Unfortunately, I have medicaid right now and went to this place. The office staff was nice, but I scheduled for a standard examination and cleaning, the one I get to do once a year with this insurance. They tried to just look at one side of my mouth and got a little upset when I reminded them to do my whole mouth. The dentist came to explain the results and then told me they would not clean my teeth because I needed a deep clean which would cost me around $500. I don't have that much money for a teeth cleaning, if I did, I would probably be able to afford better insurance. She was also kind of rude throughout the interaction, which wouldn't even bother me much if they didn't deny half the reason for the visit and want to charge me $500 instead. The front office staff was very nice though.

I give Nevada Sun Dental 5 stars I have been there many times and I always feel I am in good hands and that they truly care about their patients. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The Dentist she is very skilled and competent I can relax knowing she is doing good work. Thank you for your sevices!

Horrible experience. Dr. Mohammed started off by insulting implants done by another dentist. It was completely unnecessary. She then said the reason for one of my teeth needing to be extracted was probably due to smoking or not taking care of my teeth properly. Excuse me? I'm here to have the problem solved, not be insulted. She didn't listen to me at all. Interupted me. Then she gave me an estimate which was very high for what I wanted to have done. Very unpleasant experience and a waste of time.

I went to this place today for an emergency root canal and although I had come in embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. I signed up for the Sunbit Dental payment plan they recommended and was surprised that I got approved on the spot, in which I was able to avoid spending a bunch of money last minute. My tooth that was getting the root canal was in bad shape but Dr. Nahid was able to save it, in which I’m extremely grateful. I’ve switched over my primary Dentist to this office and am more than happy with my care today, and will be coming back to continue with my other dental needs. Ask about the Sunbit dental installment plan when you call to save yourself some upfront money if you need additional coverage! 👍🏼
