Great restaurant hostess welcomed very friendly and personable, T.V. every wall, music, and bar is outstanding. Our server was not friendly or welcoming when ordering seemed a bit stressed. Drinks were just OK, beer seemed flat, and margaritas not mixed well at all for premium tequila order!!! WINGS Awsome, steak nachos very good, bacon cheese burger was also good my wife said, so I will say 50/50 folkZ. We may go to a different BJs or just hop for the best 🤞🏼

Me and my girlfriend went for an anniversary and had great service, the only problem was that there was HAIR in HER food. They offered to replace it but it ruined her appetite. Enough to waste the calamari we ordered as well. They took it off our bill but I'm intrigued at the fact that it didn't seem unusual to the staff, which scares me. When theres a HEALTH irregulation with your food at least try harder to earn a good review. Disappointing.

Whoever thought up the Pizookie was a genius. If you've never been to BJ's, you have to go for this amazing concoction. It's a cookie baked in a pizza tin, topped with creamy vanilla ice cream. The cookies come in different flavors. OMG. Forgot the food. Make a meal of Pizookies! (My favorite: the salted caramel.) Actually, for a chain, the food is remarkable. The BJ's in Henderson serves some of the best ahi tuna in town, the Las Vegas Strip included. It's wrapped around a mountain of fresh avocado. Heaven. P.S. BJ's has first-rate fish tacos too. If you are into Chicago-style pizza, this is the place to order it. (I grew up in Chicago and lived on Uno and Due pizza, so I KNOW.) There was a tad too much delicious dough. But the toppings. Perfection. I am always tempted to order a second one to take home for breakfast. The restaurant is known for its beer tastings. I am a wine person and I LOVE BJ's beer tastings. The staff picks a theme and then pairs 6-8 beers with appropriate food. They are about the most fun you can have with your clothes on. I often go by myself and people are surprisingly friendly. In Henderson the large patio is the perfect place for an alfresco moonlight meal. BJ's also has $10 lunch specials. How can you beat that? The restaurant is located in a popular shopping center, so there is always plenty of parking. I did say popular so sometimes you do have a walk. But there is parking right at the front door too.

BJ's was very nice, friendly staff,pretty good atmosphere.. they gave my son a free pizza for doing good in school, the manager was very friendly and came out to greet us... I was very impressed by all of this, the french fries were excellent, some of the best I've had, the Root beer was also excellent, again some of the best I've had... I ordered the buffalo chicken wings, and was not very impressed... They were just okay, and the price was a little bit high... But overall this place was great!

First time coming in and they definitely made an impression. So coming in we were greeted we gave them our name and told us ten minutes for a table perfect we sat and waited .Almost right on 10 minutes we got taken to our table the restaurant looked busy but there was a few tables empty and looked like there was a good amount of servers going up and down our area. Tables next to us arrived after us and got there orders for drinks and food taken well we were trying to be patient we were excited to try a new place and we were having a little date night so didn't want anything to ruin it welp 20 minutes later after being sat no one came near us to get our drink order even so at this point I told my boyfriend lets just go somewhere else we had reservations to be some where after dinner and we came in with enough time we thought and at this point if it took this long for them to even come to the table i can imagine the rest of the service would be this way well my boyfriend wanted to still give them a chance so he finally got someone's attention and asked who was our waiter and the young man wasn't sure but he went to tell his manager or supervisor im guessing and she was friendly and apologetic and took our drink order and food order i mean by this time we knew what we wanted got our drinks and maybe 20 minutes more then our food granted it was meats so maybe thats why the wait . The food it self was good i ordered a calm chowder yummy but they didnt even offer salted crackers which any where ive had soup they offer thoses and the prime rib and my boyfriend got the bbq ribs and tri tip ,very flavorful and portions were good just perfect. Might i add there horse radish was delicious i know its not for everyone but i loved it then with my meal it came with a pie cookie thing and we weren't finished with our meal but since I've seen there timing and attention i ordered when the manager came by again and sure enough 20 minutes more for the cookie that was good but im sure it doesn't take that long but the server that was assigned to us once they realized we were there came after the manager had came didn't seem to make sure we were taken care of after the bad start they had . The manager was nice but after she let our server know the situation I would assume you'd try to make sure everything was good and she definitely didn't but to "try " and make things good the manager gave us two coupons for a free cookie for when we come in next time and spend $14.99 well the food was good but for the service im not sure if we will be back . Overall restaurant looks cool and comfy ,food was good but customer service definitely needs some improvement .

