Love this gym. There's no social distancing, lmao, whatsoever. Half the people inside don't wear a mask (even though it's a mandatory policy). No workout equipment is being wiped down. People are going to get sick. If you're serious about your health policies and aren't just opportunistic on people wanting to get a workout during a global pandemic, please enforce more stringent rules/regulations...

Machines have loose cables making them unusable. And many machines are out of service. The staff missed my wife’s appointments twice and wasted her time. Girls can go shirtless but not males. Super weird. And people steal things from lockers. Should be planet fitness and charge 10$

Equipment is great! I went to the new one on Stephanie and Sunset at like 6 pm on a Wednesday night (6.13) and I was always able to find something to workout on. I love the environment. But in the middle of my workout, I bought a water and the lady at the front desk, who’s an operations manager according to her badge, was really rude. Just didn’t have great customer service and all I wanted was a water. Lol. But other than her, a great new gym.

I signed up at this gym on a promotion. It was $1 for the month then $26 the following month. Was also told that a yearly fee would be charged beginning of next year. Long story short.. yearly fee and monthly fee came out 2 weeks after that day. I called twice to get help and ar least the free month, but nobody followed up. I called tonight asking if someone could call me tomorrow regarding charges. She told me nobody would call because they are too busy, that its best to come in. I enjoy the gyms, but definitly having second thoughts. Taking the money seems to be more important than the quality and care of the customer.

Went in to cancel because I’m moving out of state. Front desk attendant said another month would be charged in 30 days (because 30 days notice), and then no more charges. Okay, whatever, you win. 30 days later they charge my card $50, and my membership costs 10. I didn’t even sign up for this gym, my previous one went out of business and transferred my membership here. Beware, extremely sketchy business along with all the other messed up stuff they do. I will now definitely never sign up for any EOS location again, wherever I move.

Dirty gym. As soon as you go by the free weights it smells like straight up vaginosis. Then went into the "serenity room" smelt like a middle school gym locker room. I about lost my cookies in the parking lot trying to leave. Not coming back.

We took advantage of the week-long free trial pass to EOS. The facility itself is quite small & packed. Staff was friendly. There are no windows except at the front, which makes it feel claustrophobic. I did not attend any group classes, but saw an aerobics/dance (?) class on a weekday morning that appeared to have zero space for another human. Cardio equipment was easily available (treadmill, stair climber), but a decent number of machines were out of order. There was a line for weights/little space in weight area. Not nearly enough cleaning stations available/a lot of people were not even bothering or paper towels and/or cleaning solution was out. $10/month seemed reasonable at first glance for a super basic gym, but that doesn't even include group classes, access to the theater room (dark room with large screen TV), sweaty massage chairs (if you dare to use them)... So if you want access to the full gym "amenities"/other EOS locations then the cost is much higher. The menu of costs seemed really bizarre/overpriced for what was actually available. We found another gym with far more amenities (pool, all group classes included, more space, etc) which worked out to $15/mo. and a much better deal in comparison. Thankful for the week-long trial but would not pay to use this gym.

It's a pretty good gym, did you need to work on getting the building to be cooler The AC's off to not working well and unfortunately they're a little small and kind of crowded and don't have all the machines LVAC or 24-hour has which I would expect it to have especially key ones like the back row some of them have the machine and some of them do not.. But overall is a good gym I will say they should not say that it's $10 a month when there is a $59 annual fee making it roughly $15 a month which is still not bad but just market it at $15 a month instead of $10 a month with the deceptive maintenance fee added on. But it's still better than most gyms and not as bad as others and it's reasonably priced if not 100% transparent with their pricing.

Do not waste your time and sign up for training sessions. There was a special promo for training sessions and I was convinced to put money down to "hold" that price in. I cancelled it less than 24 hrs later. I've been charged twice now for a service that I had cancelled. I made the mistake of taking Christina's word that she would handle my cancellation. I will probably have to pay fees to get out of a contract that is past its cancellation date. GET CONFIRMATION AND DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO RUSH YOU THROUGH THE CONTRACT SIGNING. HAVE THEM EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU. I will not be recommending that anyone join through this location. I love this gym, equipment and the atmosphere. However, I am extremely disappointed in my sales service experience.

