As always Starbucks is superb when it comes to their drinks, no complaints there. :) This is a new place and they just opened in August 2022 so I know they are super slow and sometimes you may have to have your drink remade but you just have to be understanding. I like the atmosphere and there's a ton of young people working and they are respectful and do a great job of making you feel welcome. Way to go Henderson Starbucks!

Very friendly place. I didn't want to come back to a Starbucks before visiting this one. But I will gladly come back and make sure they are able to keep getting a paycheck. Thanks for the great service with a smile, y'all!

The worst coffee experience. Go literally any where else. Our order is wrong every time and then when we say something we are lied to and told that that's just how the drink is supposed to come. I have been lied to and told that the same drink is supposed to be three different ways. Dani is unprofessional.

I have been through this Starbucks drive thru several times, the customer service is always terrible. They are always rude. Today I went to the drive thru and I felt very rushed by the barista. The manager was very rude as well and was raising her voice and would say mean comments like “you need to make a decision, you are holding up the line” , will most definitely never go back there , they lost a loyal customer

OMG! I came here at least three out of the 5 days I was in town lol and every single time I was greeted with the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from ANY Starbucks I have ever been to! Those young ladies in the morning are AWESOME! I am NOT a morning person! AT ALL lol. But I couldn’t help but smile every time I came to place my order! I mean they really help you have a “good morning”! So thank you so much ladies for making my cold and dark mornings a little brighter!

Have been through the drive-thru several times, and Frappuccinos have been lacking. They fill the bottom and the top with whipcream, which leaves very little room for the actual blended coffee. They said they always make it that way, but Starbucks in other states don't do it this way.

Drive thru was amazing! Fast, friendly and AMAZING coffee! Very consistent. ❤️

Ordered a 20oz venti and got less than 16oz of drink. =( the Grande drink was right at least

You walk in and they don't greet anyone. The employees just look at you like, you don't belong in there. The machines are not calibrated. You don't taste coffee, it is very weak. Like water. I will drive an hour away to get some real coffee.

The guy that was working the window was very rude, he closed the window in my face as I was asking a question and then wouldn’t come back to the window he left me sitting there until finally another lady came and helped with my question. But he was also rude to me the second I pulled up. Will not be back to this location again as this is not the first time they were rude and snappy.