This place is like a well-oiled machine, we had a great experience from start to finish. Candace was our waitress and to say she gave excellent service is an understatement. We had prime rib and tri top, both amazing, and her suggestions made the meal even more delicious.

The place was very nice. Very spacious and a great place for you and your friends to go to. I have no friends, so it was just me and my daughter. Still had fun though, but don't order the steak. There's no real taste to it other than teriyaki or whatever they let it sit in for a full day. Everything else was great.

I only have one dang question for the managers and kitchen staff I need an answer to! You guys should realize how amazing you do for uber eats orders. You are literally the only one that the food will still be warm, everything is packed beautifully and quick! But can you stop breaking my heart..... because..... Why can you get all the hard course perfect... dinner... apps... but why.... just why... CAN YOU NOT BURN THE PIZOOKIE COOKIE AND NOT JUST SLIGHT BURN LIKE CRUNCH CRUNCH ASH.... I KEEP ORDERING IT ON MY UBER ORDERS AS I AM BLINDED BY THOSE NOMMY FIRST COURSES AND HOW NICELY PACKAGED IT IS THAT I FORGET UNTIL I PEEL THAT FOIL TOP OFF AND EVERY DANG TIME NOT ONCE HAS IT BEEN OK 😞 I believe in your abilities to train to go cookie chef to stop making bricks pleassssse and maybe one day my heart will stay together as that foil top comes off and the whole thing will be perfect.

Food was great as always. Service on the other hand was not so great. When you ask the server to bring the appetizer first and they don’t bring it til the entree shows up makes me a little upset. What’s the point of ordering and appetizer if the meal shows up first?

I was meeting the boyfriend here for the warriors game. While waiting for him at the bar I was greeted by Lauren who was friendly and considerate. We ordered avocado egg rolls, BJs original wings— which are now like my new favorite wings. Can’t believe how crisply and juicy they were! And pizza. Throughout the evening, Lauren and her counterpart Matt were so attentive and hospitable. It made for a nice night. It was such a pleasurable experience to dine with them and have their service!

The older woman night manager was very rude. I ordered the tri tip and chicken. Chicken was very dry. Waiter offered to give me ribs instead. I thought I was getting the the $3 upgrade for inconvenience. I was charged an extra $9 for the upgrade and kids drinks. They corrected the drinks no problem but when I asked about the extra $7 I was told that was how the manager told me to ring it up. I asked to speak to manager who came to the table in a bad mood right from the start. She told me "you don't come to a place and order a burger and get a ribeye in return". Seriously?! She fixed it but not after being very rude and storming of saying " I don't want to hear it" while I was mid sentence. My kids were very upset and didn't understand what was going on and this was all completely uncalled for.

A cozy and pleasant place for a delicious dinner. Great beer and great staff. The price pleasantly surprises! Highly recommend!

After waiting 45 mins went to check to see how much longer the host informed us texted us. Lie 1 we never gave them our number because we waited there. Then was told they did have our name on the list. Lie 2 which is it you texted us or did not have our name on list. 20 mins later got table but just in time for them to run out of the Prime Rib( the only reason we came in the first place) poor customer service

I just waited 20-30 minutes just TO GET SEATED. My mom is handicap in a wheelchair. Finally when they had a table open, they GIVE US A BOOTH. Then say “if you want a table you have to wait 20-30 mins” Can’t accommodate handicaps The pandemic already affects everything then this restaurant is short servers?? Excuse me but it’s noon and lunch time. ALL YOUR SERVERS SHOULD BE THERE. Completely absurd how awful my experience was. Never coming to this location again

Such a delicious spot. I love the following and highly recommend it: Clam chowder with bread bowl Bacon, Chicken Ranch Pizza Avocado Rolls Calamari Seared Ahi Salad Asian Salad Chicken Alfredo pasta Definitely a family spot, great spot to watch sports at the bar and perfect for couples on a date. Friendly staff and the time for food delivery to the table is perfection.

BJ's has an incredible menu! We enjoyed a deep dish pizza, sweet potato fries & a wedge blue cheese salad .BJ's makes their own root beer & cream soda ! My specialty drink is half for beer, half cream soda!! My husband loved his beer sampler! For dessert we shared a hot fudge brownie with ice cream & hot chocolate sauce! The aviance is sweet there! We loved our time at this restaurant!

