The food is fair to poor quality. The staff are nice enough and really working hard to cookie cutter style the food for everyone driving up. I love the fries/burrito combo. The facility is average clean. I guess nothing really jumped out to me and said "wow look at this Del Taco!" As always you pay what you get.

Food is always consistent. Staff is always nice. I cannot get my fries well done to save my life though. Lol

Went to the original Del taco in Barstow California, and then in Henderson, Nevada and both have good food but the staff at the Henderson, Nevada restaurant were more like robots then people, not real service oriented as I notice in a lot of younger people in the service industry today. But if you're in town and want to grab some pretty good tacos then this is the place.

It's a nice clean fast food joint. The kids that work there are decent and somewhat friendly. As they conqour the world of economics. But the prices for a lousy taco suck. And so do the tacos. Not worth it for my buck.

Was told that they didn’t have a promotional shake I wanted. I know that the promotion is still going on which they would’ve just said that they were out I don’t like the misinformation because they don’t wanna explain it.

It's a 24 hour Del Taco, I ordered on app/ mobile and about 3:55am the order was submitted. I was not able to order on the app, the Independence Poppers Sprite so I was going to order that at the speaker. Pulled up to the speaker 1 minute after I placed order about 3:56am and the guy said they were closed between 4 to 5am. I told him but I have a mobile order, he asked my name and to pull up to the window. I asked him can I also buy a large Poppers cause couldn't order on app. He said nope and handed me my food. Okay then.

Quick service. Very nice when taking order. Clean. Would definitely recommend eating there.

The food isn't bad. The manager or whoever he is has bad manners. After work I pick up my daughter and we get takeout from here and eat it in my truck while she does her homework. We use their restroom to wash our hands before and after we eat. Yesterday I went in to ask to use their restroom and before I could, without looking up from what he was doing the guy says "the restroom is for paying customers only". I started to tell him I just ordered but I just said oh okay and left. It was kind of embarrassing. Because I renovate dilapidated properties so after work my clothes are dusty I cover my hair with a scarf and beanie. So I can only imagine what he thought of me. I feel sorry for people who are without their own. That's a horrible way to be treated.

Is not about the service or the employees. I signed up for the app and it says you get 3 free tacos when u sign up. I did but never got my free tacos. They wanted me to purchase something. Crazy! That's false advertising.

Without a doubt best customer service. Food was awesome. And every person in there seemed like they were enjoying their job to the fullest. Best experience from this Del Taco ever

This location is sooo much better than the other one off Boulder & Lake Mead. Much better customer service and you get your food faster. I am more than willing to drive a little further just to get better service. Also, they are open later too.

Staff was patient and waited till me and my party was ready to order, also had a very good promotional milkshake and drink celebrating are country with popper... Today I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, no sauce and beans. Imagine my surprise when I got home and there was no bacon in my burrito. The order taker repeated it correctly, the cook didn't read it correctly.

Food and service was fast and good. The seating area needed to be cleaned , 3/4 of the tables were dirty and only one table was being used at the time.

Great price good fast food. Only wish they would go back to letting customers get our own sauce packs.

Decided to get my tamale fix. While the tamale was flavorful it was very dry. I also gave the Carne Asada Torta a try. Big sandwich, lots of meat. Was pretty good. Since I dined in I got hot, fresh fries which were excellent. The drive thru was very busy, but our food came out fairly quick and was piping hot.
