I went in having horrible pain in my upper left quadrant. I was vomiting with horrible burning in my stomach. I have these flare up's time to time. We still don't know the actual cause however the pain is worse then having a baby. Dr. Morris was very rude. It took him a while to come into the room however the ER was very quiet and seemed almost empty . when he did come into the room his first word were "I need you to calm down , I can hear you through 2 doors". While trying to talk through my pains I told him, " I'm not here to party I'm here cause I'm in pain and suffering and vomiting" . However I did the pain under control but went home and stuck at the rest of the flare up. It was in and out of the ER in no time. They clearly just wanted to get rid of me. Dr Justin Morris is rude and he is not what one would except for a Doctor. He does not actually care about the patients. Very unprofessional as well. Going somewhere else is well worth the drive.

I came to UT Henderson after a friend told me that’s where she had gone previously and been really satisfied with the care received. After going there myself, I 150% agree with her. The doctors and nurses made us feel comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. They also covered every base to make sure that nothing was left untouched and that my child was cared for as if he was their own. Although I hope to not have to return to the ER; if I were to have to I would go back the UT Henderson in a heartbeat.

Steer clear of this place, they will double charge you. I went to get a simple fishing hook out of my finger and they charged upwards of $5000 and their billing department took 30 minutes to get a hold of to get no assistance. Refuse to ever go back they will charge you everything they can.

I received the best care at UT in Henderson. All of the staff was so kind and accommodating. The hospital was clean and very efficient. Even the staff in the kitchen was fantastic. I would definitely recommend anyone to this hospital.

I left feeling worse then when I went in. I told them multiple times that my head felt like it was going to explode but yet all they did was swab me for covid, strep, flu and tell me it was negative. My temp was 99.9 so I'm freezing they didn't ask if I needed a blanket. By the time I got home my temp had gone up to 103.2 and my head hurt.

Officer Cody goes above and beyond to keep people safe. Doctor Morris is the best doctor in Texas.

Everyone in the ER was so kind and helpful. Elondranique in Admitting, Kiffany was an attentive nurse and Dr. Tracy were all fantastic. Very much appreciated, thank you to all!

Not only do you have to sit on hold for over 30 minutes to reach someone, their record/schedule keeping is atrocious!! My dad scheduled an appointment months ago and was given a reminder card with the date and time only to be told on the day of his appointment that they have nothing in the system for him. Now (having driven 75 miles to get there, fasting for blood work and in need of his diabetes medication) was told he has to either wait until 4 p.m. (blood sugar dropping at this point) for another appointment or reschedule for next week and go without his medication. What kind of place are you running. Who does that to someone?? This isn't the first time this has happened either.

They won't see patients that need help that need urgent care and procedures without all pament up front or insurance . I do not appreciate the way this hospital treats it patients nor am I ok nor should anyone else be OK with patients being turned away because of money. That's all this hospital cares about never mind the patients the ones who actually need the care the could be bleeding out and dieing they'll just leave them there to die.
