I
the
type
to
complain
but
my
last
2
experiences
with
Auckland
lash
and
brow
have
been
extremely
disappointing.
I
have
been
a
client
for
about
7
years
now
and
was
seeing
this
amazing
lash
artist
so
encountered
no
issues
ever.
She
has
since
moved
to
korea
so
I
have
been
trying
a
couple
different
lash
artist
since.
The
experience
was
not
up
the
the
standard
I
am
used
to
with
Auckland
lash
and
brow
with
regards
to
lash
isolation
and
the
new
lash
artist
being
extremely
rough
when
removing
lashes.
I
didn't
say
anything
for
a
while
as
it
wasn't
bad
enough
to
complain
about
it,
just
made
sure
to
communicate
with
the
lash
artist
when
I
was
uncomfortable.
However
the
last
time
I
got
my
lashes
done,
everything
was
horrible.
The
application
was
termble
and
the
lash
artist
kept
accidentally
pulling
my
real
lashes
out
when
doing
my
infi.
After
that,
I
went
to
pay
and
somehow
got
charged
extra
so
they
said
I
could
use
that
towards
my
next
appointment.
When
i
left,
it
was
the
first
time
i
had
complained
and
said
if
i
could
organise
a
time
to
come
back
and
fix
my
lashes
as
they
were
really
uncomfortable
but
wanted
to
give
it
a
couple
weeks
for
my
lashes
to
grow
back
after
being
pulled
out.
I
went
in
today
to
get
them
fixed
after
my
last
experience
and
not
only
did
they
keep
rearranging
my
appointment
beforehand
I
had
to
pay
in
full
after
they
damaged
my
lashes
last
time.
And
when
I
went
to
ask
if
I
could
use
the
credit
from
my
last
appointment
that
I
paid
extra
for,
the
lady
said
sure
and
then
still
charged
me
the
full
amount.
I
am
beyond
disappointed
with
the
treatment
I
have
been
given
after
being
such
a
loyal
customer
you
would
think
auckland
lash
and
brow
would
value
their
