Loved it from the first time. Pretty simple and straight forward menu. Great tasting chicken fingers. Juicy not dry. The breading is perfectly seasoned with delicious crispiness on the outside and juicy and tender meat inside. Their fries are delicious too. The toast is also tasty and buttery. But their house made dipping sauce is the best and goes perfectly with the chicken fingers, so yummy 😋. It is like a mix of a Dijon mustard and mayo , very good and definitely a must try! The restaurant is always clean and inviting, very vibrant atmosphere. The staff is friendly. Their drive-thru is always busy with a long line of cars . But you can always dine in, which I recommend, because you don’t want your fries to get cold. Overall: great tasty chicken fingers, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Definitely recommend it!

Sadly we've had to many bad experiences here since it's been only the drive thru open. Often we get overcooked fries which are all crunchy. Chicken cooked in old/burnt tasting oil. Chicken where half has no batter on. You get hosed on the fries, barely a small handful. We even have to now order extra fries and the portion is childlike. Really gone downhill. It's all speed versus consistency at this point. They'd not serve it up in such a mess were you facing them in the dining room. Disappointing.

Wow. Chicken portions have shrunk dramatically. This has been one of our go-to places for weekly lunch. We haven’t been in a few weeks and picked it up today. The four fingers I received in my box combo provided less chicken than I’d usually receive in 2 fingers. 2 were literally the size of my fingers. Not sure how someone could load them in my box and think this was OK. My wife said she’d heard that the portions had been shrinking and this confirms it. We agreed that Canes will be removed from our go-to list. Very unfortunate. I provided 2 stars because the quality was still good.

I had come to grab lunch while in my work truck, which would not fit through the drive-thru, and the staff was super helpful in coming to the front door and taking my order and not making me go somewhere else. There was a sign on the door that said that the dining room and take out was closed but because of my situation and being in a large truck they were more than happy to take my order and bring my food out to me. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I feel like I’m missing the hype somehow…. This was my first time trying Raising Cane’s and I was a bit disappointed. The positives are the restaurant was very clean and safe and had nice clean restrooms as well. Service wasn’t good - the folks taking orders seemed very frustrated and upset. It took an oddly long amount of time to get food while I watched multiple parties return to the counter with something wrong with their orders. Once I got my food I was excited to dig in, but it was just OK. Toast was soggy, fries were barely seasoned and chicken tenders were totally flavorless until you dipped them in the sauce (which was good). I can’t see myself running to return.

Awesome food. Fast quick and efficient service too.

Between corporate raising prices and the fingers getting smaller.. it’s hard to support canes much these days… as for my last visit though, I got only 5 fingers in my Caniac Combo (6 piece) . Nearly 15 bucks for the thing can I please atleast have all my chicken. Driving to the store to complain about one finger would have no purpose . Maybe they their food packagers can count a little better ( or maybe they’re workers are stressed out and rushing the food because Canes only cares about getting Low Drive Thru times and they don’t care about food quality or customers )

These fingers of chicken are one of my top three, this chicken is glorious in taste, whilst being complemented by the "canes sauce". The so named Texas toast is a masterful way of bread work, the best way to order is to get the box combo for not to be full nor to be empty, for this order a box combo, no coleslaw and extra fries. First you must use the bread as a base plate for a piece of chicken then generously lather the chicken with the signature canes sauce and after that indulge in the salty fries. In conclusion I believe this is a part, or should be a part of any foodies journey

Had the Caniac sandwich combo. It was okay. The restaurant smelled bad. Smelled like a backed up toilet. The toy that came with my granddaughters meal had a live bug in it. Yuk! Diner beware!

Simple menu, accommodating staff. I go often and they never make mistakes on the order.... done in or drive thru, never.

The drive thru is pretty quick. The employees are very nice and welcoming. Their chicken fingers is one of my favorites but their sauce is the best! The fries and texas toast is good, also. I'm not a big fan of their coleslaw need more seasoning and salad dressing. The lemonade is soooo good!

Love Raising Cane's! Fresh chicken, Texas toast, cane sauce! Ask for the Canes Club card, register it online and get a free box combo!

  • 5/5 Amanda B. 5 years ago on Google
Great and tasty chicken... The sauce yum. This place has great service too ... The manger even brought out an extra piece of bread because the one in the meal was squished. Bathrooms are clean. Drinks are icey. Go get yourself some chicken!!

Simple food , limited menu. Not much to ask for but one of my go tos for fast food. If you like chicken fingers this is the spot. Their Canes sauce and Sweet tea is a must try.

