My mum asked for a coke no sugar and the casheer saw that there was already a cup of normal coke that was already filled up underneath the soda machine and pretended to put it underneath the coke no sugar dispenser, pressed it down, and gave it to her. My mum saw the whole thing and new the worker was trying to be sneaky or was too lazy to fill up a new cup, but just drank it anyway and didn't want to cause a fuss, but really they were trying to be sneaky lol.

DISGUSTING. Ordered via Uber eats. The food was cold, but there was also a hair inside the burger. Truly disgusting. I fully suggest not ubering from here or even eating here.

Wendy's is never a let down, Australia needs Wendy's!!! I got the hoki burger and the classic double large meal with the super sized drink!! Still the same!! Love the taste.

Burgers that are surprisingly better than maccas. Thickshakes (called frosties), that are really thick and flavoursome. Plenty of places to sit, with good toilets, disabled access and great parking. Drive through is also available.

Wendy's foods for me are always better than most fast food brands. Fries aren't that salty. One can actually bite into it. Burgers have good volume. They have veggies available on the menu. Offerings don't feel like mass produced. This particular Wendy's don't disappoint. Can't go wrong with a 5 dollar burger pack. Just with this particular Wendy's, the service crew was mumbling a bit I can't understand her.

Met up with our Grandchildren. They had a meal, must of been nice as not a scrap of food left. As I thru the rubbish in the bin. Nana and I had a berry parfait a type of milkshake/ smoothie it was so delicious I'll go to Wendy's just to purchase it. Had a pleasant 90 minutes here as they're fueled up and traveled on home up North.

Great food but terrible service! Cash only at counter- all eftpos card orders are required to use self service kiosk- No exceptions made for older folk (You may be able to go next door to service station to get cash out if you want counter service?) Wendy's food is the best. I always come here when visiting NZ. I was here on their opening night (a long time ago). Shame about staff insisting I use the self service kiosk (The photos were taken the following day and dont represent the staff who refused counter service)

We really miss and enjoy eating here especially with their tasty burgers + fries and generous sized drinks! Can’t beat the baconator mushroom melt 🤤 The Wendy’s here are very clean and tidy, nice to have table service too which was great. Been going to this Wendy's for probably over 10 years. Food and service has always been great. Over Covid they were one of the only fast food outlets following proper guidelines, and there's been many a time when they were the only place open later at night. Always super quick and efficient. Literally LOVE Wendy's.

Great food and awesome service. Too many flies on the inside of the windows competing for your meal..Very annoying and when you ask management to do something about it they say ok but do nothing

I used the drive through parked up outside after receiving the food to eat in the carpark. Unfortunately the patties in the burgers were stone cold. Definitely won't be a returning customer.

It’s incredible how bad this Wendy’s is. Every time I come here the question is: “how will they screw it up this time”. Whether it’s leaving out an entire 12pk nuggets when you go through the drive through to giving you an entirely different item that you ordered to waiting for 20 minutes as you watch people who came in 5 minutes ago get their order inside. Truly incredible how incompetent this place is

If you want extra mayo better hit X3 not x1. I'm sure I got less mayo than was meant to be on there originally let alone extra. But burger was still good, veg was Wendy's fresh.

Franchise burgers should not be reviewed in my opinion. But - tasty as burgers needs to be commended. We had both the beef and the chicken burgers and loved it. Service here was so good and I appreciated the cleanliness of the diner. The lady taking our orders was very helpful and friendly. Will definately come back here.

The worst fastfood gig in auckland.. i love wendys but refuse to deal with this site after multiple and continuous mistakes.. mising items, wrong items.. wendys is no longer and option in our household . On top of the slakness lettuce in burgers smells like rotten rubbish

Burgers were good. But needed a special code to use the bathrooms. It's kind of not an inviting gesture. I get the concern that patrons and public may use the toilets and a cost to cleaning, etc. Nut the impression as a customer is that customers conveniences comes second. I mean, a customer could want to use the bathroom to maybe wash their hands before eating, which is normal. Food was not that good in comparison to its competitors, too.

