I normally don't review fast food. However the gal working there at the fast food window was such a great customer service representative for TB! I had to email corporate and let them know. The food was taco bell, the service was 5 star fine dining!

I'm pretty sure nobody they hire can read. I have yet to go through the drive-thru, and actually get the food I ordered. Granted, I'm always charged for it but never receive all the items I paid for. This is not once but almost every single time I come to through the drive-thru. Just once, just one time, can you please get somebody's order right.

This Taco Bell is very clean day and efficient. Nice staff and food was good as well for a change! Mexican pizza was sold out.

I love the friendly service and clean environment. I enjoyed the food and will eat there again as I love Mexican food.

I usually would give this 7-10 on a rating but today it was horrible.. I ordered the nacho fries and was given regular fries instead instead of getting told there wasn’t any nacho fries and they wasn’t even fresh pretty cold and old and even when I waited they wasn’t any better.

Your app said that drive thru was closed. When I got there it was open. This one was on the other side of town for me. I always get 2 crunchy tacos no cheese and been burrito no red repl. With green sauce. What I got..Tacos were skinny, (no cheese-add extra lettuce) only a few stores do this. The burrito. Dry! It did have some green green sauce, a small "dab" at one end. I have been loving Taco Bell since your first store! The 60's. Downey, CA. I was in high school and lived in apartment behind it! Ate there everyday after school. Iam 70 years old and still love TB. wish you still had the. $0.19 prices.

Not really happy with the / T. Bells food or service wrong orders, their food does not have the quality it used to. Y'all get what you pay for and what you get is less food and higher prices. Peace out??

Been craving taco bell right when my wife is over it. Doesn't it always happen like that? Lol love this location, for the most part they fix their mistakes. Their shouldn't be any but we are all human!

This location is by far the best!!! The employees are courteous and efficient... I had 1 slight problem and they were so great in fixing the issue... I drive out of my way over 5 miles to get the customer service that you can't find anywhere anymore!!!! Kudos to the staff!!! You are shinning stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This by far is the best Taco Bell we have ever been to. Always greeted with a smile and the food was oh soo fresh and good portions , not the usual all shell and hardly nothing else... just a great an tasty experience all around .

I only use the drive-through and it works great for me. The food is good and great price. It just that there are no new items to try and I get bored 😐 sometimes... otherwise I recommend you try this... 😋

I visited for the infamous Mexican (Pizzazz) Pizza. Although it is missing green onions, it tasted as I remembered; really good. Fast service. My only complaint is that the drink portions shrunk again!

Went here at 1am after fishing. I made some of the best catfish nuggets I've ever had. But, it just wasn't as good after having the best Taco Bell I've had in 15+ years. To the cook and management, Thank you for having fresh ingredients at 1am and making the food, the way you'd want to eat it. Oh, the drive thru attendant was a breath of fresh air. You usually expect attitude and complete disregard from employees at this time of night.

I came here to get the Mexican pizza that I was craving since it's return. Was really good but the food slid when it was placed in to go bag (this the low rating) but it still tasted great.

I love taco bell but I ate there & spent 6hrs in the bathroom. 🤮 Someone didn't properly check their sour cream. Got food poisoning. 😅 Can't say it happens all the time but damn now I can't even smell taco bell without being 🤢.

Asked for fire sauce, received no sauce. Asked for bottled water, they gave us tap water. We didn't get any napkins. The food was fine and we didn't get food poisoning. 2 stars.

Stopped going here years ago because I always came home with missing items. Had the rare craving for it and same thing happened. Literally first time I’ve eaten here in years and I didn’t get my full order. My own fault for trying I guess. But with the cost of everything being crazy right now I can’t afford to not get what I pay for.

Order the 2 chalupas and 1 hard shell taco... 'ALL with beef, onions, cheese and light lettuce ONLY, and a dr pepper no ice, please." Not at all what I got!! There was hardly any beef or cheese. But PLENTY OF LETTUCE and SOUR CREAM WHICH I DID NOT ORDER!!! The young man at the drive was very pleasant. I did get the sauces that I asked for. But did not enjoy my food because it wasn't what I wanted! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Service been on the decline recently. But I never expected this. No receipt. No drink, but a straw in my bag. As if to mock me. Tomatoes on everything. The worst part. It was completely dead. I was the only customer there. No excuses. Unreal.

Location consistently gets my mobile order done within 5-10 minutes. They have always gotten my order modifications correct unlike other locations. Gone dozens of times over the years.

