This was my first time treating myself to a "Glam Session" which included a blowout ad makeup. Kara was my stylist. While she was a nice enough person, I was very disappointed with the experience. I told her I wanted an old school glam Hollywood look. The makeup job she did was the most disappointing. My eyeshadow was uneven and she had to redo it twice. At the start of the appt. she put on a tiny bit of light pink lip gloss no lip liner and no definition to my lips. She used such a little bit of mascara that you couldn't see my lashes and barely any color on my cheeks. I told her I wanted my eyes to pop but she just used some drab shade that was mix of brown and plum that did nothing to accentuate my green eyes. No eye liner at all. The third time of her trying to redo my eyes, I told her I would just go home and do it myself. I redid my eyes, cheeks and lips. The hairstyle was close to what I wanted, but by the time I got home (and I live 5 minutes away) the curls had flopped and the volume had gone flat. I could sense she knew she didn't do a good job because as soon as I got out of the chair, she turned her back and said nothing to me. $135.00 down the drain.

Booked a last minute valentines appointment here because of the Groupon. I wasn’t expecting anything great but I left so happy. My stylist was Sara and she did an incredible blow out. Exactly like I asked and hid all of my fly always and didn’t damage my hair. It lasted a few days. Will come back every time I visit Vegas. Thanks Sara!

My very 1st time to visit a hair salon in about 20yrs and hair stylish Jeremy made my visit an enjoyable visit. He was extremely professional and listened to what i wanted and did the job just perfectly. I'll be returning to see Jeremy again for all my hair needs. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SALON and ask for Jeremy, he's the best.

I was having trouble scheduling with my previous lash tech and found sparkles through class pass. Sparkles is the best Nadia did fantastic on my lashes and brows, Heather was kind and welcoming when I walked in. I’m so in love with sparkles the atmosphere is gorgeous and fun, the service was excellent and the staff are great. The scent could be improved with diffusers. Either way I will be coming back monthly for my lash lift. I found my new happy place✨💗

Kay is the best! I have a ton of extensions and she is super fast and AMAZING at styling. My hair style & curls will last for an entire week without having to touch it up!

So unprofessional. Came to get a blowout at 9am for an important event I have today - still sitting here at 9:23 and the stylist is no where to be found.. there is only 1 girl here working who has a client and she’s stressed out trying to handle her client and my situation at the same time. Such an uncomfortable situation.

I walked in for a blowout and it seemed like no one cared, there were two people working and one was in the back just chilling she went in the back right as I walked in. I’ve been wanting to get my hair done for a long time I’ve been looking for a membership at different places and this is the last place I would bring my business. Dirty salon hair all over the floor and looks like it hasn’t been maintained for years. I will take my business somewhere else, uninviting Stylist. Sara was rude the moment I walked in the Salon. She has terrible long pointy nails and scratched my head, neck and face! When I mentioned to her she reacted condescending and rude. I used to love the place but having a terrible experience there changed my prospective on the place. Hopefully she can either learn how to use those long pointy nails gently on clients! or simply cut them off and be respectful!
