They mis diagnosed my dog , I paid for treatment and he only got worse . Called them to make them aware of the situation and because I’m not in the wellness plan I have to pay again for them to fix the problem they should have treated when I first brought my dog in . I had family members warn me about this place being money hungry and misdiagnosing their pets too and I wish I would have listened to them but I definitely learned after experiencing this myself . I rather pay more at another vet then to bring my pet here . Don’t be like me by bringing your pets here despite bad reviews. 0 out of 10 , I don’t recommend at all!

In the past, I would no doubt bring my pet to this location, but today was a different story. Before we even checked in the lady in the front already looked irritated with our presents. After voicing a concern about pages three through nine pertaining to my animal condition that a lady(check out lady) from a previous visit missed the women began being frustrated and very loud. The office people who processed the documentation for Mr. Meyers failed to notify us about a blood pressure check costing any money. The PA in dark black color scrubs said, “ this is not school knock it off.” I was very shocked by this response especially considering the lack of professionalism experienced from the staff. The three ladies began to make inappropriate statement( rude comments) to a customer who often brings this location service. Not to mention patients who pay $60 a month should not be treated like second class citizens. If you have any pet needs or services, do not come to this location. These front desk people could use a training on communication when it comes to speaking to customers.

Been bringing my Golden Retriever Goldie here and their other Henderson Hospital 🏥 every since I bought her 6 years now. She is on their wellness program. Everyone seems pleasant.

What’s the Point of making an appointment if they are just going to sit there and make you wait for over an hour to be seen. I always have a horrible experience here and they really have terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and actually go to a vet hospital.

Unorganized and clearly don't know how to handle animals. Dropped my cat off because she was sneezing, right when I got there before even asking me any questions or seeing her they said it's gonna be $400 to xray her. I declined and asked her to be seen first. 5 hours later without a call and being put in hold on the phone for 25 minutes, I decide just to show up as I have to go to work. They tell me they were unable to examine her because she was stressed. I took her out of her crate and held her and she was fine and I asked them to examine her but they recommended coming back and sedating her. I will not be back. They still made me pay even though she was not examined. So my money was stolen and I still have a sick kitty. Thank you.

I previously gave this place 5 stars but after today they get no stars from me. I've been taking my cats there for 2 years and up until today I have had absolutely no issues. The new staff that is there now are terrible. The so called supervisor is a high school drop out that talks to you as if you are a second class citizen she walks around looking mean, never smiling, then when asked what her problem is she responds that she doesn't get paid enough. Well excuse me but that doesn't give you the right to be rude to customers. You shouldve stayed in school darling. The staff before this new crew was awesome but they need to get rid of the whole office crew and start over. With the exception of Dr. Paulino which is an awesome doctor everyone else is terrible. I've never had such a horrible experience like I had today, anywhere. Save yourself time and grief and take your pet somewhere else.

I saw the reviews and was scared to go but my dog was in very poor shape. I had gotten the dog from my sister who took very poor care of her. The dog (Ellie) was my mother’s and mine but my mother had stage 4 cancer and passed. While taking care of everything and getting moved back to Vegas my nice fell in love with her so I let her stay with them. 2 years later my sister can have Ellie where she was moving. I gladly wanted her back. I saw her for the first time and she had more than doubled her weight. 25lbs in perfect health and had to be at least 50lbs. Not having much money I decided to go back to what we use to do. Getting healthy food, going on walks at night. She started looking better but took a turn for the worst. She had gotten diabetes and dropped to 13lbs. I was selling my car and applying for loans anything I could. The Vet Dr. Dianna Guernick confirmed my worst and would be best to put her down. Beyond devastated I couldn’t even afford to do that that day. I had no choice and was having to bring her home in pain I’m sure when Dr. Guenick worked with me. I had to leave ASAP and didn’t ask for anything as memento like a paw print wishing I would have. I can’t thank this team enough. I am eternally grateful and could never repay the kindness done for Ellie and myself. Forgot to add this update Less than a week later I got a card signed by the staff. When I saw the print I couldn’t believe it. Ellie’s paw print. When I get another pet I’m 100% taking it to them for everything. I could never repay the kindness and helping me through a very difficult time.

Love this staff in Henderson. Dr Paulino is awesome and so is the rest of the staff. We've been bringing our cats there for about 2 years now and the Banfield pet insurance saves us so much money.

Overall good. However, appointments are not respected. Twice that I had to take my dogs there and being early I have been called after 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Frontdesk lady treats you like they are making us a favor. And honestly we pay for a good service towards our pets and of course the owners.(clients who pays).

Their staff is either incompetent or their facility is understaffed. Checked my dog in at 10A to have her ears checked, it is currently 2P. Called to check her status. 15 minutes on hold before I called back! Another 5 on top of that on the callback. I could understand if I were being rude, but Christ! On top of that! They couldn't even tell me her status because "The Vet was on lunch." Shouldn't that info be in the computer? She's either done, or they haven't seen her yet, and frankly 4 hours to check a dogs ears is ridiculous. Avoiding this place like the plague. The PetSmart is great, the Groomers are good, but I WILL NOT be bringing my dog back here and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Additionally the Lake Mead location is wonderful. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra few miles.

Worst expierience I've had with a banfield, First I brought my diabetic cat in for a glucose curve, they had me disrupt his feeding and insulin schedule because they wanted to do it in office, after we arrived the vet decided he didn't want to do a glucose curve he wanted to do a fructosamine test, after I explained my reasoning for wanting the glucose curve and why I didn't believe a fructosamine test would be a suitable replacement he finally agreed to do the curve, and then had me take my cat into a room for me to feed and give my own cat his insulin. After the test was complete the vet did not give me a perscription for insulin, but told me that the pharmacy could fax in the request, the pharmacy was not able to fax in the request so I called this location, and then was told that I would have to call my old banfield in florida that originally perscribed the insulin and have them call in the perscription even though the most recent vet to see my cat is here. I will NEVER bring my cat back to this location.

They were able to get my dog in same day. Staff made me feel welcomed. Lynn the nurse was very helpful and she took her time to make sure I understand my dog's treatment.

They made me feel VIP. Doctor Murphy and Lynn were helpful and caring. I will definitely be coming back.