Good old Wendy's Te at. Normally very tidy store with well presented staff. Good turn around time on orders with good food quality. Can get really busy at times

Decent option, have been coming to this location since I was a child. Have recently discovered their Baked Potato (which was way better than expected!) but has been unavailable the last 3 times I have visited in the last couple of weeks which is disappointing to say the least. Please bring back the baked potato!

Always the best commercial burgers next to Carl's Junior. You are the only guys who know how to char bacon the right way. Always on spot. The bread is always fresh and soft unlike maccas. Meats are proper sized patties. Flavours are awesome and service is always so fast. Thanks guys.

First time coming to Wendy's, upsized my meal and wanted to know if it was the correct size as I still got a small chips. Lady was very rude and didn't answer my question nicely at all as I didn't know there's a "kids" size chips. Definitely puts me off coming back here now.

Unimpressed at being harassed by a begger and having to listen to nonsensical stories and requests for food and money while eating inside the dining area. Food and service are what you would expect from a Wendy's, acceptable but nothing special.

Was treated badly by a Phillapino lady at the drive thru who snatched my money and was extremely abrupt when speaking with me and my girl as we took a wee while to order which seemed to annoy her even though there was no one behind us in the que. I decided to give a stink service rating but as for the food was not bad accept for a chicken burger which may have been sitting for a while seemingly possibly being the reason for a not so happy tummy the next day. Soooooooo....... make sure you see how old the chicken burgers are before taking off. WENDY'S COME ON NOW...... FRESH IS BESH.HOKYDOKY.100UNDIES.

They had no pickle. But we didn't know that until we were eating our burgers. They also didn't put any tomato on and very little lettuce. Had to get two burgers redone. But they did it no problem. Was a bit of a wait even though we were the only customers. Also could only get large milkshakes. Hard to understand how they cannot provide a small thickshake. Chips were good. Would go back but you need to check your burgers! Quite small too. I don't remember them being that small.

Wendy's Te Atatu South is the best fast food outlet definitely. Food is super fresh and enjoyable. Salads are my favourite in the summer time. We eat here regularly as it our #1 first choice of fast food. Service is super quick, pumping through the long lines of cars due to popularity. Merry Christmas team i shall miss your delicious food while travelling.

As far as fast food Wendy's must be the only one still doing it right consistently. Tasty ingredients that are fresh and of higher quality than their competitors. The chicken tenders are crisp outside, moist and zingy. The beef burger tastes good but could do with more cheese and bacon. The frosty shakes are mean. I love the foil wrapping of the burgers and the chips taste great too. Remember to ask for sauces as most fast food places don't automatically add them.

The best work to describe this place is sticky. Far too much sauce made the burger sloppy and hard to eat. Buns were flattened. Expectation is far better than reality! Will say that food was super fast - kitchen was packed with workers, must do a lot of Uber eats orders!

Today we went to Wendy's Te atatu South the drive through they very easily took the order from the car Infront but when it was our turn to order I asked for a minute to look at the menu and when we wanted to order they said they cannot hear us despite we were very close and speaking vocally. I went even closer and said "can you hear me now" and the answer was no. They heard me but did not answer regardless. I went to the window and asked for the person's name. Her name is Ashika she said. And I said why you didn't take our order, I find that I cannot trust her as a nice person so we didn't order anything and left. This is the way I make my complain about terrible customer service from her. Thank you.

We haven't been back in nearly a year and while the fries were just as great the three of us were disappointed in our burgers. I like the table service instead of standing around waiting for our order

Today between 4pm to 4:30pm I had ordered a teriyaki chickenator. I would like the state the burger has 2 chicken pieces inside and my burger was drenched in sauce. Both of these are the faults to the burger. The chicken was not properly cooked and the entire burger was drenched in sauce. The customer service is just as bad as everyone in store will give alot of people dirty looks. I do NOT appreciate the instore experience at all nor do I appreciate the foods condition.
