Dr Matti is a useless piece of work. I have edited this as of 18/09/23 but the above statement still applies. Be warned, this dr has accused me of having a tramadol dependency after completely ignoring the fact I had a broken clavicle. What he had done is actually write a baseless accusation on my permanent records. I am sober 5+ years and this is blatantly discrediting all my hard work. I have been in touch with the health and disability/privacy commisioner to get this erased from my file. He had 20 working days to reply to my complaint, and as predicted, did nothing. If you have any complaints about a dr you need to persevere. I'm not the one you can just write lies about and get away with it. I've fought too hard to be where I am today. Also pictured below is tramadol I have left over. Why would I have any left over if I had a dependency on them? They were prescribed to me after Namir refused to help me, by an actual Dr who did my surgery. Also pictured is the Dr you should avoid at all costs! Go online (bettr/tend) or to Lincoln road! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Wouldn't give me tramadol for my broken collarbone saying it should be healed by now and basically insinuating I just wanted to have them because I'm dependant on them (yes I was dependant on pain relief because NO my collarbone had not healed in fact it was obvious to a blind person that the bone was protruding from my clavicle and I ended up having major surgery) even though I had a specialist appt in 3 days (who gave me tramadol) so I was in unnecessary agony for 3 days !!DO!! !!NOT!! !!RECOMMEND!! THIS !! DR!! Also the booking system for appointments is heavily flawed!!

Dr Hussain Al Jumaili and all the staff is super friendly and assist with disabled patients with best way possible.

Even when you make an appointment you don't get seen on time, the doctors are to careless with time keeping. Not to mention having to wait 2 weeks for something they could literally have just printed off for me right then and there. Idk what's going on but I'll be signing up to a different doctors office from here on out.

Terrible GP/past thyroid surgeon at Waihealth. After initiating and paying for my own helpful, female Doctors consult, no 1, for bloods, specs needed for my own overdue physical health check, all of which i read results online. These were repeated to me by Doctor no.2, paid, for a face to face GP visit at Waihealth, that i initiated, while in Auckland to discuss my symptoms. All of which led to Menopause. From which this male GP recommended MRT therapy and gave me reading material, to read over and decide from. He said he'd send a script to my 'Manage my health', file when I decided. I said I'd call, as I'm not in Auckland, and to have script forwarded to my local chemist. Gp decided he now needs another face to face at my cost and time and refuses to prescribe the medication he recommended. Obviously a discussion would be to decide which route, is best. Reading material is suffice information. Chemist give medication information. All, this GP is creating is barriers to health care that are unnecessary and inconvenient. I would not recommend a male GP for women's issues, especially when they are not considerate and won't address me personally on the phone as discussed, without a new appointment. When really this is a followup conversion, to his recommendation.

My doctor is great but getting appointments done or prescriptions completed can be a real mission. they have a contact phone number that only goes through to a call centre and often they don't answer! They do not respond or reply to emails either. Because of the Dr shortage they closed my Glendene practice so that also further complicates things.

Pros: 1. Admin staff are responsive and nurses are timely at getting back to you. Cons: 1. On the day of my appointment, I was told that there were two patients before me. Had to wait 1hr plus to get to Dr. Though the Dr. was doing his job, it could still be better. 2. No where there is a mention of 30$ for first time visit if you are enrolled. 3. Though Saturdays are closed "A Surcharge of $5 for 18 & Over Patients for Weekends" is mentioned on their website. 4. Too much hassle in enrollment and getting your results online.

You should have a direct phone number. This whole day been trying to get hold of someone to assist me. No one answered but keep rejecting all my transferred calls.

This place is very frustrating. The wait time is absolutely disgusting!! They either need more doctors or have to have the book in service maybe.. After what is literally hours of waiting, you are only seen for 5 minutes (maybe 10 if you are lucky) and that's it!! The receptionists are very nice though, and are always apologetic when they know you have been waiting for a long time. The other thing I do like though is that it's cheaper then going to a private medical center so I guess I shouldn't really complain too much! 😂

Drs make u wait for a long time my longest is 50mins and I only saw the Dr for maybe 5mins. If the Drs can work on the waiting time this place would be are a whole lot better.

Dr.Tapash is an outstanding GP. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about his patients' well-being. I appreciate his thorough approach and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend!

Giving one star to this doctor surgery is a stretch. I came into this place, 11th of January 2024 with a shoulder complaint and an Achilles tendon issue. After The doctor had issued prescription for my shoulder. He said I needed to go and make another appointment to see him Achilles tendon issue. What is this?!?!?!? Incompetence!!!

Very helpful staff. Made an appointment for tomorrow. I was asked would I like a morning or afternoon time. Which was a nice touch.

Hi. I am so thankful for their help. My stepdaughter lives in another area and needed urgent medical treatment. Her and her mother approached the doctors in that area and they told her to come back next month and they would see if there is any available apppintments for them to.jpin thier institute. I visited them and I saw her hands coverwd in sores and this is what I was told. I brought her to Wai Health henderson and they rushed her file transfer and saw her asap. Very good medical service, RN Sharuti practices very well and prefer going to Dr. Saravanan , as he looks after us really well.

Came over just to get prescriptions, followed the receptionist’s suggestion to just request the doctor’s permission instead of seeing him face-to-face in an hour, waited for hours for the text confirming the prescriptions are ready in vain, came home empty-handed without my life-saving medicines.

The Health Clinic is easy to find at ground level of Whanau House, West of Westfield shopping complex. The very large off-street parking amenity has half its parking spaces with a slight slope. Half of spaces are wheelchair-friendly. But MOST of the carpark is being used as a Covid facility at the moment - so parking can be a challenge. The Clinic no longer has weekend clinics - despite advertising that they do. The reception team are pleasant, welcoming and efficient. If in doubt, ask them. The nurse/triage team are equally astute and professional. I felt listened to, understood, and cared-for at my most recent doctor's visit. The Wai Health team are under pressure at times - but staff who are consistlyp professional, friendly and helpful. Ngā mihi mahana Prescriptions are emailed to your chosen chemist, with a copy to your email, but they can be printed upon request.

The staff including receptionists, nurses and doctors are very friendly and helpful. They provide you with the best care.

Aruna and team are amazing, very pleasant to deal with. Very happy I've chosen wai health as my GP practice.

Arunaji and Swastika are very helpful with appointments. Nurses, Dr Sravanan and Dr. Matti looked after me very well for few years. Highly recommended.

Absolutely shocking wait times. Always end up waiting for at least 1 hour despite having an appointment time. Last week waited 1 hour and 45 mins before I got fed up and decided to leave only to have my doctor walk past me and make a joke about keeping me waiting 🤮

The services that I receive from Wai health is excellent . The doctors and the staff are very friendly .Receptions very nice and kind . Actually I am satisfied with my health care service from wai health. Thank you all team form wai health local doctors.
