Went on Saturday at 11.45 and the doctor had gone for the day when it clearly says they open till 12am. Went back on Monday. I had a booking at 4.30 so I left work early; when I arrived the receptionist told me she had gone for the day. I was not notified and wasted my time. The very next day I finished work early so I could get a form and to no surprise had to wait 90 minutes before I got a wrong form. I then had to go back and forth with labtest and rathgar medical because the doctor did not know what form to give me. In the end I found the form on google and showed her and also rang labtest myself to fax the damn form to them. Not a pleasant experience. Will be moving to a new general practitioner. I would not recommend here.

Wouldnt reccomend to anyone. Doctor is hardly there. Perscritions always wrong. Discriminate against disabled children. This place needs to be shut down. Dr Taslima you told my husband not to bring my 12 year old autistic child back for slamming a door. And said he would be off the register in 48 hours. You have lost us all as patients and ill be reporting you

Would give less than 1 star if that were possible. Female doctor here was rude. Thought I was dissatisfied because of the money I had to pay when in reality her lack of professionalism is the reason I won’t be returning.

Very Unprofessional. Lack of urgency. Always understaffed, waiting times are just ridiculous..Doctors are never in until 9 when clinic opens at 8. Patients need to be seen once they open not whenever they feel like helping someone.

Wouldn't recommend at all. Specially the female doctor. She yelled at me and also when we are at reception and there were other patient. She's very agressive.

Two months ago I had to find a GP. I chose this clinic because it's near to my house as I can’t walk properly. On my initial check-up wasn’t really good very unprofessional doctor, she(doctor) yelled to my brother as I have seen my brother talking to her nicely but giving him back on a harsh voice of tone. Not also explaining the medicine that she prescribed to me and because of those actions, I decided to find another GP, and walk away not making a complaint about it. Then time went by I thought I was already done with this clinic, as I found out that they were trying to register my details again to their clinic. Trying to get me back without asking me was very horrible and disrespectful! Not recommend!

I always had good experience at Rathgar Medical clinic. Dr. Taslima is very attentive and caring. Very helpful and polite staff too.

The doctors here always make me feel comfortable and give great advice. Staff are always lovely and helpful

No need to wait for hours to see doctor.just make an appointment and they care for your time ..being with Rathgar medical Henderson from last 2 year . Very happy with service .
