Amazing customer service. Wasn't sure what I wanted but was greeted by a beautiful smile from the eyes (as we are marsked up) Gigi at Northwest. She assisted my whanau and I with great advise for my daughter's bday present, along with the purchase and making it extra special, Gigi had bought out cards and envelopes for the siblings to write notes of love to their sister. Going that small extra mile really made us feel welcomed and valued. Appreciate your services and will definitely come back. Thank you.

They have some nice jewellry,i had purchased a black diamond watch as a wedding anniversary gift which im pleased with it came with a free lifetime battery replacement but the battery doesnt last long takes about 2wks to be returned.prices can be expensive but financing can be arranged for you.

Absolutely had the best time in here finding our wedding rings. Izzy looked after us very well and ensured that we had many options to choose from to find the perfect one for us!

Absolutely useless! Took in all my paperwork for two rings to be serviced and the manager couldn’t find it on the system even though I had all the correct paperwork but she still didn’t honour it. She said “it’s impossible” ??? Does she not know where the paperwork is being printed from? So thick, that manager needs to be retrained or fired. Michael Hill is seriously going down hill!!! Poor customer service and the management sucks. Choose another store, do not advise anyone going here. My family and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on jewellery and custom designed pieces in the past in Australia and since moving to NZ the name is so quickly going down the drain. We will not shop here again and if you read the reviews, It’s so true, they only want to know you when you’re spending money not maintaining lifelong customers. Quite reflective that the owner of this store only responds to the positive feedback but nothing to address the failings of the store that are bringing their star rating down.

Very disappointed with the customer service offered by MH at their Westgate store. FYI, we spent around $10k of rings (different MH store) and wanted to get them checked for warranty purposes. Long story short, the staff dont want to know you if you arent buying something. Don't shop here if you are looking for long term customer service. Very disappointed and I will not be shopping at MH again, ever!

Very disappointed with my service today from manager Tulip Ar. After asking her to detangle a newly opened necklace, I was aggressively informed that I had to pay $50 for this to be sent away, she even told other staff no who were trying to help detangle the necklace and wouldn’t allow them to do so? Very upsetting as I had given the necklace to a friend for her birthday and the whole ordeal has made her gift not very merry at all with her not even being able to try it on 😥

Highly recommend a sales person, her name is Jojo, she did very good customer services and help me a lot about diamonds with her professional knowledge.

Went to return an unworn bracelet because it was the incorrect size. The woman then assured me it was the correct size after numerous times me explaining it needed to be just a tad longer because it was pinching my wrist. 1/10 On talking to the brick wall.

Absolutely disappointed in the repair of a gold I took in a few months ago. I only went to open the bag today, when I remembered I had the chain fixed, and was so disappointed I hadn't opened it earlier. The chain was just soldered back together with no thought of how it would turn out or look. If anything the chain is now ruined! It is not flexible where the “repair” was done and the gold is completely a different colour. Now I have to waste more of my time to go back to the store to complain.

Loved my experience here today, was purchasing a parting gift for my boss and the ladies here were so lovely, helpful and bubbly. Loved our chat today too. There was no pressure to up sell, it was just good old fashioned customer service, how it use to be. I'm so sorry ladies, I've totally forgotten your names, but I managed to purchase a couple of things for me too hehe. Keep safe North West Team and keep doing a great job x