The facility and equipment itself is great, however if you ever need to cancel your membership, the staff will simply respond "we don't do that here, call this number". The number was then written on the back of a referral card. Calling the number gives you no option to cancel. If you simply cease payment, their payment collection agency (ABC financial) will send constant emails and threaten to send your balance to collection. The one manager I dealt with was pompous and only wanted to sell me personal training sessions. If you want to use this facility short term, I suggest going elsewhere.

There isn't much social distancing being adhered to. There is someone sanitizing the machines. I feel there is a lot more people in the gym then recommended.

The social distancing is a joke. With every bench and machine taken and with people having to wait for things there is no way to keep 6 ft apart. They only verbally check if people have reservations, no real follow through. Once your hour reservation is done they don’t do anything to move people out. I barely see staff cleaning any more. Thinking of freezing my account as I’m starting to not feel safe going to the gym. Number of Covid-19 cases are rising, gyms need to take things seriously or they will get closed down again.

The best gym I've been to, especially with kids club, the staff is very efficient and friendly. If you have small children this is the best place to take care of them while you exercise. Nelly, Mary, Arlene, Dennis and Bethany are amazing, Thanks for taking care of my babies!

Have been trying to cancel for months, website has been broken and I’ve been hesitant to cancel in-person because I live with a vulnerable family member. I’ve been told to call abc financial and there is no clear prompt to speak to a member services representative. I emailed abc financial with no response for over 3 weeks. I finally went in-person and the manager was unhelpful and blamed me for failing to cancel despite the obvious difficulties inherent to the current situation (and ABC Financial and EoS’s problems I described). Will not be a customer in the future and do not recommend joining.

They say they do mask checks but since I been going almost everyday for a month now I do not see that. Personally. I do understand the cardio section they allow masks off. I usually go mornings some days and some nights and I swear I’ve seen over 9 heads no mask infront of me.(not on the cardio) I usually mention somthing and they kind of tell me it’s either in “gods hands “ or that they check this and that but I just would hate to see this location get shut down because Covid spreads inside. But I make sure I’m safe so I won’t be scared away but uh- Dang. I didn’t want to be this person who says this but my last straw was someone next to me coughing on the treadmill with no mask. But I can add I love the staff and the trainers. It’s the people who arrive that are messing it up for those who do care about not just themselves but others.

I like EŌS because I travel every week and am able to use any gym wherever I go as a Blue Member. The Stephanie location is clean, and has a great layout. I use the stepper in the movie theater room primarily and never have an issue getting on the equipment, however, I normally go a little after 9am and before 4pm. The only thing I would say is the staff isn’t overtly friendly compared to other locations. I do love this location though and would recommend.

Henderson location service is the worst. Ive called since August trying to get my PT canceled and I continued to receive communication that someone will call me back. They never did. On September 9th I finally spoke with the PT Manager and was told my personal training will be canceled. It is now Oct 22nd and I am still be charged bi-weekly. Im not going to the gym due to making sure I do everything I can keep my children safe during this pandemic. I have asked for Coporate number to see if they can get this canceled but the gym employees stated THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GET COPORATE NUMBER OUT BECAUSE THE COMPANY DOESN’T WANT US TO CONTACT THEM. So if you are having trouble contacting them.. this is why. But unbelievable. I will be going to the BBB so I can receive all my money back since August. Which should have never been pulled from my account with my multiple attempts to stop EOS access into my bank account.

