    The WORST place if you want a doctor that cares about your wellbeing, time, or your health!! I was a patient for 3 years this doctor refused to refill my diabetic prescription and wanted me jump through hoops!! I begged Twanna Johnson to give me a month refill and allow me time and to do bloodwork and she got rude and angry with me and refused to see me. She would prefer to let her patients feel unwell. I had come in for multiple reasons. She shouldn’t work with the public. If you read this please make an appointment with another office!!

    I've been a patient since this place opened. The only reason I stay is because of Twana. It takes weeks to get someone to answer the phones no matter what time of day you call. Leave a message and it never gets returned. Stop into the office and get treated like I shouldn't have walked in. It has declined significantly. The turnover of staff is ridiculous! I have been waiting for 2 months on results and nobody has called me back. Tiffany called me the day of my telehealth appointment 2/9 saying they can't get my results and I'll call you back. Haven't heard a peep. Have tried calling today 2/28 3 times so far and no answer.

    Started off alright for someone who doesn't have much standards for Dr's actually helping me. But now it is impossible to get ahold of them it has been 3 months straight calling them almost everyday and I haven't got a hold of anyone. And to make matters worst their voice-mail is always full. And every time I go there it's not busy and I just see the people at the front desk just ignoring calls. 😒 I'm just trying to get my boyfriend the medication he needs to function. They need to answer their phones or get rid of them. Seriously I'm going to find a new place. If you value u bare minimum and your sanity skip this place it isn't worth it. Especially when they get ur tests wrong and you have to pay because they didn't communicate properly and then get refunded just to go back and do the test again. There's just too many messed up situations this placed caused. Just save yourself and find somewhere else.

    The wait to be seen is anywhere from a half hour to an hour, if not longer. And if you have any real issues going on (like in my case, a really bad toe infection), they refuse to get you referrals even though they say they’ll “reach out” (said Stephanie would reach out but that hasn’t happened). This office is incompetent compared to other ones that I’ve been to. They also don’t inform you about an appointment being telehealth until you show up to the appointment- which also happened the last time I was there which I specifically told them I needed an in-person appointment. It’s a mess.

    (Updated 2/2/22)This place doesn't even have a board certified Doctor. The manager and NP are incompliant, and should be stripped of all medical Credentials and banned from ever seeing a patient for fear of causing more damage to the person they are seeing. They also used covid as a threat to force people out of the office. I'm sure this place is more dangerous to go to then an ER full of covid positive people. Went in on Friday to get a covid test and we still don't have any results. Left a message in the morning.

    The lack of cleanliness and sanitation here is discomforting and has been filthy for atleast the past year, and that alone is reason to report the facility. They claim to send refferals but must be called 2-4 times delaying your need for care. On top of that, they do nothing but throw antibiotics or Tylenol at you. This doesnt seem to be a real medical facility but a practoce school? Like a clinic for those in study. Every visit has been pointless and I have lost so much work and school because they dont send referrals to the Drs. With completed degrees.

    Thanks to the following persons who are TRUE professionals in EVERY sense. Both Davids and Dr Hyder. Both facilities are very well maintained and the help inside is nothing short of great. If insurance is an issue FPCC will assist and help you through their network of AMAZING providers.

    Debbie was great! The other front office staff were not. It took at least 4 weeks for them to send my refills to the pharmacy. Several calls to the office and they said they didn't see any meds in my chart and they weren't nice about it. I hand delivered the list to them. I emailed it to them twice. Josefina Oscana the PA didn't smile, didn't interact, didn't get my whole medical history. The exam was 2 minutes long after waiting an hour for my scheduled appointment. She used her stethoscope but it barely touched me for half a second. Went for a blood test the next week and it was canceled because the PA called out. They called 10 minutes before my appointment, I was already almost there!!! Doesn't the phlebotomist do that! I don't know what kind of medical clinic this is but I will never go back! Free clinic vibes.

    Was looking for a new pediatrician, this was close to my house. No signage on the building, gave off a free clinic vibe. I filled out as much paperwork as when I bought my house. Staff was friendly enough, however they performed a covid test and strep test on my two sick kids. Doctor never even popped in to introduce herself. No listening to chest to diagnose respiratory problems, didn't look in their ears to rule out ear infection. Strep came back negative and they sent us on our way. Still have sick kids with out any medical diagnosis. (Most likely the flu) Doctor called a few days later with covid results but wanted ANOTHER copay over the phone to hear the results. Keep your results, we'll find a clinic that cares about kids and not just bulk billing my insurance company. Terrible business practice!

    Came here because it was close to my house. The wait is hours long. I had blood work done, and X-rays. Took them 2.5 weeks to give me a call back with results, just to find out they lost my blood panels. The dr sent me to get X-rays for my leg, when I needed an ultrasound for my leg. No ever answers the phone. Just ridiculous!!!!

