Gone downhill. Sushi was hard to eat, did not smell right, and was all thrown in the garbage. Possibly because we arrived at 10:15PM on a night they close at 11PM. Hostess told us they take the last seating at 10 and we had to order take out. All sushi was horrible, we will not return. Photo is of the Screaming O made with leftover pieces of tuna which should have never been served.

My fiancé and I went to have dinner at this place, very nice inside, fast service, good food, the thing was when we were order the server had the audacity to tell us in front of other guests that, what we were order was “too much food for two people” she said that she has to tell us because that was her job. I was wishing that, her job was also pay for our bill because well, she was having an opinion in what we were ordering so I was expecting that she can pay for it too. I never in my life experienced something like this before.. definitely we will never going back to that place even if it is for free. One star it is too much for the ugly service. Rude, disrespectful and nosy, I don’t have other words for this lady.

This was the best sushi I’ve had probably ever! Very very amazing sushi! Everyone loved it and the prices were very reasonable for the quality! Highly recommend

The sushi was excellent. Fresh, tasty and very flavorful. The portion sizes were good and they were priced accordingly. The vast menu offers you a variety of selections which, will satisfy any craving. The dining area is spacious and can accommodate large groups. The decor is reminiscent of a traditional sushi restaurant as depicted by the servers who are adorned in traditional Japanese attire. This only adds to the ambience and authenticity of the restaurant. The servers are very personable, friendly and welcoming and greet customers as they enter and upon being seated. With that when reviewing restaurants, it’s important that other areas are evaluated. One such area is cleanliness. Although, establishments may get busy it’s important that time is set aside and/or scheduled to ensure that the restroom facilities are maintained on a regular basis. Unfortunately, this was not the case. This can speak volumes of a business and can negatively impact a customers decision to return. This spot earns high marks for food and service but misses the mark on cleanliness.

This is our favorite sushi restaurant in Vegas. The fish is always fresh and high quality. The service is always attentive and accommodating. Every dish is perfectly prepared and tasty. There's a great Japanese drink menu, beers, sake and wines.

Not the very best Japanese restaurant that I have been in Las Vegas but very close.Great variety of sushi , even for vegans.Also fantastic atmosphere and plenty of space to park around. I don’t give it 5 stars because of service , which was very lame and not professional at all.But the food was worth it and not as expensive as other places. Due to the service I won’t go back but the food is good.

After a 2 1/2 hour hike, we stopped here to have lunch. Oh my goodness. We ordered four different sushi plates and everyone was a delight to the senses. My favorite was the Grand Canyon and the monkey roll. Our waitress was dressed in a kimono, which was a nice addition to our experience.

I Love Sushi was one of the best sushi dinners I’ve ever had - which means a lot coming from someone born in California who eats a lot of fresh sushi. It’s hard for sushi restaurants to find a balance between quality fish and good flavor combinations. I Love Sushi has the perfect balance of both - each roll was perfectly designed with top notch fish. Not only that, everything was so light that I’ve eaten more sushi than I ever have in one sitting. The restaurant was extremely busy but the service was still attentive. I will definitely be returning!

Always great. Best sushi in town. I love the Screaming Orgasm and the Japanese Baked Lasagna. They have real fresh wasabi here also. Don’t be fooled by the understated exterior, the inside is big and really cute with a massive sushi bar in the middle of the restaurant with tons of seating.

Our favorite local sushi joint because the sushi is delicious and you get a good amount for your money! We also sit at the bar for a little more personal service and its faster! One of my favorites is the Philly Roll w/thin lemon slices on top of each piece! FRESH and adds a little ZEST!

2017 - 2019 This is the best sushi I've ever had. 2022+ I just can't do it anymore.

Per usual, the food was delicious. My only complaint was their hours show they're open until 11 p.m. but in reality, we went on a Thursday and were informed the last order is taken at 9:30 and they close at 10. I hope they update their door and Google to their actual hours as that would've determined where we chose for a late night snack.

The fish practically melts in your mouth, very refreshing and fresh. Their mountain roll was delicious. I love their take on classic rolls and as well as their creations.

Ordered nigiri and the fish was really good. Sadly, the sushi rice tasted like regular sticky rice. No sugar. No rice vinegar. No flavor.

I have been coming back for years and the rolls are the best I've ever had. My favorites are the Lisa cut roll, Frankie's Special, Sundevil, and my wife always wants Japanese Lasagna for desert.

Everything we ordered was very good. The service was good too. I couldn't give them 5 stars because only one sushi roll contains real crab with all the others that list crab containing imitation crab. Also lots of sushi options are made with cream cheese. Simple rolls are a safe bet to have only good, fresh ingredients. They serve a small cucumber salad and some edamame before your ordered meal. The salad and soup came with the beef meal.

I've been coming here for many years and love that it's been consistently fresh and delicious each time. I enjoy sashimi and really like the peppered tuna and yellowtail with jalepeño.

Phenomenal sushi. I highly recommend trying this spot. In my life have I had sushi so good on its own that I didn't want to add soy sauce. Fish was fresh, fast friendly service, and considering its Vegas the prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be back!