EOS Personal Trainer program is predatory. They will say ANYTHING to get you to sign up. I was told I could cancel at any time by the fitness manager who pulled me off a machine mid workout to recruit me. I specifically remember telling him that I need to be able to cancel any time in case my work or school schedule changed. He told me that would be no problem, so I signed up. The program itself sucks. My trainer was adamant about being on time, but was so quick to end the sessions early. After a few months, my schedule changed to where I would no longer be able to participate in the program. I called to cancel and, naturally, they told me I was locked in for another THREE MONTHS. When I told them about being informed that I could cancel any time, they gaslit me by saying their fitness manager would never lie to me and that I just didn't read the fine print. They continued to charge me for another couple weeks before I got a new debit card to stop the charges. Since then, they have sent my account to collections and have the AUDACITY to attempt to reach out to me about restarting my membership with them!! Planet Fitness is WAY more affordable and does not have predatory managers walking around trying to coax you into a plan by lying to you. Stay away from this place!!!!

I like the gym so far. This gym has all the equipment that I need and more. Best to find the times when the gym is least busy, as it gets crowded. I like the environment of the gym as well. The variety of equipment, the massage room for higher membership, and the other rooms, as well as the huge locker rooms are my favorite part! The staff is either nice and helpful, or…..they dont want to be bothered by you asking them anything. Depends who you talk to. Now things I would do to improve the gym is install a few more of those cleaning stations with napkins as well as hand sanitizers. Its too far to go to some of them, and I know people don't wipe because its too far to walk. and someone else might get the station by the time you walk back and forth. Also, the airflow is not that great, increasing airflow and lower the temp a few notches might freshen the air. Updating my review to 5 stars: The staff is great! However they still need to install more sanitizing stations and fix several workout machines, otherwise I love this gym.

As someone who was finally trying to get back in shape after a long time off, I could not have asked for a better trainer than Arthur S. From the way we were built to the injuries we’ve sustained, Arthur and I had so much in common! I think this was only part of the reason I trusted him as much as I initially did but he more than earned that trust with the expertise, kindness, and motivation that he provided me. I went from 262 - the heaviest I’ve been in my life - in March when I got started, to 238 as of this morning, simply by following Arthur’s workout plans and nutritional advice. To me, Arthur’s the reason why I’m feeling more secure in my physical appearance AND my strength and endurance. I could not have gotten this far without him!

Wanted to first off say how good of a bargain it is for a monthly membership at EOS. $9.95/month is by far the best deal for a gym membership you can get ANYWHERE (across the country). I’ve been a member of EOS since the brand bought out Golds Gym here in LV. The main reason I’m giving this review a 2-star review is simply because my cousin, who happens to be in the Air Force was visiting this past weekend, and I simply wanted to get a one-day pass for her so she could work out for that one day. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if either the front desk people misunderstood or I did (most likely it was me), but we had to pay $20 for a day pass. I actually am a personal trainer, and one of my goals is to someday own my own gym. But one issue that I’ve had with every gym I’ve been a member of, and I’ve been a member of quite a few, is that the prices gyms charge for a one-day pass are absolutely ridiculous, and truthfully a rip off. I wanted to say something when I paid, but I didn’t want to make my cousin feel ashamed or embarrassed since all she wanted was to get a workout in. I was disappointed in EOS because I felt that the least they could have done for a member that’s been a member for 10+ years was to offer at least a COMPLIMENTARY pass for one day. My suggestion is that EOS reduce their daily pass fee to $5-$7 dollars, because truthfully it really shouldn’t be anywhere near more than that. All in all EOS is a good brand, but I feel like EOS could have made a much better impression by offering the complimentary pass this one time.

