Great environment. Nhi was amazing, gentle and always made sure I felt comfortable during my session. Explained what she was doing and gave me some feedback on what was done wrong with my lashes from another tech which helped a lot. Overall was a great experience especially since it was my first visit. Highly recommend 👌

My first time here and it was great. Gave me perfect recommendation in what set would suit me and my last tech Amy was very gentle, quiet and polite. Will definitely go back 💗 got a classic set which I love a more natural look.Perfect environment ❤️

I wish I loved it but unfortunately I suffered a burn from the wax. When it was on I let the therapist know it was burning which she said was normal however when I was passed the mirror I noticed I had a burn on my forehead and had to go to the doctors for treatment

I had the pleasure of having my eyelashes done by Nhi. I have been to many beauty salons to get lashes done but unfortunately have had very bad experiences. This is the first time I have left a salon loving my lashes and not having any pain at all. Nhi is so amazing and very skilled. She even gave me lovely recommendations of lashes that would suit my face shape and my smile. This will be the only salon I get my lashes done. Thank you so much Nhi. You are amazing 🥰🥰🥰

I never write reviews nor am I the type to complain but my last 2 experiences with Auckland lash and brow have been extremely disappointing. I have been a client for about 7 years now and was seeing this amazing lash artist so encountered no issues ever. She has since moved to korea so I have been trying a couple different lash artist since. The experience was not up the the standard I am used to with Auckland lash and brow with regards to lash isolation and the new lash artist being extremely rough when removing lashes. I didn't say anything for a while as it wasn't bad enough to complain about it, just made sure to communicate with the lash artist when I was uncomfortable. However the last time I got my lashes done, everything was horrible. The application was termble and the lash artist kept accidentally pulling my real lashes out when doing my infi. After that, I went to pay and somehow got charged extra so they said I could use that towards my next appointment. When i left, it was the first time i had complained and said if i could organise a time to come back and fix my lashes as they were really uncomfortable but wanted to give it a couple weeks for my lashes to grow back after being pulled out. I went in today to get them fixed after my last experience and not only did they keep rearranging my appointment beforehand I had to pay in full after they damaged my lashes last time. And when I went to ask if I could use the credit from my last appointment that I paid extra for, the lady said sure and then still charged me the full amount. I am beyond disappointed with the treatment I have been given after being such a loyal customer you would think auckland lash and brow would value their

I loved the shape of my brows however not even 5 days after getting a brow tint the tint has fully gone. I have followed all after care instructions as i was told on my way out of the appointment. A bit dissapointed as when i get them done elsewhere or do it myself at home it lasts atleast 3-4 weeks

I went here for a brow wax, wanting a general tidy up. The lady mapped out where she was going to wax and I approved as the lines were outside of my brow shape and I was just looking for a tidy up. Upon finishing she didn’t show me in a mirror and it was only as I drove away and looked in the mirror that I realised she had waxed and changed the shape of my eyebrows. They were so much thinner, almost half the width of my eyebrows prior to the wax and I was absolutely guttered. I immediately called them starihht away and the worker offered a refund which I really appreciated. The salon called me back a few hours later requesting photos and my bank account number. It has been almost two weeks and I have not heard back via email or phone, nor have I recieved any sort of refund. Would not recommend

Thank you to the beautiful Zhi who looked after me on Thursday 24/08 11:30 appointment. I am heavily pregnant and have only been here throughout my pregnancy for refills or new sets and have been treated with the absolute best customer service. Throughout my pregnancy I am offered cushions to support me and bubs while on the side, helping hand to hop on and off the bed and help myself to the lollies on the waiting table :) I highly recommend this place if you are pregnant or just in general looking for a A+ service. All staff have looked after me while being a regular and I am impressed. Thank you gals I will bring bubs in to meet yous!

I had a half set of lash extensions with Chloe. She was gentle and polite. I had a full set done by another salon 2 years ago which were too itchy, but these ones are much better - perhaps because of being half as many lashes, or maybe the work is better this time. So far so good, and the lashes are a natural glamour look.

Such a beautiful calm salon. Absolutely loved the whole experience and can't wait to go back in couple months. The tea are absolutely warm welcoming friendly and caring. I got brow lamination for the 1st time and obsessed with the results. Thank you Nini

I had the combination brows done at the Westgate branch by a lady who cannot speak English at all. It made it very difficult to communicate what I wanted and she also didn’t do any consult with me just jumped straight onto the job. I stopped her once I heard the needle start up and asked what is she doing what shape are the brows going to be what colour etc and she couldn’t understand me one bit. I showed her images on my phone to make her understand and she nodded yes so I assumed she knew what I was talking about. 2 hours later I see the end result and I’m horrified. The brows are way to thick for my face. I tried to voice my concerns to the artist but again she had no idea what I was saying. I was so upset I paid and left. I decided to send the company an email to voice my concerns and see if there is anything that can be done. I haven’t heard back from them either so I’ve decided to write this review in hopes that others won’t have to go through what I did. Now I wake up every day and cry when I look at myself in the mirror. It has really taken a toll on my self esteem. I really don’t know what to do now 😢

Lovely people, showed up exactly on time and had to wait less then 2 minutes to be seen, very fast and great job, loved how they cleaned my eyes and prepped them very well before doing the eyelash extensions. very satisfied and will definitely be going back
