Older property that is being updated. They are trying. Can't speak to the bad reviews I saw. My stay was fine. I'd stay here again. Good area. I walked around at night alone and felt safe. Saw sign that said "Police station" next door. Never saw it though. GREAT BED with 4 NICE pillows. Good water pressure. GREAT STAFF!

Never in my life have I ever pulled in the parking lot of a hotel an been scared to get out the car. Half the building has boards over the windows and it looked like it should be condemned seriously. I don’t think they even have normal running water. Nothing at all as advertised period! I had to get a room at a different motel 6. This Henderson location I can’t believe how scary disgusting . The garage can that they show as the picture is the only truth about the hotel. Please don’t waste your time or money here!!!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. I was aware when booking that the stay here wasn’t going to be perfect, but I was in a bind, as I just had all my belongings and money stolen and figured it was a place to lay my head. I did not realize that people would be trying to break into my room at 9am. I booked two days. First off, they do charge a $100 deposit, unlike the motel 6 on Tropicana. They do not take electronic cards or have a way to pay anything online. Second, the room was not as advertised, there was no coffee maker or fridge. There was no remote for the tv. Luckily, an hour after getting into the room I get a knock at the door from the previous guest, saying that she accidentally took the remote. You would have thought the maid would have at least replaced it before renting out the room again. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only two bars of soap. Called down to the front and the guy said they only had 6 bottles of shampoo for the whole hotel. However, My main concern was my safety. PLEASE CHECK YOUR THAT YOUR WINDOWS ARE LOCKED UPON ARRIVAL. Mine were not and it wasn’t until the second night that I noticed people were coming in and out of the window of the room a few doors down that I had thought to check. They were unlocked. I think eventually security came and kicked them out but that didn’t stop people from still trying. the next morning I am woken up to someone trying to push open my window! Horrible experience, I will not be staying at this location again, even if I am as desperate as I was then. Make sure you do not stay here by yourself.

ABSOLUTE WORST STAY EVER. First room had no hot water. Second room had no lights. No lamp, no overhead light nada. No heat no A/C..it was falling out of the wall. Doorframe has 2 inch opening where door was pried open at some point. Remote didn't work and therefore no TV. One outlet worked. They rent to people who are up all night and in and out of rooms all night long. Reception area smelled of weed...Just plain NASTY. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON!

Not ready for customers! New Motel 6 online, but no indication it's a motel 6. Everything needs remodel up to motel 6 standards. Beware! Shady part of town away from strip.

No ice machine on site, no coffee on site. Majority of the outlets don't work. The bathroom is the size of one in an aircraft. The beds are uncomfortable and different heights. The key card to my assigned room didn't work my entire stay. I had to continously ask either " concierge" and housekeeper to let me in. She was extremely nice and helpful. Aside from these issues I had another family try to get into my room and told me that they were given this room. When I called in regards to the issues Andrew the morning concierge had the audacity to tell me to get a refund and go elsewhere. 😡😡 I know you get what you pay for but this isn't what I paid $400 dollars for! 😡😡😡

This place is disgusting! If I could have given it no stars I would. Looks like they rent rooms by the hour here. And it wasn’t cheap! First time I e ever seen a motel room with linoleum instead of carpet. Don’t waste your money.

We simply couldn’t stay here! The garbage in the parking lot was everywhere - spilling out of 2 dumpsters and 2 garbage drums strategically placed in the middle of the parking lot. For $145+ - not for us!

sorry but badly run, room was not ready at 3 pm, room was striped of chairs and table and was really worn looking, no pool fulled if anyone cares, grounds run down and had a lot of live in people. all for 147.00 a night. well you do get what you pay for when other places were 200-400 a might. ugg

Run from this motel, worst motel I have stayed in over 50 years. Noisy, floors dirty, no ice machine, pool closed, no toiletries. Completely mis-managed run down dump.

Managers are very unfriendly and were very disrespectful. Light in restroom did not work, towels were dirty. The lady in charge of housekeeping was awesome. Very nice and helpful.

I showed up for my stay and they were shut down by the board of health. I had to pay an extra $200 to find a different room at the last minute. I suspect they had bed bugs because of the mattresses in the dumpster. How are they still taking reservations.

