Mc again.

I’m near death writing this. At 9pm on Friday night I wanted to treat myself, just to a little burger, I was nothing but a hungry boy. I ordered my burger, chips and medium Fanta and it got to me with such grace and care. I prance inside and sit down, excited to eat my meal. I eat it and I am fine, the only unpleasantness is the coldness of the chips but that’s what I get for using Doordash, that’s entirely my fault. I finish my food and I get a small stomach cramp, nothing major, maybe it’s my lack of water? I go to sleep a few hours later thinking my stomach pain will be gone by the time I wake, how I wish that was true. At 3 am I wake up to a hellish sound emanating from my stomach, like god had punished me for all my wrong doings and sin by putting a hell hound inside of me. I sprinted up and got to the bathroom as quick as I could, prepared for what satan himself forced onto me. I will spare the gorey details but I woke up my cousin who is an extremely heavy sleeper. Once I was done I went back to bed and minded my own business and I wish that was the last of it. Two hours later I was awoken again with the same pain and same noises. The same thing happened to me and God bless my toilet for carrying through. Mcdonald’s west gate you have cursed my entire bloodline, I do not know what sick game you play at but something will be done, my family will avenge me.

Don't order the Serious Angus from here. They don't know how to make it. Just ordered two, BOTH had no bacon 🥓 and were slopped into the container. This is the THIRD time i have been here in the past few months and there is always ingredients missing.

Hands down the most disgusting McDonalds. Food order took FOREVER, served with a thump on the table, missing portions, half full cups and chips.. and the playground is completely unventilated and smells FOUL… and there is dried vomit right up the top. Clearly no one who works here or owns the places cares at all because every review is just terrible. Come on guys, take a little pride in your work!

First time been here in a while absolutely disgusting how dirty and unclean this place is, won’t be back to this one, food was ok as usual chips cold and half soggy, as for service when spoke to worker had zero response do better McDonald's west gate

The staff could probably use a refresher on caring for their facilities. The toilets were dirty, the tables were full of rubbish, and the bins were overflowing. Our sodas tasted like they had been filled with ice and set aside until all the ice had melted; by the time my family got their drinks, they were warm and flat. I don't normally complain about businesses, but I am disappointed that I spent money on 5 drinks that no one drank. I will not be returning to this location.

I had waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a simple order and then to come across that the lady who gave our food said the correct order but actually gave us a completely different order forgetting out chicken nuggets and fries, I would have gone back to change this but the line took to long and it was past midnight, very disappointed in this McDonald’s and hope it never happens again because this was actually a disgrace.