Horrible staff, horrible company, horrible business practices. I’m warning you all now, DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH EOS. They are scam artists and their business strategy is to lock you into contracts with no way out. You either pay them what they want, or they send you to collections. So the first issue is their staff. The manager was extremely rude, condescending, and speaks to you like you’re a child while giving you nothing but contempt. For some context, I signed up for a simple silver plan. I knew there were going to be a lot of sign up fees and the annual fee along with the monthly of $23, so that was fine. The employees are trained to scam you. I imagine they make commission off of personal trainer contracts, so they use every tactic in the book to con you - including straight up lying. One man said I would only be charged $19 for personal training, then after 2 weeks I could decide if I want to continue or not. I did not want to continue. I called to have my appointments cancelled, thinking that would be it. Didn’t think much of it until I was suddenly charged $76. When I called to ask about it, the girl on the phone said she would request a refund for me. I waited 2 weeks and then I was charged ANOTHER $76. This time I went to the gym and spoke to a manager about it because that’s $150 stolen from me. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name, but I certainly remember how he spoke to me. His belittling attitude was appalling. All I wanted to do was ask if he could help me, and I would have been fine with a simple “no.” But he lectured me for 20 minutes straight about what a contract is and how you have an obligation to your contract. Then he belittled me about my body, my knowledge of fitness, and the entire time was so rude about it that I had to try extra hard to keep myself calm. I never even really got a word in. I didn’t give him any attitude, I didn’t raise my voice, I didn’t even criticize him or his gym (which I should have). All I asked was if there was anything that could be done to stop the contract and the payments from coming out. But instead I wasted 20 minutes of my life being scolded and lectured like I were a young child. I will not be doing any business with EoS, and I’ve told all my connections to switch to another gym ASAP. If not to save your wallet and credit score, then to save your mental health.

Let me begin by saying I am a fan of EOS. This location however, I would not return to. I will say I had a less than optimal experience with a front desk worker named Serena. Typically you are greeted warmly when you enter into this gym. However on this day, that was not the case. I gave the person the benefit of the doubt and passed it off as maybe a bad moment. However upon leaving, this person did the same to another much older customer who was at the desk. I love the gym for sure, but you guys do yourself a disservice by retaining this person who misrepresents your established culture. Those are my thoughts. However, the gym is great. Love it.

I started my journey at EōS in September 2021 with my fitness coach “Allison D” to help me on how to do everything really, I was completely lost before her. Ally showed me how to correct my form and push me while being patient as well. I give all my thanks to her. I’ve not only reached my goal 🎉 but also made a new one. I’m Excited to see how far I go! Very Friendly staff and understanding.

Great place to workout for the price. Downsides when it's busy ... It's busy.... Hard to get on equipment. Because of the price you get a lot of younger kids which use the gym as a place to congregate with friends and meet others. Which adds to the congestion in the gym when it's packed. But overall not a bad place to workout if you aren't trying to pay the more expensive prices for other gyms.

This is the worst business you can get yourself involved ever!!! I’m dealing with them for over 3 months to cancel my subscription due move out state. I called, I went there, I showed multiple proofs and nothing. I spoke with at least 5 managers they all say they are taking care of everything… lie! Today again when trying to cancel and get a refund of 1 of the multiple charges. I heard that my account is overdue… overdue??? I’m trying refunds because you didn’t cancel my account after I make myself clear to cancel and after to do everything you asked from me and you want I pay even more???? Please get together.

Hans Steed and Skyler Roche should move on to another career. EOS business model is to ignore the members with generic replies on reviews and complaints. No one is in charge. Half the lights are out which has been pointed out for months.People just hanging out on equipment. Shame on you two and the company you so proudly represent. We'll done guys. We'll done

I love this gym. The only thing I want to say is just that it needs a little up grade in cardio machines and tv’s little bigger . Also I think men’s sauna needs a little repair like the wood is crack on the top corner some one can brake it if they sit at the top left corner. Other than that I love it it has everything we need .

We especially love the kids club at this location! Meri and Nelly are amazing and nurturing with the kids and my daughter is always excited to see them! We go back and forth between 2 locations depending on the day but my 3 yr old is always begging to go to the Stephanie location. Truly appreciate these ladies!

Smaller gym, but it was what I was looking for. I wish I could give 5+ stars for the childcare. It’s terrifying to leave your child with strangers, even if it’s only for 1-2 hours. However, this staff is amazing. My child the first couple days freaked out when I handed him over to them.. but within the short amount of time of going a couple days/week, the staff has taken the time to learn what my child enjoys, to where he will walk in without an issue as they talk to him about what they’re going to do (count cars, friends, play with a ball). Nelly, Meri, Brooklyn, and the younger gentleman are truly amazing and you can tell they care about your kid.

