    I didnā€™t even have a chance to schedule an appointment because the receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. I asked her since they wanted me to call my insurance and change the primary care provider can they still assure me the appointment when I call backā€¦. I said I didnā€™t want to waste time by calling and they give the appointment to someone else. The receptionist replied , well youā€™re wasting time now by talking about it when you could call. I really wish I could slap her since this appointment is urgent for the health of my infant. Dr. Jennifer Vidal might need to reconsider placing an ad for a new receptionist! Because this one is rude and unprofessional!

    Dr. Vidal great Pediatricion. Front desk very unprofessional. I called to set an appointment for my son and it can only be done through FaceTime because they are not taking sick kids due to COVID. Understood! I was venting how ā€œ not seeing my child does not work and needs to be checked instead ā€œ front desk said ā€œ dr. Would not be able to per scribe the medicationā€ as I was saying ā€œ thank you for your timeā€ they rudely hang up the phone. I was still on the phone. Is rude and very unprofessional. Especially for a parent whoā€™s asking for help with their sick child.

    I had a scheduled appointment for 2:30pm. I get to the office at 2:15. I was put in the back a little after 2:30pm. 3:30pm rolls around and I go ask them if I should reschedule as no doctor has seen me yet. I was made out to be irritating which was upsetting considering I calmly expressed that my time is valuable. The soonest appointment I could get was a week later so I have a ā€œbetter chance of seeing my doctor on timeā€. I expressed my concerns to the staff and was told ā€œIā€™m sorry you feel that wayā€. Never going back Iā€™m a person there for health concerns, not a number they can just do whatever with.

    I've been a patient for about 20 years. Lately, the ability to talk to someone in the office is difficult and getting prescriptions renewed is almost impossible. I'm thinking of leaving. I'm tired of the poor customer service.

    If I could give them a zero I would. Most incompetent, unprofessional and immature staff I've ever worked with. It has been months since my last sleep center study and I still don't have my machine. After dealing with them for months because of lost referrals or incomplete ones so they say blaming the Sleep Center the whole time, they finally call me to pick up my machine and dialed the wrong number (I verified this) and left a message to whomever that my machine was ready for pick up. It was not picked up obviously because I didn't get the message so the new year comes and now I have change insurance providers that they say are not contracted with them. Waste of time and energy. Worst experience ever with a medical supply company.

    This the best place ever for a new baby born very professional from front desk to doctor and assistant I like this place Dr vidal so nice she treat babys us a human not like some fancy places they even don't look at the baby they just looking to suck your insurance I had a bad experience in a fancy hunderson pediatric place they just hustling you they treat babys like a puppy's anthem pediatric don't go there

    They treat me like a human being here. Everyone is professional and kind. I'm finally getting the heathcare I can depend on. They listen to everything I have to say and seem honestly concerned about me. I recommend this place. 5 stars.

    My rating has been from experience over the course of 8 years. I rate fluidly as things change. I will state that this is my all-around rating for the time I've been here for the doctors and for their current location. Dr. Allen took me seriously, (even though I am my last priority since I have five children to care for). I'm so grateful he did because I now know where I medically stand with certainty. Further, they have treated all my children and Dr. Vidal has treated us with nothing but respect and helpfulness. We are very grateful to have these doctors and staff treat us to the best of their abilities.

    We've been with A Las Vegas Medical Group for almost 5 years. In 2018 a physician who no longer works here saved my husband's life. Each Physician at this location is equally amazing especially Dr. Allen. I cannot express my gratitude for A Las Vegas Medical Group. Dr. Allen seamlessly took over my husbands very complex care and kept him stable for over 4 years now I cannot thank him enough. They have always let the patient lead the way and support them on their journey. I have never had an issue refilling medication, contacting my doctor, or getting an appointment. You guys have been amazing. Thank you ā¤ļø

    I was diagnosed with a UTI like two weeks ago and now Iā€™m in the hospital with a ruptured appendix. And the doctors donā€™t even know how long itā€™s been ruptured. And when I went here, they didnā€™t even consider appendicitis

    This place is horrible! I had to contact them to discuss my biopsy results, which they had for a full week before I talked with them. Every time they call you, you or your insurance will be charged $118. For a phone call!! Ridiculous!!

    The sweetest staff an Dr. Vidal is so attentive and responsive. I ask so many questions and she never rushes and is extremely patient with my Autistic son and my daughter who is terrified of the dr. I recommend her to all parents!

    I absolutely love this Office. Ive been managing mine and my family members care at this location. Whatever I have needed they have provided for us. Rather it was getting me referrals to all the Specialists my Family Member needed, emailing me a copy of my Family Members ID and Insurance Card because I left my wallet at home while we were at their Specialist appointment, getting us an appointment the next day when were not feeling well, taking their time listening to us describing the issue were having, being patient with me when Im having an anxiety attack in their Office. Im very fortunate to have found this location. These people care about our health and making sure we stay healthy. I appreciate all the help the A Las Vegas Medical Group does for me and my Family Member. Thank you for caring about us!