To whom it may concern, I would like to explain to you my experience at motel 6 of Henderson, NV. My interaction with the front staff was unpleasant. I get it, he probably has to deal with a lot of rude people. He said I have to kick the door for it to open. I go to my room and the door key works only half of the time. Maybe the battery to the lock needs to be changed, okay this Is annoying but whatever. There is also a lot of people there using amphetemines, which I also whatever. Treat people with respect and love and literally no one is a threat. The floor was dirty and I took it upon myself to clean it. They rate limited the tub there was no stopper. There isn’t even a mirror in the room. He told me that I have to kick the door to open it. Look I don’t know, they seem to take pride in not taking care of their property. The rate was under $100, should I even be complaining? You claim you want to hear feedback and I just felt no one left the light on for me; in fact the switch and the bulb were missing. My room was missing a lightbulb on where used to be a mirror. I know these are all franchises. But please understand that this franchise is hurting your brand. I have stayed at over 8 different model6’s. San Bernadino was pretty bad too but I think their rooms had mirrors in them. I know this part of Henderson is ruff but look, if I wanted a section 8 housing stay I would have gone with the $60 motel, The reason I stayed there was because of the motel 6 brand. The rooms above the office appear to potentially be running some kind of brothel. ( unconfirmed ). This will be the last time I stay at a motel6.

Rooms and location were bad. Junkies were hanging around just in front of the motel. The rooms stank, and were partly dirty. The lock on one door did not work (was still closeable from the inside via deadbolt). We just felt very unsafe during the whole stay. I cannot recommend this Motel 6 location.

Just nasty 🤮 the guy at the front desk said they been there for 12 years… I told him they should of shut down years ago because this a ran down franchised motel… trust me the pictures that they have on their website do not look exactly the way it does it’s completely ran down the bathroom is totally nasty hairs everywhere I do not definitely recommend this at all!! First things first the guy knocking on the door and then he walks in on me and my friend I was in the bathroom! So I came up to the door to let the guy know that yesterday I asked to stay till 1 o’clock so I can rest he really made me feel uncomfortable he was very rude and abrupt so I got my things together and left early because I don’t wanna be staying in a nasty place anyways! They were talking about they have cable they do not have any type of cable or phone access only thing they had was Wi-Fi but I had my computer! I ordered this at the last minute if I knew what I knew I went to order it at all at all! Rude and I felt Racism because the way he talked to my friend when he came up to the room and abruptly open the door total turn off! Their front office also looks ran down as well and not like the pictures that they have on the website too! There is definitely no coffee station, and just because the room smelled like cleaner don’t mean it is clean! The bed 🛌 was not comfortable and they had dirty towels in the room dingy! Ghetto fabulous!

I appreciated that the manager gave me a refund when I decided to not stay after all. Desk clerk and maid were also polite and understanding. I had checked in hesitantly, but found, after a couple of hours, that I did not feel safe, and so left. There were some guys wandering around pkg lot, apparently scoping out my car and bike/kayak, ice machine out of order, floor smelled strongly of disinfectant, a/c control in disrepair, grounds looked in need of cleaning/maintenance. Very busy road out front, seemed to be a sketchy part of town. Worst motel I ever almost stayed at.

There was really nothing I liked about the stay. The beds where wrapped in plastic so the sheets wouldn't stay on the bed for gods sake.. I closed the bathroom door(which couldn't even close) and what looked to be a tom selleck mustache rolled out from underneath the door. The people living in the hotel were so loud throughout the night,. Can't forget the exciting people that just hang around in the parking lot Begging for smokes.

If that’s the only place available, make sure you don’t bring your luggage , to many roaches. Hotel needs work but paying $120 to sleep with roaches is unacceptable. When I let the front desk they just said sorry come again like it was the quickie mart.

The front desk clerk was kind and helpful but, most importantly, the locks appear to work.

For 80 bucks you can't complain... Yeah dont have a 65 inch TV/ice machine or coffee but what you think you gonna get for 80 bucks...these people all complaining.... stopppp ittttt. If you have a little hood inside you don't trip it's good. And they got hella good food a block away that won't tax you up the a**. We stayed here 3 nights and have no problem coming back
