Great place to eat and always good breakfast, lunch or dinner. Staff was friendly and the shop was stocked. Awesome place to go no matter where you are.

Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite restaurants to visit when I vacation down south. It never disappoints. The staff is amazing and truly lives up to the rumors of southern hospitality. Todays service is was exceptional.

We were heading south on I-95 and after two attempts to stop for a quick bite at Burger Kings finding both not having inside seating decided to choose a place we knew would... Cracker Barrel. First and very important when getting off I-95 be it heading North or South turn in at the first traffic light when you are heading towards the restaurant as if you pass it you will need to go to the first exit to turn around...I had to do it. Now the restaurant, typical CB with a welcoming General Store in the front with a lot of quality stuff. We were seated right away and waited on by Gabby a real 5 ⭐ server. We ordered a bowl of vegetable soup, folks while excellent 5 ⭐ it is so small for $5.99 vs. the old crock that I wonder how small it would be. I ordered a Salad that was huge and fantastic with Bacon Bits, Cheese, Cucumber, Grape Tomato a nice 5 ⭐. I ordered the Meat Loaf, Mashed potatoes and Carrots. A nice large and very tasty meal 5 ⭐. Bill got his Grandma Sampler 2 egg's sunny side (ended up getting 3 as they broke one yolk), Meat sampler Bacon, Sausage Patty and Country Ham plus two of the very best pancakes 🥞 and Maple Syrup a Super 5 ⭐. After dinner we walked the store and Bill found a USAF I served T-shirt and got 25% off for $15.00, a real deal. If you are on I-95 and want a meal, stop in as you will not be disappointed. 👍

It would have had a much higher rating if the people that cook the food were not so dumb. I explicitly told my waiter I did not want any salt on my steak and he assured me it would only have butter and garlic and he would tell them to hold the seasonings. Well they didn't hold the seasonings. And I don't like salty food. Every bite I took felt like I was eating a teaspoon of salt. It burned my mouth. That's how I feel when I eat salt. I should have complain from the beginning but I just sat there and took it as I slowly, very slowly ate the steak. About halfway between I did tell the server that it was very salty and he assured me it shouldn't be. When checking with the cook apparently they forgot his instructions and added seasonings. He came back and apologetically said "I'm sorry, I wish there was something I could do. Do you want me to do something?"when I am rhetorically asked this way, of course I said no that's fine. Should I be the one to initiate this. I don't think so. Pay the bill. Left no tip... And I was angry with myself for second-guessing I knew to be the case and the truth in this matter, rather than thinking I was wrong and the waiter had to be right.... I'm just imagining this horrible salt. Never again going to second-guess myself. If waiters and waitresses are so inexperienced that they need to ask the customer what to do, I would rather not dine there.

I'm giving 3 stars because of the manager. The waitress was rude to me and my son. We got our drink order and she took our food order quickly. But it went downhill when she came back with our food, I had ordered the old timer's breakfast. She gave me fried chicken steak. When I ordered the ham. She didn't get my son the sandwich that he ordered instead he just got one slice of bacon, some eggs. I tried multiple times for her to refill my coffee but she kept ignoring me and going to other tables in her section. When I got the check and I tried to get her attention again to refill my son's drink. She acted like we didn't exist. So when I looked at my check she had charged me extra for the ham when the menu clearly says that I could pick the ham or the chicken. So I called in the manager which she was very nice and accommodating to my problem.

My husband and I love this place. It offers American home-cooked meals at a reasonable price. We've been to Cracker Barrel in a few different areas before, and this location was one of the best! Our server, Latrina, was truly amazing. Her warm smile, polite demeanor, patience, and efficiency stood out. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, warm, and in harmony. Shopping items at the attached gift shop here is also enjoyable. I'm eager to revisit soon!

How's everybody doing? To keep it short the service was I bit slow due to them being packed on a Saturday, the drink I had was good, can't remember the name of it but it had a strawberry flavor to it and was bottomless. The catfish I honestly thought would come out fried but instead it was cooked on a flat top. It was supposed to have a canjon flavor to it but my taste buds had a opposite opinion. Honestly it tasted like they got it out of the bag just as it fully thawed out. Other than that it was good, especially with the lemon I squeezed on there. The loaded baker was good and not overly filling with sour cream and etc. The corn tasted as if it was from a can but hey, it was good. All in all I would go back when the time comes.

Great lunch. Dont sleep on the fried chicken, was seasoned to perfection. Mac n cheese exceeded my expectations, tasted like homemade. Our waitress Keisha was very friendly and checked on us numerous times to make sure we were good. The manager Marshall was walking around greeting customers. Very friendly atmosphere with reasonable prices and hot fresh meals. One of the Best chain restaurants in the business.

