Do not recommend for facials, wouldn't normally go here but had a voucher so booked a facial. The therapist was nice but exfoliated very hard and rough, damaging my skin. It was red and raw, stinging for days after. I've had many facials before and never anything as bad as this. I provided feedback to the management to rectify but never received a reply. Anyone want my $220 remaining gift voucher 😅?

Horrible experience, horribly unprofessional. I don’t recommend going to this place at all. Both their customer service and actual service were terrible. I have never come across a more rude lady in my life! The entire time during my appointment, all she spoke about was how bad my skin was and when I asked her to stop, she would keep saying it and then smile! She was the ugliest person (on the inside) I have ever met in my life. She was 5 minutes late to open up and her threading skills were abysmal. The seat she asked me to sit on was very dirty with so many strands of hair on it from previous customers, I had to ask her to change it before I would sit on it - horrible. I visited on Monday morning (October 3) at 9am. To the owner of this business, I recommend reviewing the employment of this staff member. Customers go to a beauty parlour to feel good, not to feel bad. This lady will cost you customers!

I always come to Allure Beauty northwest to get my brows tinted and waxed. The staff are lovely and friendly and Chandani matched the exact colour I wanted. The only thing that I would change is adding some music to create a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for your service, highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing hair transformation and service from Sejal and friendly staff. I went in with my 10 month old, I was nervous but was looked after and son was happy the whole time, we managed to get a beautiful result. Definitely will be coming back!

Wish I had reviewed these comments before coming here, however where I was originally going to go in North west mall was busy, decided to come here.. although I don’t go to either , I have my specific brow lady but she’s away.. thought I’d come here. And OMG I don’t know how anyone can recommend this place? The workers just sit around doing nothing and they all just stare at you as you enter. All I came for was brow threading and the lady was quite rude , my brows are now uneven - ones so much thinner than the other like are you blind ? Honestly check yourselves. People have to go looking like this, and you think it’s professionalism ? By far the worse brow experience I’ve ever had. Just because your brows are as thin as a piece of string doesn’t mean everyone else wants the same. My brows were perfect shape and thick until yous touched them. Especially my right eyebrow, totally botched and rushed. Fix it ! 😤 and get workers who actually know how to follow brow lines. And know what a “tidy up” is not a whole new shape and size of brows!

Recently I broke my shoulder and couldn't was my hair anymore. I popped into Allure Beauty Salon to see if I could get someone to wash it, they did it straight away. On my departure they said they would wash my hair each week for as long as I needed. Thank you, you are a life saver.

Melissa is Amazing!! I have been to so many hairdressers over the last 20years trying to find the right one. I’ve never been able to settle until now. She understands my needs and in so many words of me fluffing about she can work out what I really want done to my hair always pulling it off. Every time I leave her, my hair looks incredible, she has done the foils even and right to the tip of the root, nailing the colour. My confidence is boosted, I feel better about me with the whole experience and time in the chair she is warm and welcoming making sure all your needs are met. Rutu done a good job, eyebrow thread, upper lip wax and eyebrow tinting. She usually works at Sylvia Park so I am lucky to come in today and get my brows done by her as they are very even and not often do my eyebrows get done evenly. Very happy with this service.

I was way over due for a trim as my hair was starting to get thin, went to the mall for a totally different thing and saw Allure there & was tempted to just go for it so i did. Sejal kindly sorted me out and i told her what i wanted etc(im picky with trims🙃) and was nervous as it was my first trim since i moved to NZ and Sejal really came through!! She did such an amazing job! Didnt rush it & it was a perfect outcome! Super happy with it! Definitely my go-to salon!

Had my roots retouch done by Sejal. She did an excellent job, there was not a single mark on my forehead! Very professional, finished off with a blow dry and straighten! Would definetlely recommend to all!

Melissa did my hair this weekend and she did an amazing job. Totally satisfied with what I got and will definitely go back again! I have been here for threading and waxing services as well and worth mentioning Babitha does a wonderful job.

