I ordered 2 flavors of wings. Both were combined in one plate with no divider and the Fries looked like the were loaded in the plate first. The Sauces ran all together and my Fries were smothered and inedible. Not happy with the food at all. Normally in the past it is packaged better. Wasted $40... I called the restaurant and spoke to Alex(General Manager?) She advised me that next time request that the flavors are boxed separately because that is just how they come "ALL TOGETHER MIXED UP IN 1 BOX".

Wings are good, I like them extra crispy, which they will do if you ask for it. They have a great selection of sauces and rubs, the teriyaki is very flavorful. If you like it spicy, Asian zing is good. The regular hot is not that hot and their hottest, Carolina Reaper is a little to hot, wish they had something in the middle. Their new tenders are a pretty flavourful, though they have a little too much breading but if you like extra crispy fried chicken then they'll be perfect for you and you get your choice about the sauces for them.

I’ve been visiting Buffalo Wild Wings for twenty odd years. I knew them back when it was called BW3 and the quality of the chicken has gone to worse than fast food drive thru chicken.

Staff is always friendly, and wants to make sure you are well taken care of. Manager, Angee Collins, is intentionally present with her staff to provide great leadership.

Our waitress tried to cover her bad customer service by calling us my Love /Loves took forever to come check on us forgot our beer when we tried to order water she completely ignored our table we had to ask the host for waters and we tried for 15 minutes to get her attention to get our check at one point her coworker was clearing a booth and she was just chilling talking to her wile we tried flagging her down she didn’t even have her name gave on i didn’t get her name till I got the check . This place has no wait because the service is horrible. (Sarah was her name)

The chicken wings were dry and tough. Other than that everything was good.

burger patty was a bit overdone, fries very seasoned, as well as being soggy shoe string rather than something more fitting such as crispy steak fries. However, the cheese curds were very good.

Have eaten here 4 times. Service has been bad every time but tonight we waited approximately an hour for our food. Had to sneak my own refills. Was also seated by a loud drunk gentleman who used every cussword available for the entire meal in full view of my 3 and 10 year old daughters. I think this was my last time here. Very frustrating.

Went to this Buffalo Wild Wings and was very disappointed. Me and my family ordered a 30 piece boneless wings, 10 Lemon pepper, 10 Asian zing, 5 honey bbq and 5 mango habanero. About almost an hour after we ordered we finally received are food and was short 5 lemon pepper wings. We told the waiter and he did give us the wings eventually. The ranch was very sour and to top it all off the cups we were drinking out of were dirty and we only ordered waters. We ordered a bacon burger and it came as a cheese curd burger with no bacon. I usually go to the location on sunset but since this one is closer we decided to give this one a try but I will probably go back to the one on sunset in the future.

Service is garbage. Placed an online order for two 6 piece traditional wings which said would be ready for pickup in 40 mins. Arrived exactly 40 mins after placing an order and had to wait another 20 minutes for my food to be ready. So yes I waited an hour for two orders of 6 traditional wings. Edit: I know I should’ve done my due diligence and check my order upon receiving it but at home I discovered both orders were wrong

Second time they forgot our sauce for our wings. Well, it was for 50 pcs and you forgot the sauce! Really!! Thought you suppose to check the order. After spending close to $120 :-(

We ate here on the evening of 5/20/23. There were 4 of us that ordered 7 different things. We received everything but ONE AT A TIME over 20+ minutes. By the time we received all of our food everything else was cold. One person asked for a refill of lemonade which he received after we finished our meal. The manager did take $$ off our bill and managed to come up with some lie to try and make an excuse for the bad service. The poor servers were getting blamed for all the problems that were caused in the kitchen. For many years we loved coming to this BWW. We will never go to this restaurant again.

I so wish if had time to do a review in house, but boy did our meal take forever. The poor guy manning the front of the house was the only server, I saw, he was so slammed. He took our order right away, but we waited about 25 min for our food. My boys wings were good, they were happy. I ordered a black bean burger and the patty was hard, overcooked and a bit burnt. I was so hungry, so I ate it. I had a feeling getting a replacement would take far too long. We ended up being late to our next event, although I gave us an hour and change for a lunch.

I think what concerned me the most and why I gave a low score is an employee used the restroom and did not wash their hands afterward then was serving drinks to our table. Then it took longer than expected for food to come out. I understand the food should be served hot, but bringing it out at separate times so that the last people to receive their food are the last ones eating, and everybody is waiting, we just did not like. The food was good but its the other areas that need some work.

While the customer service is pleasant, the food quality is not. Each time I've order, I've had some sort of concern about the quality of my food. My fries are always over cooked and cold. My chicken seems to be cooked too hard. I'm not sure if it's because they have too many orders to fill and not adequate kitchen staffing or if its because they allow the food to sit too long before bagging it. Either way, I'd rather drive to the Galleria Mall location. And this one is 3 minutes away from my house.

Our experience at this buffalo wild wings was amazing! I wish i knew our waitress’s name so I could tell the manager to give her a raise! she was so kind and funny and helpful, and engaged in a wonderful conversation with my boyfriend and I. She brought us new drinks before we even had to ask! Beer and wings :) This place is open till 1 am, last pour of beers is at 12:30 am. Wonderful experience EVERY TIME we come!! 5 stars for management 5 stars for waiter/waitress 5 stars for bar keeps 5 stars for the Carolina Reaper/Dessert Heat/Asian Zing (hey I'm old enough to have more than one favorite!!) 5 stars for the sporty atmosphere with sports galore... I recommend coming here!

They're service can be pretty slow for how dead it can be. From bringing drinks and the food. Other people had received their order first or around the same time even tho they arrived some time after us. Other than that, our waitress was very friendly, helped pick out a drink for the child as she mentioned she has a kid too. Once the food was out, the wings were wet without being asked, which was forgotten to mention. Drinks were good.

Had a poor experience the last time I went. I made a trip back simply based on a gift card. The last time I went the food was okay but the service was poor. This time was the opposite. I feel bad for the bartender. It is usual for people to bring him or her orders from the kitchen. I'm leaving three stars. I need to take responsibility on checking the bag prior to leaving the establishment; the entire appetizer order was not included. Will return possibly if I get a gift card. Best if I just regift that card.