Got seated at 7:45, my group of three did not get all of our main dishes until about 9:30. The Brussel sprouts that we ordered were very burnt and the manager came over (I did not ask for her to come over) and said they are always that black. I’ve ordered these before and they have never been this dark and taste this burnt. The manager handled the situation very disrespectfully, keep in mind the manager was not asked by anyone at our table. Very unprofessional, very rude.

The wait staff was checking on us every now and then if we are ok and we got everything that we need. The food was served quickly and it tasted good also! I like the jumbo spaghetti with meat balls, the french fries, and the salted caramel with ice cream on top. My husband and I were delighted with the good experience. Will bring our family next time.

We went to the Henderson Nevada location and had a GREAT meal! The unlimited soup and salad for $10 is what I had and it was delicious! I got a bowl of the chicken tortiilla soup and the tomato bisque which were both delicious. My hubby loved the chili and wedge salad. Our waitress Abby provided excellent service too for our group if 8. It was our first visit and we can't wait to go back and have another salted caramel pizookie!!!

Fast friendly service

First time here and it was the best BJ experience I could asked for. The food was delicious, I started out with the avocado egg rolls and it was amazing very crunchy and the sauce was sweet and flavorful. I also had the TRI TIP and ribs with ceasar salad and baked potato and that was even more delicious. Matthew provided real good service, very friendly and attentive. The margaritas were yummy. Definitely coming back to try out the rest for the menu specially the desserts.

Excellent food. They were fairly busy and I had to wait over 10 minutes before I was greeted at my table by my server. Then after I finished eating it was almost 15 minutes to get my server to come back to ask for my check. I think they're possibly understaffed right now. Highly recommend the cherry Chipotle Salmon though.

Great food and service

If I could have given Felix our server more stars I would have, he was absolutely on top of it. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very attentive. The food, as has been the case every time I've been to BJ's, was top notch and delicious. It was also brought out in a very timely manner so we were not waiting and all of the staff were very friendly.

The salad, pizza, burgers are pretty great. Christina is a world class server.

I have always liked BJ's, but it seems to take a little longer to get our food every time. The waitress was great. She apologized a couple of times for how long it was taking. Usually, the food is worth the wait, but the toast was burnt on our chicken sandwich, and there was only chicken on half of it. My daughters salmon bowl was good, but the rice was cold. Hopefully, they just had a bad day, I own restaurants, and it happens. We will be back.

Will and Matt were the best. They were very attentive and friendly. The sliders and poor stickers were great. All the food was hot and fresh. The Hop Storm IPA and Berry Burst Cider were nice and refreshing. The volume of the game was loud enough to hear, but not so loud that you can't talk at a normal level. Overall a great experience!

Unlike the iceberg lettuce I had previously on the cob salad other places use a spring mix or dark green although the dressing was good this time everything was superb the service the food atmosphere everybody there was in a great mood good vibe good atmosphere. Visited dozen times and always been happy with the service / selection. if you are willing to order what is on special, the value is INCREDIBLE. For instance, $11 for a brisket topped burger, complete with cheese and bacon? Or try the $5 for "pizzokie" , which is a massive cookie topped with ice cream? And 1/2 price pizza night? Service is fast. The food is great. The deals make it even better. Go there every opportunity I get

Ordered 2 salads and an appetizer to go Specifically stated did not want blue cheese. Got home and had blue cheese dressing. Checked the receipt and it was correct... not happy to pay $18 for a salad and have no dressing Update 6/10: This was our 1st time back since January when they messed up our order... shocker still not right again. I got home with my order and the tri tip was basically inedible. Ive never seen well done tri tip and it was so chewy i couldnt eat parts of it. I ordered a salad and said no blue cheese and asked for ranch instead, Got home and had no dressing at all and they served parts of the lettuce core. We also ordered jambalaya... it was greasy to say the least. Reminded us of frozen food. For us this is not even remotely worth the money. We will be skipping Bjs permanently and suggest anyone else do the same

BJs is a family friendly restaurant with a little bit of everything on the menu. They offer daily specials, happy hour, and a prime Rib special Friday - Sunday. During this visit I just stopped in for lunch and had the Kicken Chicken Sandwich. It was good, and I like how they give you the extra sauces on side. They have a good selection of house beers and house sodas on draft. The berry cider, and Vanilla cream soda were great. I normally don't do desert for lunch, but I had to try the Peanut Putter Chocalate Smores Pazookie. It not disappoint. Something you can expect with a chain restraunt of this size is consistency, and food prep down to a science. Everything came out pretty quickly. I have been here many times, and will be back again.