    I didn't like because they always forget what I ask them. I need birth control pills, so basically only go to the PCP to get a 6 months refill and ask them to put notes saying that I can go for a three months refill to go only 2 times to the farmacy instead of each month. I've been their patient for 2 Years and they never do this correctly. CVS only give me month per month refill because of the doctors notes. I'm tired of this. I Will change my PCP. Plus the last Man who answered my call was rude.

    I’ve been coming here for a few months to see Dr. Hyder and he is great so I choose to start taking my son to the pediatrician there and it has been impossible to get a hold of them on the phone. I chose this office because it’s close to me but now I’m looking for a different place for my son.

    New staff all the time. They don't fax your presentation in on time. You have to bring everything to their attention. The girls can be rude. They make an appointment but don't call you in on time. Ever since Cindy left the place went down just because the owners wouldn't give her a raise . The only good thing is Dr. Hyder

    The only reason I’m leaving a star is because the actual pediatrician and nurse are amazing. It’s quite literally impossible to schedule an appointment here. The office NEVER answers the phone and the voicemail is somehow always full. Even if you call the sister office in Las Vegas and they leave a note to call back, the office DOES NOT. At this point I will be changing my children’s pediatrician because of the absolute incompetence of the front office as well as the absolute disregard they have for clients who are seeking medical attention.

    I established new care with Dr. Twana Johnson. She was quick, personable, and provided me with all the information I needed to know about my new clinic. There is a mental health provider at this location on Tuesdays. Office staff were friendly and helpful when I needed to schedule follow up appointments (Telehealth available). I felt well taken care of as I left.

    Went because it was close to my house. Had to find a new GP as mine no longer accepted my insurance. After waiting 45 minutes for the first appointment of the day, the NP ordered blood draw and refilled current prescriptions without questions. Set up follow up only to be told they don't accept my insurance and scheduled follow up on the wrong date. One visit and I am done.

    First, i want to say that the Doctors and PA are good at this location. Front Desk Staff are under-trained and uncompassionate. I had a tele health appointment. The time for my appointment came and went, so i decided to call them.They rescheduled my tele health appointment bc it was a conflict with the doctors schedule without calling me. Front desk tried to avoid my situation and became very dismissive. Front desk person hands over the phone to M.A.. She made the whole situation worse than what it was. M.A. just was more dismissive and didnt want to be bothered by the situation she had caused. AFTER HOURS., i received a phone call from a "so called" Office Manager (Veronica) that was more disrespectful than her staff. She called to scolded me and yell at me. She didnt allow me to write her name and title down. She would speak over me and didnt allow me to explain the situation . She rambled a couple of company titles and hung up the phone on me. SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. She completely stepped out of boundaries with her tone and delivery. She called my home to reprimand me, A Patient!!! I suggest that she attend a managerial course or Quality Assurance course, so this wont happen again to any patient. WOW!! ITS UNREAL. I have Never been to a Medical Facility that does not have the proper Front Desk Staff. Front Desk Staff is the face of the Company, as a front desk person, you are the ones that patients greet first and last. I recorded both phone conversations so that no lies could be told at the end. I absolutely recommend a New Office Management team for this office. No patient should feel unimportant and dehumanize as a patient. The way your office manager handle this situtaion, that was a simple mistake by her staff members is unacceptable and she needs to be reprimanded for her behavior as an office manager. I just hope that my health was not compromised bc of this delay in medical attention. RECOMMENDATIONS: NEEDS NEW OFFICE MANAGEMENT, very poor and Insensitive.

    Took my sons in for a physical with Ozioma and was very impressed! I really appreciated the time and care she took with each of them. She was very kind and very thorough. We do not currently have insurance and I’m so grateful for a more affordable option at this clinic!!!

    Very professional and friendly staff. Both Twana and Nerissa have taken great care of me and are very straight forward and kind. The office is always welcoming and clean, and its the first time I have ever been to a medical clinic where everyone was smiling.

    My sister had gone in to get a full panel STD test done. They had thrown the first sample away and then told her that she didn't pay ( even though she did) and that she had to pay again in order for the test to be done. Tried charging her for a phone call letting her know that the power went off. Also, whenever she would call to get her test results they would block her number and send it to a specific phone at the front desk. This had gone on for a little over a month. I would not advise to come here for anything they are a rip off.

    Ozioma Nwosu Md is the only reason why I come here to First Person and stay with them. I have referred her to family members and friends. Ozioma Nwosu is the most amazing doctor ever. She is so compassionate about helping others and really listens to concerns. Ozioma is incredibly understanding. The office staff not so much.