I’ve been coming here since January and it started out great but the condition of the gym has gone downhill. Half of the equipment is out of order, the water fountains aren’t filtered, and the state of the bathrooms is horrid. I really hope this gets taken care of because I do enjoy coming here.

I asked them to freeze my account and of course they only froze part of it. I have been being charged for a membership I have not been able to use and was assured by the staff it wouldn't be a problem, and that I could freeze the account until I was ready to come back. I called them.to try and.straighten this out and they referred me to the manager who has yet to return my email. They wouldn't even give me the managers phone number to contact him and try to get things straightened out. It seems to me they are just milking it any way they can. Im really disappointed in this gym and it's management.

  • 4/5 Nicholas S. 1 year ago on Google
Much like any gym, it's going to get very busy during the mornings and well into the evenings. If you can squeeze in an hour any other time, you'll have a nice selection of machines, weights, and cardio equipment to choose from. The theater is a nice edition from any other big box gym. The only downside is how frequently some of the machines break down and how long it takes to repair them. Other than that not a bad place to get a workout in.

  • 5/5 Brittney S. 1 year ago on Google
Nelly at the Kid's Club is absolutely WONDERFUL!! Our son adores her, and we feel so confident that he's taken care of every time we're there to work out. The Serenity Room is great to workout in when it's crazy busy in the main gym. The overall cleanliness of the gym isn't stellar, but we literally go there because we trust the people who work in the kid's club, and that's most important to us.

I gotta say, this gym is packed almost all the time from 6pm to 8pm on weekdays. I’m talking good luck trying to complete a routine synchronized with your target muscle groups because you literally gotta swoop a machine as soon as it’s frees. Otherwise, better learn how to makeshift some other exercises with free weights on the astroturf section until the equipment you need frees up. Aside from that, great staff, clean equipment, beautiful people, and always a great experience with no interruptions or issues with anyone while working out in my zone.

Favorite EoS location in the vegas/ North Vegas/ Henderson area. Have a good amount of equipment. Always clean. Friendliest staff. Dumb and Dom always have really welcoming and positive presences. Only issue for me is the layout is very strange. For example, in where cardio equipment is right in from of the whole gym but you have your back to the front door. (As if cardio isn't already discouraging enough lol) also would love to see more paper towel areas in parts of the gym so I didn't have to walk in front of a ton of people each time I'm done w some equipment

It's very frustrating dealing with the team at this location. I requested to freeze my account due to covid and they kept charging my account. They also reactivated a second account that was cancelled back in January . I had to call many times to finally have someone take care of it properly. They also don't give you all the information in one phone call. For example, no one explained to me that freezing my account meant I will still be charged $5 a month until I reactivate it. The amount is not a lot. I just don't like not being informed up front. Horrible to deal with. Find another gym who will take the time to actually address your concerns.

Love going on a night where its not crowded. I do however feel that the serenity room needs to be cleaned/sanitized more frequently because I know that since Covid not many females have been wiping off the equipment. I have noticed that more often than not. So if I would have to use a machine after another women did and I saw that she didn't clean it I would have to. I dont mind wiping things down before and after I use them. But more people should do the same.

I just have to share that I had a pleasure of being assisted by EoS Team Member Sal, I had issues with my billing information and he had taken care of it right away and rectified the issues without hesitation, he was diligent and straight to the point, his customer service skills is second to none from the other Team Members that lacked fairness, interpersonal skills and work knowledge, Sal deserve to be commended and promoted, it’s rare to find a great employee at that level I’m sure he will do great in the managerial position, by far the best employee at the Stephanie location.

No social distancing and most guests are not wearing a face mask(even when walking in to the location). After 4 years I will be cancelling my membership.

I love this gym and their staff is nice. I go really early so I do not ever experience shortage in machines or it being too packed.

They keep it very clean which is great and they do try very hard to follow all the laws from covid. And if there is anything wrong with my account Ben, one of the managers, has always been there and worked hard to fix it which is a welcome change! Also, Kris, one of the trainers makes working out so much fun and I have seen results in just a short time!
