I
pick
up
deliveries
here
several
times
per
week.
Usually
there
is
a
10-15
min
wait
beyond
the
estimated
pickup
time
because
they
are
just
SO
busy
during
peak
dinner
periods,
no
fault
of
the
staff.
The
employees
are
typically
very
polite
and
friendly
to
the
customers,
a
bit
more
cordial
to
delivery
drivers,
but
never
rude.
Restrooms
are
available
for
drivers,
and
they
are
kept
clean
and
stocked.
The
only
thing
that
really
bothers
me
however
is
the
lack
of
preparation
that
goes
into
packing
delivery
orders.
Sides,
desserts,
plastic
ware,
and
packets
of
parmesean
and
red
pepper
flakes
are
not
bagged,
secured,
or
packed
in
any
way
-
they
are
all
handed
over
loose
and
the
driver
is
expected
to
handle
transporting
the
jumbled
pile
of
stuff
on
top
of
the
pizza
boxes
and
hoping
they
don't
fall.
And
while
the
balancing
act
may
be
annoying,
the
unsanitary
handling
of
utensils
is
alarming.
Plastic
ware
is
placed
loose
and
uncovered
on
the
box,
and
if
the
customer
requested
napkins,
the
driver
needs
to
pick
them
out
one
by
one
from
a
dispenser
on
the
wall.
How
clean
do
you
think
those
loose
forks
and
napkins
are
going
to
be
by
the
time
a
driver
manages
to
juggle
the
tower
of
loose
items
back
to
their
car,
stuff
them
all
in
their
hot
bag
(if
they
use
one),and
then
unload
it
all
and
pile
it
precariously
on
a
front
porch
without
any
kind
of
packaging?
Please
don't
misunderstand,
I'm
not
complaining
about
how
difficult
it
is
or
that
I
have
to
do
extra
work.
I
am
concerned
enough
for
the
health
and
safety
of
the
customers
though
to
post
this
PSA.
I
always
make
sure
I
have
a
generous
supply
of
plastic
bags
on
hand
to
at
least
keep
these
items
separate
and
somewhat
protected
from
the
elements/the
bottom
of
my
pizza
bag/my
bare
hands,
etc.
But
I
do
strongly
recommend
skipping
the
forks
and
extra
napkin
requests
when
ordering
delivery.
If
you
absolutely
must
have
them,
you
may
want
to
consider
at
least
rinsing
the
plastic
ware
before
use...
just
in
case!
