Bad experience! my scooter got stolen the 2nd week living here, I don’t feel secure since, and the pool never works, the city closed it! I don’t recommended it

I drove a whole 22 minutes for a 1:30pm appointment to tour a unit and no one was on the leasing office. So I called and listened to the phone ring and still no one answered or came out to greet me. On to the next apartment community.

The staff is amazing here! Very friendly office staff and the maintenance team is great. They never had me waiting too long to fix issues, and one of the cleanest properties I’ve lived in! The events for the kids are a plus too. Alway fun activities and snacks for the kids here. Would definitely recommend living here!

My family and I moved to Henderson in 2021and moved right into South Valley Ranch. It’s 2023 and have signed our 3rd lease. The office staff has always been nice and cooperative as well as the maintenance team. What I love the most is that the office staff always thinks of the kids and holds fun little holiday events. Thank you Team SVR!

This place is terrible.. run! Looks can be deceiving. Looks nice but everything is always broken the pool is always shut down by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT which is super scary alone. Garages get broken into on the daily south valley ranch does NOTHING to prevent this NO cameras but charge an arm and leg to rent them. Apartments get broken into during day light hours no security. They tow your car from your OWN parking spot if you have problems getting your car tagged and a little late they tow you then you gotta pay 400 dollars to get it out. The Jacuzzis never working the bbq is missing the turn on knob for 2 YEARS prob more! The pool furniture with fabric that looks nice in the cabana is infested with FLEAS or bed bugs some kind of disgusting bug! Its been there YEARS no one's clean it its just gross. My mailbox was getting mail stolen out of it. I lived there 2 years to long prices are outrageous!! If Not to mention the terrible flooring. Go glad I decided to move. I pay the same for my 4 bedroom house rental that I did in a 2 bedroom here. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Very great place to live. Never had issues of any sort. The 3 women in the office are very helpful with any questions. Pretty peaceful place for me.