We stopped to eat here on our way to the Botanical Gardens light show. We got seated in a reasonable time. Our drink orders were even taken very quickly. Then the problems started. It took almost 15 minutes for us to even get our drinks. We ordered our food and that took almost 30 minutes to come. Keep in mind they were not that busy at the time. When we did finally get our food, my mother did not receive one of her sides, we did not receive our biscuits/cornbread, pepper sauce for the greens, and we never received any napkins. We had also ran out of our drinks, as the waitress had only been to the table twice; another waitress brought our food to us. After multiple attempts to track down our waitress we finally got her and it took us forever to get refills on our drinks and napkins. She also took forever to bring out my mothers missing side and our biscuits/ cornbread. We ended up being there over an hour and the restaurant was not busy. The food was very good but Very disappointed in the service we received. Waitress had no enthusiasm or no sense of urgency. She also made several people around wait a long time as well.

Amazing food. Horrible service from manager/hostess. Upon entering the restaurant at 920pm we were not greeted by any host when we walked in. 2 minutes later the manager (bigger guy) walked by us and huffed and puffed, then went back to the kitchen to yell at his staff saying ‘someone get the people at the door’ … he then walked by us not even making eye contact, or even saying someone will be right with you. Great first impression. The hostess was even more friendly… NOT. The saviour of the night was our sever, younger girl. I think her name was Skylar? Good job. Also thank goodness the food was good.

My husband and I love this place…not just the great selection of food + great service! Huge plus is that they allowed campers to boondock for a night. For the past 3 yrs coming here back and forth it’s always fantastic… Super loved their Country Boy Breakfast and Blueberry Pancakes - actually pretty much everything we’ve tried, chicken pot pie at night is great as well! We always plan to keep coming back here at least once or twice a year! 🤩🥰

Good and fast service. My roast beef was tender and delicious. At the store, they have good specials . Shout out to Alan, our waiter, for making our dinner experience a pleasant one.

Picking up a holiday feast was not well organized. There were no signs directing where to go to pick up the order and when I called, all I was told to do was go to the back of the store. We sat there outside an open door and no one inquired about why we were there. I had to call a second time and that person asked my name and said someone would be there shortly. The only reason service received two stars is because two of the three folks I interacted with were super kind and helpful. The food overall was good, well packaged, and it made our small get together relaxing for all.

Rose. The manager went above and beyond to make mine and my husband’s food right. Very polite very funny very understanding and just a really good all around person. Definitely get five stars all around the board. If you’re in Savannah area I would definitely suggest checking this place out the gift shop had amazing things as well. Thank you so much Rose.

We like Cracker Barrel in general, but this one was something special. The first difference i noticed was that the entrance from the store to the restaurant was opposite where it usually is. Most time the restaurant entrance is to the left, this one is on the right side of the store. And speaking of the store, they were having a great sale on super cute merchandise! So of course we left with more than just our meal! And what a delicious meal it was! We stopped here as we were winding down a road trip; after hours in a car, it was nice to get out and have a “home cooked” meal. An added bonus was the staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, even offering to fill to-go cups for us. I must say, I was obliged to take my sweet tea (the house wine of the South) with me for the rest of my journey. Notable Mentions: Sweet staff, but no discounts

We had come to this location as an overnight stay over stop in the RV on our way home from our vacation. I’m always and forever grateful for Cracker Barrel allowing us to overnight in our RV’s. We came in to eat breakfast in the morning, and we were promptly seated. The server we had was great and very attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. My only complaint is the Orange Juice. For what we’re charged, I’m not sure why Cracker Barrel doesn’t use fresh non from concentrate orange juice. It tasted very watery and not much like juice. We asked if it was fresh and was told it’s from concentrate, and that they make it. They need to put much less water or sell fresh non concentrated orange juice. Aside from the juice, my food was great, and tasted delicious.

The atmosphere takes you back to simpler times of local country store and diner. The walls are covered with vintage photos, signs, and other country style memorabilia. We were seated quietly because the big lunch rush was over. I had the eggs Benedict. They just called it Benny. My husband had the French toast with 2 eggs and sausage and a side of cinnamon apples. The server arrived quickly and took our drink and food order. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was still warm. The eggs on both orders were cooked to perfection. The sweet ham was tender and just the right amount of sweetness. The French Toast was served with butter and syrup. It was firm but not hard. With the syrup and cinnamon apples, it was delicious. The sausage was a little tough and not very juicy. It did have a good taste. Our server (I think was Valerie) was right on top of things. She checked back frequently to see if we needed anything. This was a very pleasant breakfast.