Don't let the parking lot fool you this place is great, the service is fast and polite and sushi is amazing. The chef's special sauce is delicious and if you get a roll that features it I personally recommend the candy cane roll or the something worng #7. They are open late which is convenient if you have a craving for good sushi in the evening.

I have always loved I Love Sushi! Everything is so fresh and the food is delicious. Try the Johnny Roll - no rice, it's fantastic.

So much fun! Great food and fun to try a bit of everything. The chefs were great at making recommendations and made it a fun experience. The 'kitchen sink' was my favourite dish. Fun atmosphere and great food.

Literally the best sushi place ever been coming for 15 years. Sad that they have raised the prices extremely. Years ago that place was popping, sushi chefs drinking with us, the environment more is way more chill.

Favorite restaurant to go to for date night with my partner!! They love the fresh sushi and I get to eat the amazing bento boxes!! I have no idea what rice desert they have on the bento but yum it's crazy delicious. Every time we have gone we are treated respectfully and friendly. Place is always kept clean.

Sushi rolls were big, but almost too big. I ordered food thinking it was Sushi rolls, but neither were. Didn't taste as good.

We stopped in at I Love Sushi to get away from the large crowds at restaurants which are located closer to the strip. We were able to be seated on a Friday night with almost no wait. The atmosphere was very on par with what you would expect from a sushi restaurant. The wait staff where very nice, knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations on rolls to order based on our preferences. When it came to the food, the normal rolls (spicy tuna, rainbow roll and yellowtail roll) were very on par with what you would expect with a much higher quality of fish than we typically get in our home town. We also ordered the Flower Roll which was excellent and provided pictures below of it. The rolls are also not that expensive which was another reason to drive a little further from the strip. In all we spent about 30 dollars a person and left in a very happy "Sushi Coma" state. Overall we really enjoyed our visit to I Love Sushi and look forward on visiting again on our next trip to Southern Nevada

I love sushi used to be our go to place since 2013. We we're always treated very well, food was always on point and made us feel welcome. We used to spend big bucks in there on food and large bottles of premium sake, which you still can find the bottles on display today at the bar . Then one day about a couple of years ago the place got sold, management left and one of the remaining waitresses got promoted to run the place. She ran this place down to the ground. Her unfriendly attitude shows the moment you walk in. We tried to return a few more times in case we just caught a bad night but each time we felt the same unwelcome vibe with no attention to customers or the quality of food. I'm sorry but there is fearce competition out there in sushi restaurants category. When you decide to close early on a Friday night due to being slow, it's time to start looking what you might be doing wrong. Alienating regulars will close you down eventually. Good luck for the future. You lost our business for good.

Excellent service and food quality is perfect

No AYCE but the portion sizes are phenomenal! The peice sizes are huge and everything is so fresh. The Candy Cane was our favorite roll and the Fried jalapeños were a huge hit. I would come back to get an order of just all their tempura veggies, calamari and jalapeños. We ordered 8 rolls plus the sake and tempura and it was plenty to split with tons of left overs. We would definitely come back again.

Just the best in town in every way! The food atmosphere and service can’t be beat. Great selection fair prices and friendly staff make this a favorite place to get your sushi fix. I’m gonna have to edit the review I went to this place for dinner tonight and it was way below par I had a waiter that was at the table no less than 16 times just to eat two rolls and all he was interested in was picking up the menus interrupting our conversation and getting his tip way before we were even finished eating it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant I went there for the atmosphere a peaceful dinner that felt like you know family ritual and I was just absolutely the most disappointing thing ever I don’t think I’ll be going back because the staff has been so far depleted from what it used to be that it actually gave me a stomachache and I couldn’t even finish my dinnerAwful experience if I could give it -5 stars I would big thumbs down it’s all about the money now and not about the sushi or the diner’s experience horrible horrible experience can’t say enough bad things about it

You would think that a place called I love Sushi is just your average sushi place but this ain't your average place. The food was AMAZING and so fresh,it was fantastic. Add to that the great service and this is truly one of the best sushi places you would visit. Addendum 12/20: we tried their carryout and this review still holds true. The food was packaged very well and we were able to enjoy it from home. Can't wait to come back and dine in.

Always love this place! Doesn’t matter what you order it’s all great! We haven’t ordered anywhere else since finding this place 10 years ago. We get the rolls just to name a few kitchen sink , almost 90%, somethings wrong 69 Johnny special , Johnny roll, DC roll , sex on the beach, taste like my ex girlfriend , miso soup, sake whether we eat in or take out the service is always exceptional just as much as the food is. I'm from Washington State, and I've had Sushi at a few restaurants in Nedava. But now that I found I Love Sushi , this is the ONLY place I will now go to. Since last week going with a lady, I haven't stopped going here yet, and I know I won't stop going either. The restaurant is CLEAN, NICE AND BEAUTIFUL, and the ladys in their Japanese Outfits is a nice thing to see. Go there, I PROMISE YOU WILL LOVE IT !!!!

Monkey roll is crazy good! The options for sushi rolls are endless. I did not see a lot of veggie options vegetarians!

Very good food, however they don't have bottles of soy sauce like everywhere else does so you have to open like 20 stupid little packets if you wanna fill the dipping bowl, I recommend you bring your own bottle of soy which is what I'll be doing next time. 👍
