I've had cockroaches for like 7 months now. It took a new employee at the front desk for any sort of movement, but I still have cockroaches. There's a bunch of extra fees added such as public pest control, public maintenance and public lighting on top of your own personal stuff. One of the members at the front desk is less than helpful, and you get no response online.

Yes, there are no cameras and no security guards, which led to the theft of both of our vehicles. 5400 CORPORATE please contact me, I have the police report number. When asked I was told by Mari that because they were repainting they had to "rewire the cameras so they don't have any right now". Ok? But you could repaint a whole apartment complex and renovate a pristine leasing office but could not afford cameras or to fix a gate that remains open. Right? And you have records to prove that since we moved in Jan. 2023 there were some type of camera system for the complex, because as of July it is being rewired right? Indicating that there was some type of cameras on the property. While this place seemed cheap the fees associated with rent are ridiculous. The "clubhouse fee" from the renters paid for paint on the buildings so they could up the rent not a benefit to us. Further more it was used to renovate and buy new furniture for the leasing office even though it was in pristine condition, looking better then most the apartments they rent out. This lack of priority failed to equip the property with security or protection. I am livid as I got no resolution for the complex, no follow-up, and no remorse for our theft of property.

Bri was very professional and welcoming. She showed us a couple of units that were nice and renovated, and the community is quiet. They are pet friendly with a nice little dog park and poop bag dispensers all over the property. All of my questions were answered and made for an easy move-in.

Before was a nice place not anymore when management not able to fix bad situations. Has been a nightmare for me and my boyswe are not able to enjoy good nights cause new neighbors on top of my apartment the are 2 families living in, 2/3 adults plus 11 kids !! Very loud any time could be midnight or 34 or 6am plus BIG fights they took orpeace at all and as I said management not able to deal or fix all this problems. I work 12 hrs shift and my family and I we just can not have good crest at all. Also their dog with out a leash and tras everywhere and off course in front of my door entrance every day. So I do not recommend this place to bring your family into this property!! Prices to high and I'm paying extra money for my water because I'm sharing with the new neighbors at least 13/14 persons and one dog. Security they can not do anything also calling cops it take forever to show up cause is not an emergency. I don't have any support from management or "authorities "Only option I have is to move out with my family to another unit far from this people

I always have the best experience with Brianna. What an amazing personality and work ethic on her. She truly knows how to make you feel comfortable. BRI is such a gift! She caused us to feel so good and as of now at home. She exceeded all expectations to assist with condo application! I pulled my check card out immediately to pay my application charge, which was the first expense I at any point felt OK with paying! I felt like I'd proactively had known her for a really long time! Thank you kindly for the great experience! A ton of renting experts are inconsiderate and grouchy and couldn't care less about their positions and couldn't care less in the event that you lease from the organization or not! Yet, by and by thank you BRIANNA for the awesome experience! I will make certain to allude others

Isael is the absolute best Maintenance Professional!! He is always working very hard to keep the community clean and completes all repairs in a quick orderly fashion!!

I'm new to Vegas, and I went to view almost 30-50 apartments within the year that I've been here!! BRI is such a blessing! She made us feel so comfortable and already at home. She went the extra mile to help with apartment application! I pulled my debit card out right away to pay my application fee, which was the 1st fee I ever felt comfortable with paying! I felt like I'd already had known her for years! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! A lot of leasing professionals are rude and moody and don't care about their jobs and don't care if you rent from the company or not! But once again thank you BRIANNA for the wonderful experience! I will definitely be sure to refer others!

5400 vistas apartments are a great place to live. The location leaves a great deal accessible and the general upkeep is great. The staff has been very helpful as well and try to help as much as possibly able. Mari the main manager has helped and always been the best with a smile always on when a problem has occurred. The amenities are nice as well. I’m very happy to have made my move here and plan on staying for awhile

The maintenance Isael did a very good job. I was very satisfied. He has very good treatment and is very quick to work.
