disappointed from start to finish, the packaging is smaller now than before, the fries content was only half the size promised, the picture is worth a thousand words, a big disappointment my visit to JIB. I never come back at least not at 6 in the morning, the employees are very selfish with the portions...

I don't understand why every time I try to give this place a second chance I drive-through the drive-through to order a strawberry fanta as soon as I pull up to the thing there's no cars in front of me and they tell me to late and I sit there for almost 10 minutes waiting just to see how long I say hello anybody there and they tell me to wait longer I am finally finished waiting this is sad the owner must know about this problem they're employees during the daytime mid afternoon are not doing their job you need to fix this or you're going to continue to lose business this is very bad I am sorry to report this to you but you need to know.

I had a egg sausage sandwich one morning and I’ll never forget it. The staff wasn’t very nice. It surprisingly took a bit long in comparison to other fast food places for one sandwich and an orange juice. My sandwich was cold. The egg was GREEN. I’m not playin it was literally moldy looking thank god I seen that right away. The sausage was blue lol weirdest thing I’ve ever seen I tried to eat a bite before opening it open and spit it out. Disgusting lol it was my first time trying Jack in the box. It’s my last.

We got 2 ultimate breakfast sandwiches on Thanksgiving morning and they looked to be fully staffed for the holiday. There were a few people in the seat area. Quick in and out for us

This location is not so great. Staff doesn't know what customer service is, even hear them griping about management at the drive thru window. Nearly always something missing from order.

I just popped out for a craving snack and thought of the Egg Rolls and Mini Taquitos!!! A man took my order and as soon as I drove up to the window I realized it was the Manager manning the Drive thru position. Virtually UNHEARD OF ....Right? Well... he was very polite and friendly and zipped my food and soda out to me in a flash! I was stunned. I mentioned his excellent Customer Service Skills and told him I was a " working GM for a Restaurant/ Nightclub and the key to my successes in that business that I constantly reminded my Staff to concentrate on excellent service and the Tips will follow. A very positive visit to this location. And the Egg Rolls were freshly made and just the right choice for a Midnight snack!😁👍🏼👍🏼

My grilled cheese sandwich was inedible because it was microwaved so much. It was unbelievable. Like a rock. I think there was an issue with my order (I believe they accidentally gave one of my burgers to the people that ordered after me) so while they remade that burger they let my grilled cheese and jalapeño poppers sit there and then microwaved it again before putting it in the bag. The poppers were double dropped for sure. Dissapointing.

Created an online order for this location and not everything was in the bag. When I was checking my food to make sure everything was in there, the lady was huffing and giving me attitude. There was supposed to be 2 ultimate cheeseburgers in the order but my husband mistakenly only ordered 1. Instead of just charging us for another one they made a big deal about it. Finally we got charged for another one and the man gave us a single patty with no cheese or anything out of spite. Horrible service, do not recommend at all!!!

The fries were really good, cooked just right, and the burger was of excellent quality too, both were still hot when I got it, so it's a plus. I ordered on the drive thru, and it took less than 10 minutes.

I understand it’s a Friday night but, slow is smooth and smooth is fast. I asked for regular fries with my meal, got curly fries instead. On top of that, I didn’t get my drink either! Disappointing.

Twice now I've gotten the wrong item from this location, the first time was a Dr.Pepper when I ordered a rootbeer and the most recent time I ordered the spicy chicken strip meal and was given normal chicken strips. If you're going to charge me $20+ for an order I would like for it to be the correct order. I would not recommend going to this location.
