He completed the work order and told me that I could call him again anytime that I needed anything. I highly recommend making Arabella your new home. The washer isn’t done yet but they are working on it. The BR sink is done. I guess the ice maker can’t be hooked up??? Still need a pad in the air conditioner

Needed new washer Was ordered and in 8 days after reporting being the holidays this was understandable.

Maintence was amazing! Not only fixed my faucet but caulked the area after.And it didn't take long to arrive and complete the work. I was thoroughly impressed!

Put in two requests(fixing my toilet running and the tank overflowing and getting a pool key) in the evening and they had both taken care of by the time I got home from work the next day. Great service!

Luis worked the problem, and relaced the fridge so I could have refrigeration and I used a extension cord until he could relace the braker.