Went and had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, as well as my lashes tinted. Had asked for a light brown or what would match my natural hair colour (which is darker than my natural brow colour)…she went about 2 shades darker than my hair colour. My eyebrows are completely uneven, with 2 chunks out of one of them…which she has done with threading, which I didn’t know she was going to do, until she was doing it. I would have said no if she had asked. I have very thin hair at the ends of my eyebrows and she has waxed them extremely thin, so they can hardly be seen. They look worse than when I went in. It’s not even like I could go back to ask them to fix them as they would have had to completely thinned them out if I did. Extremely disappointed that I just paid for my eyebrows to be butchered. Would not recommend this for anyone.

I came in here for a walk in for the first time and did the eyebrow waxing and facial waxing. I love how each staff opened their kindness to me and treated me as their own. They gave me few suggestions about peel off facials and more, I would definitely here again. Thank you Janvi and Baljeet I would greatly appreciate coming again with other friends. ❤

Went in for a trim and to get my brows tidied the lady at the front was very rude. And the lady cutting my hair botched the cut when all I asked for was a trim she has cut little strands half way up my hair and is uneven at the bottom. Also hurt as she cut it dry. Will never be coming back here such a rip off for a $40 trim. Also the same office lady threaded my brows and missed so much hair said done and then walked out.

I didn't get to check the results when I had my facial done. When I had my hair done I didn't wear a protective coat or have my head massaged when she washed my hair. I'm use to that type of service.

Yesterday I did the facial from them . The girl looks not experienced and new bee to me.while doing facial ,very disturbing ,whole time opening and closing door ...one time she left the whole door open ...my face was burning after facial but she put the aleovera gel and said it will be ok after sometime but after I came back home ..my both cheeks turn red and burning a lot ....I m still having redness n burning sensation ...never going back there for sure 😡😡

Unprofessional and Unhygienic. Had my eyelashes tinted and left feeling disappointed and sore. I looked like I had been punched in the face. Black tint left all around my eyes (even after the lady had been rubbing around my eye with a wipe for a while, which left my eye area feeling bruised). The lady was quite rude, she did not talk through her steps and instead abruptly moved my head around; she then left me lying there with the door open while the product was on my lashes for over 15minutes, and I could hear her dealing with another customer in this time. This left me feeling forgotten about and stressed, as my eyes had began to sting uncomfortably. On return she did not wash her hands after just dealing with someone else, she proceeded to lean her hand/fingers all over my cheeks and lips which was quite gross and I have not experienced this amount of face touching at other beauty salons during tinting. Not to mention the general uncleanliness of the room, with previous clients hair on the salon beds. Will not be coming back again.

Melissa is my go to for when I need my haircut, she listens to what I’m after and never disappoints. I’ve never walked out unhappy with the haircut, and my mum agrees. Well worth the money!

I have always had my brows threaded and dyed with henna here and all the ladies do an amazing job every time! So when I needed a new hairdresser I thought I’d try Melissa. I’m so happy I did, the colour, style are overall experience was excellent. Melissa is an extremely talented hairdresser. My hair is Auburn and naturally curly, two very challenging things for hair to be. I’ve had so many compliments on my hair and I’m thrilled to have found my new hairdresser 💗 highly recommend!!!

I have been coming to Melissa for a few years and I won't go anywhere else or use anyone else. Her work is amazing and her knowledge is impressive. We always have a great laugh. Total asset to Allure would follow her anywhere.

I went in for a Brazilian waxing today.. lady didnt know what i was there for, gave me wipes, didnt leave the room while i got undressed, had no towel to put over me.. the wax was too hot, i told her and she did nothing but reassured me that her hands were soft?! By the end of it i was shaking.. will never go back!

I’ve had positive experience with the ladies here for my eyebrows threading. Until today, when one of them recommended that I did eyebrow tint. I was in a bit of a hurry and she insisted that I did the tint cause they’d look nice. I didn’t look in the mirror properly when it’s done until I got to my next stop and saw myself in the car mirror, THEY ARE NOT IDENTICAL. I rushed home and tried my best to wipe em off with a toner, leaving my eyebrows looking all red and I’m late for my next appointment. They charged me $33 for this nightmare. Very disappointed *Now I see it clearly. I get why she suggested for the tint cause she messed up the threading. You can clearly see it here on my right eyebrow