Maybe it was because it’s Monday, maybe they still have not recovered from Covid staffing problems; but this Cracker Barrel was not on point. We ordered salads at lunchtime. 15 minutes later we were told there was no lettuce. What? Ok. Dang, now I can’t resist the Buffalo Chicken MacNCheese!!! So I had it. The flavors were insanely good, but my macaroni was cold 🥶. I did not complain because we’re traveling and had to get out of there. It is worth a try again. The facilities were a bit outdated; there was no soap in one dispenser in the ladies bathroom, but the country store was great fun. We always buy candy at Cracker Barrel, they have such a nice variety; some a bit nostalgic. Too bad the experience wasn’t standard good. We think we had a new server because when I came back from shopping my husband said they changed her. I didn’t see her again. I hope they give her a chance; she’ll get the hang of it.

The food is pretty good but not as good as it used to be. The eggs were broken, unsightly. The Hash Brown casserole was a bit messy as well. This is a kind 4-star rating. The server was good and saved the day. The place was not as clean as it should be.

I’m not sure why they even bring you a menu! If you don’t come on the right day, you can’t get what you want & since 50% is day specific it’s really frustrating. To many other restaurants that give you a choice….I’m sorry we really use to like eating at Cracker Barrel I received a response from the Cracker Barrel office, which I assume can be read below and I want to thank them for wasting a response with the canned response. The fact is that they used to have haddock and now they’ve switched to whitefish, but only on Thursdays and Fridays, and like so many other things, they only have certain foods on certain days of the week other than meatloaf And eggs and bacon and pancakes. Here’s the point: we spent well over $100 in the lobby buying various items as we do every time we go there. But because they limit the food more and more we go less and less, and we spend less and less on the lobby, which is usually 2 to 4 times more than we spend on the food. So if you experience a decline in sales at your Cracker Barrel‘s stores….Guess what ! it’s only gonna get worse because we’re not gonna go to eat, and then shop for all the wonderful little trinket in the lobby because we’re gonna go someplace else that’s got the food we want to eat. And because you placated us with a canned response, we’re going to lower it to one star

This visit was very very disappointing! We eat at Cracker Barrel all the time in Jacksonville, FL and we have never had such a horrible experience! First of all, the food was absolutely flavorless. No seasoning on anything. Even the catfish was flavorless. My fried chicken tasted old. Like it wasn't freshly prepared. My wing still had feathers on it! I had to send it back. The hasbrown casserole was old and hard on both of our plates! How do you put that on someone's plate and think that's ok??? I had to send THAT back. My husband never got his 3rd side. We had to remind the server 4 times, by the last time, he was already finished with his meal! And then, she didn't take the item off the bill. We spoke to her about it right before she brought the bill. We had to send the bill back for her to correct it. I paid for the meal but couldn't even eat it. A storm rolled in and the light kept flickering on and off. The server could care less about all the issues we had with our meal. The young lady at the cashier counter was more concerned about our experience than the server at our table. It was our first time eating dinner at Cracker Barrel and I do believe it will be the last. I will not be visiting this location again.

It was Thanksgiving and they were slammed. Over all the food was good. Turkey was the star of the plate. Was a little disappointed that they were out of apple butter for my biscuit, but considering how busy they were, I understood. Also the store side has butter beer!!!!

I normally stop here 3 or 4 times a year during our trips to Savannah. Consistently friendly, quick and helpful service. Clean and well stocked shopping area as well. Food is consistent, all the selections we have tried have been tasty, even if not quite homemade. I had the country fried steak with carrots (sweet and tender), hash brown casserole (which I personally prefer a bit more cooked and crispy) and fried apples (delicious as always). My wife had the maple baked chicken and enjoyed it immensely My youngest son had the sirloin steak ( it looked cooked to perfection at medium well, but parts a bit tough still), mash potatoes and double Mac n cheese. This restaurant can get busy, but they usually react quickly to customer flow. Definitely will stop again.

We ate there tonight. Food was just okay! We waited forever to be sat and by the time we ordered and got our food, my 4 year old was so tired I had to box his food up and take it. Well he got a second wind. Wanted to play in the pool when we got to the room and now we got back from the pool and he wants his food.... I find a bread tie or trash bag tie in his pancake.. cooked inside of his pancake....... Im extremely mad and disappointed and he is 4, I'm so glad he didn't choke!