It's a friendly store, like the people enjoy working there. The food is good and there is a wide assortment from which to choose. It is clean and everything moves along. You don't have any waiting time. Prices are great and the food tastes very good.

I made my order on the mobile app and they made it accurately. The service was only so-so because as I was waiting for my order by the counter I saw one of workers dropped a medium Baja blast in the mobile pickup area and popped the lid off and wasted some of the drink and put the lid back on as if nothing happened. Then they put a cravings box next to the spot where the worker spilled the drink. The app showed that my order was ready so I picked up my order, lucky me.

Everyone was professional and courteous. Food was very fresh. We haven't had a bad experience at this Taco Bell.

First it has been awhile since I have been to a taco bell. Now I remember why I never go. Before I ever got to order it was a bad experience I should have known to turn around and walk out but I thought I would give them a chance. To start I had to use a kiosk to order. Not a fan of kiosks. Second as I was looking at the menu an employee came over and said "Go to the kiosk you can order at the kiosk. I felt like I was being rushed. So we ordered things we didn't want. We got the food and was so disappointed we threw the food out after just one bite. The burrito wasn't rolled or folded right so it instantly just fell apart. We asked for no onions they had onions It was just a really bad experience. Remember if you walk into a place where you have bad vibes walk out

My girlfriend has food poisoning and Taco Bell is the only thing we ate different. So that sucks. I wish I had some pictures though. Nice looking establishment and the only worker that seen at first could be cute. I’m a bikini. If I worked there she wouldn’t be left to work all by herself. I’d help her with lots of things. Oh right, this is a review. My food was great.

Great Taco Bell! I have ordered here a few times and they are extremely fast. I’m in and out in less than 5 minutes. Service is great and this is a perfect place for a quick bite. This Taco Bell location is very clean and modern. Staff is friendly and nice.

This is the best taco bell on planet. Their hours say 3am and they mean it. Not like those other places that say 24 hours and block the drive thru at 130 am. And the staff are friendly fast and accurate. All of them that work the night shift deserve a raise because of their work. I've been during the day. Same experience and for having this consistency they are the best.

Tdy is Thursday Dec. 15, 6:50 pm. Just ate what had to be the worst food, EVER. Ordered 4 beef tacos supreme and 2 burrito supremes. Everything was ice cold, and no meat in either burrito. Your food has been getting worse the last few times we ordered, never again

Went through drive thru and ordered mexican pizza and was told they are out of them so we ordered different combos and a couple extras off the value menu. Sat in drive thru for quite a while before getting to the window. Worker handed us our drinks first with no straws and then food. When we got home the 2 burritos we ordered extra was not there and there was no hot sauce either. This has happened several times in past and now we make sure we check everything before pulling away. .

Just wanna say this is one of the best customer service experiences at any Taco Bell. The entire process was welcoming quick and efficient. Kudos to the drive thru guy. Food was good too. Very courteous staff.

Continues to be my all time favorite fast food restaurant. However, I am extremely disappointed in their recent menu changes. For some reason beyond my comprehension, they have removed what seems like most of their menu choices. I am the type of person that rarely ventures from my usual order and have grown up eating the same few items that I consider to be my "comfort food". When they adjusted their menu, literally every item that I used to order regularly and grew up on was gone. I was devistated. Then they added a new item that was the best yet and somewhat redeemed themselves. But last night, to my horror, I was advised that this item has now also been removed. What the heck taco bell.

By far the most incompetent establishment I've ever been to. The rudest manager I've ever dealt with. I order two meals and they were wrong on the screen and it couldn't be fix I was argued with weather or not I paid if tho my card was charged and I had a receipt. The recipient was taken and I never got another and when I got home low and behold my order was wrong even tho that's what I was trying to explain the whole time.

Staff is awesome but prices are way to high now ! Crunchwrap , taco , drink 8 bucks ..

Clean. Friendly employees. My first visit to this Taco Bell and it wont be my last. My favorite American Mexican fast food. I had their Taco Supreme and It did not disappoint me. Visit if you have time and are hungry for fast food.

Unfortunately I can’t give This visit a good review. I asked for three taco Supremes. That’s it. I got one taco supreme and two regular tacos. I didn’t notice until I was at home and tired from a very long 10 hour day.

Food was cooked proper tasted very good and the help was very kind and courteous and the service was very very fast the Wabi was spotless it was a overall wonderful experience

I usually dont leave reviews on fast food places but its literally the second time in 3 days that my ordered was messed up . 3 days ago i ordered 2 CHICKEN cheddar chalupas and got regular meat (which i dont eat) and today my freeze was one sip dragon fruit and the rest ice . Do better guys .