I feel so disappointed. I came here with my girlfriend and the service was horrible. We were seated and waited 10 minutes to be asked what we wanted. The waitress was not only unhelpful but rude. She wasn’t attentive whatsoever and never checked up on us. I had an empty cup for the majority of the time being there. The majority of people were of a paler skin tone and were helped and checked up on frequently. I feel so hurt. I will never return to this location. 0/10 don’t recommend.

BJ’s has always been one of my go to spots. However, today was a bit disappointing. The fillet was ordered medium but arrived well done and extremely dry. It was sent back and returned the same. Our sever Jillian was very apologetic and offered us other options. She advised her manger, Kevin, who came over and apologized for the mishap with the meat. He offered to adjust the bill and said he would speak to the kitchen staff. Although, our meal fell well short of our expectations, the fact that both the server and manger took ownership spoke volumes of their genuine interest in wanting to provide outstanding customer service. I’d ask that both be acknowledged in some fashion for their efforts. Although, the meal clearly missed the mark, the customer service gets high praise.

As a first time guest at a BJ's Restaurant... I was highly satisfied with the Fantastic Food and Fast Service during my Takeout. I ordered the Italian Chicken Parmigiana and it was amazing,, I also got a free Pizookie for signing up online which was also amazing. I definitely recommend anyone to give this restaurant a try and i will also be a future returning guest!!

I always used to see this place full and there was always a long wait to get in. Because of that I used to think this place was amazing. We got lucky one night and stopped by and there was a short wait. So we decided to try it out. Big mistake, we should’ve went elsewhere. They sat us and gave us one kid menu even though we clearly had 2 young ones. We had to ask for an additional but then they didn’t even have crayons for the kids menu. Ordering was a disaster, our waitress was so slow. After ordering our drinks it took 20 minutes to get the drinks. Then another 20 for her to come back and take our order. Waiting for the food took almost an hour, and we never got an apology from anyone. But now I can see why this place is always full, it’s because the service it super slow and causes a long wait time. Also the dish in the picture is nasty, don’t waste your time on it

BJ is a local favorite as they offer a wide selection of food , beer and various other type drinks. Some what similar to Cheesecake factory. Food is good and the service is great. They do take out and on certain peak hours reservations are recommended. They offer a good variety of options like seafood and steak. The Rib Eye is great. It has a little of everything for the whole family.

Service was ok. Food was ok. Nice atmosphere, had on playoffs...would not be my choice to go to BJ's, but would go if invited.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service experience from the Jamie Uphoff- general manager of the restaurant. Even after I have notified her that the food was NOT well cooked, my wife got stomachache from their food. I have contacted the corporate office and they did not do anything about it, I have tried to reach out to the regional manager and he never tried to call me back, nothing. I went back to the restaurant to speak with a general manager and she refused to replace the meals for us. She was very argumentative and rude . I cannot believe how BJ’s treats their loyal customers, we have been coming to this location for years and brought so many friends there and they did not care about that a bit. We will definitely never ever return to the BJ’s restaurant again, I will rather go somewhere else and spend my money, where I will be appreciated as a loyal customer. We have been coming to this location for years and always had a great experience and this is shocking to me that the general manager didn’t care about that at all or well being of their customers.

The wait wasn’t so bad considering it was Father’s Day. However we did seem to wait quite a bit for food and drinks. We never got little things like ranch. We ordered sweet potato fries didn’t come to the end of the meal. The bathrooms were definitely messy. It was quite busy that day as it is Father’s Day so maybe that’s to be expected. Overall I did enjoy the experience and I had a lot of fun with my family time thank you BJ’s

Went on a double date here and everyone managed to find something they like, including my rather picky wife. The Tatonka stout is particularly good and highly recommended. Not an everyday lunch spot but an exceptional dinner location.

I really like the food (like always). Their sweet potatoes fries are delicious. Today I tried their sliders and they were good, also the Hawaiian pizza

Overall, good meal and atmosphere for a relaxed dinner on a Friday night.

Good for a chillin session with my friends

My husband and I had dinner at BJ'S on Thursday evening. Our server was Anthony F. He is one of the best servers we have even had! He was always right on time. If I didn't know better, I would think we were his only table...... we weren't. We told him while visiting during our visit that we had a drive of over an hour to get home. When we left, he brought us each a glass of ice water to go, "for the road". So, if you get the chance to visit BJ"S in Henderson, I would. Maybe you will be fortunate enough to have Anthony as a server!
