Not a biggest fan of Michael Hill because the staff don't give you time to think. Anyway as I was out on Tue 4th Jan 2022 looking for rings my family told me to have a look at the Henderson store. Most of the rings didn't have price tags on so I asked the Asian staff why that is. Response was laughable. She replied by saying "we don't have tags to put the price on all the rings", to which I replied, "are you serious with that explanation". I know damn well it's again another marketing strategy!!! Do they really think customers are stupid!! Very Disappointing as that forces the customers to engage the staff to ask for prices. I just want to look on my own at my own pace and make my own decisions without staff pushing me to like something which is what happened at the St lukes store a few weeks earlier.

I purchased earrings from Michael Hill in NorthWest which had unfortunately broken. I went today to the branch in Henderson, hoping to have them fixed or replaced. I was helped my Sam, who I explained to I did not have the receipt of my purchase, knowing that it would be in their system. After searching their system and looking at the earrings he told me that I was lying as it was not in the system and he couldn't see the Michael Hill mark. So I showed him my payment from my bank, which he then found the record of my purchase. I was VERY unhappy being told that I was lying after I and my mother had told him we purchased the earrings at the Michael Hill at NorthWest. Poor customer service and I didn't get an apology from him either. Would not recommend coming here after being treated like that.

A lovely store to buy from, the staff are outstanding and so helpful. The store manager is the nicest lady you could meet. Thankyou for all your help with my purchase

What a fantastic start for our Christmas shopping! The experience of buying at the store was absolutely satisfying with their staff, approachable & professional. My twin and I had a lovely male staff to assist us, and in the last half with the help of the store manager to complete our happy tidings of receiving a five-star service and jewellery purchased ($$ well spent) in this store! One item to purchase turned out to be three instead because they're worth it!! They were simply brilliant guys and very handsome too, I might add..Happy holidays everyone!💯👍😀

Pretty average experience. Literally emailed MH before I purchased an engagement ring asking what happens if the ring is too big/small. They replied back saying that there is a generous 30 return/exchange policy provided that it is unworn/original condition, in original packaging and proof of purchase (I ticked off all these requirements) - They didn’t mention anything about the $100 fee I had to unexpectedly pay to get the size changed. Probably wouldn’t have much of an issue with it if living expenses weren’t so high - at the moment every dollar counts! FYI Pascoe’s offer free resizing.

I was served by Tianna, the lovely Asian lady. Lucky she pointed out that what I bought is very small and delicate, which in my opinion is not something that I would buy for my husband. But because I paid online, and the chain looked big, I didn't read the fine print haha. Anyway, Tianna was awesome and had to change to something more appropriate for my hubby. I didn't mind to pay the extra for the one I chose but it was worth it. I'm very satisfied to what I bought and thanks to Tianna. Will definitely be back. Came in during Mother’s Day, and their sale was top notch. Our sales person was having difficulty understanding what my mum wanted. I asked the sales person questions which she didn’t know instead she kept replying something completely different. However there was this Indian guy with glasses. Oh god, he knows what his customers want. He paid very fine attention to what my mum wanted. My mum &. I were very pleased with his service.