  • 5/5 Chris D. 8 months ago on Google
Very friendly staff. I had a big order they got it all right, not one item missing and the gave me all the stuff I needed, napkins, cane's sauce, Ketchup, and hot sauce. It was worth the money!!! I have to give them even more credit they had a big line when I got in the drive thur buy they moved it very quick. I will definitely go back again and again.

What the hell is the hype? If this is what ppl think is good food, I feel sorry for you guys. First off the lines were long, and there were 4 kids working the drive thru who were playing around and not attending to anyone till you actually made it to the order area. Then you wait again for the food. Shockingly, my drink took longer to get than my 4 piece chicken tenders combo. My chicken was soooo blan, garlic bread soggy, French fries warm but soggy, and my Coleslaw was freshly made but not chilled. Who eats warm coleslaw?

  • 2/5 Gaby 6 months ago on Google
ordered a box combo with extra toast instead of coleslaw and when i opened up my box, there were no fries and coleslaw but no extra toast. im actually crying right now because i am having the worst day and this just made it so much worse

Consistent quality, fast service, clean dining room. Best part of the evening though, was when backstreet boys "I want it that way" came on the speakers and the entire dining room started belting it out loud, young, old, employees, it was hilarious and made me smile to see everyone of all ages just living in a moment!

  • 3/5 The W. 1 year ago on Google
Just my personal opinion. I hate the fact that they only have 1 sauce, which is Canes sauce. They don't have ranch or Buffalo. Which is weird to me be a chicken spot with a few selected sauces. The tenders did have a decent crunch taste and sound when you bite into.

We go to st rose location a lot. Usually good but recently they have a fly problem. Even a cashier said to me that’s why I eat in my car. hope they do something, it really ruins the meal. And this food it not good re-heated and it’s not that good if you take it home and eat.

I ordered the CANIAC COMBO which includes 6 chicken fingers, texas toast, small coleslaw and a drink and ordered extra fries. The chicken fingers were pretty good. 4 3/4 stars for overall meal.

this is an absolutely wonderful restaurant, by far my favorite canes location. i go here all the time, and the service is always outstanding, the restaurant is always spotless, and the food never fails to be delicious. i decided to leave this review though because tonight this location really stood out to me. me and my friends had just attended a pride parade, and there were less than pleasant reactions from customers sitting near us. the manager handled this gracefully, making sure that nobody felt uncomfortable on either side. not only that, but other employees also treated us with total respect and made sure we were comfortable. the manager even went as far as walking with us to ensure that we felt safe. this is an outstanding location and i highly suggest you visit if you like good food and good people <3!

The food was not my type of chicken and fries, unfortunately. It was bland, but moist. However, I really enjoyed their "Texas Toast" and "Muddy Water," as it is called, and the service was top-notch! It was my first time, and I didn't understand that they really only served chicken, so they talked me through it and allowed me to take my time. 10/10 services, and I will most definitely be back.

Just went to Canes St Rose Pkwy at 1015 pm and it was the worst Canes I ha e had from this place. The fries was saturated in oil and some of them tasted uncooked. The bread was hard and tasted like it was doused with oil. The chicken was bland and didn't taste like it had any seasoning. The lemonade was watered down. Not sure how it had gotten so bad but it has, we are saddened by the deteriation of Canes!!

They didn’t make it known by the guy who walks around and takes your order, that the 3 finger combo doesn’t come with coleslaw! Didn’t get a chance to read the menu! We wanted coleslaw & didn’t see the 3 finger doesn’t come with it!! $42 for 4 -3 finger combo with 3 fingers-1 Texas toast, fries & a drink! $10 for a combo without coleslaw ISNT worth it! Geez. The some of the fries were frozen in the middle. We asked for catsup & hot sauce but didn’t get it! The chicken fingers were DELICIOUS! So was the toast!!!

We always make a point to stop at Raising Canes when visiting Vegas. I love their sauce and the chicken is good. My daughter doesn’t enjoy meat so usually gets French fries and the Texas toast. Great place for a quick snack when you’re on the road!

Don't order curbside pickup. Ordered online for curbside pick-up. Arrived at about 5:30pm and waited about 10 to 15 minutes...no one came out. Called the store to tell them I was there for curbside, gave them the order information, and they said they will bring it out. At 5:57pm I go into the store (since I am still waiting for the order) and see a bag with a couple orders in it sitting on the counter. I tell them who I am and that I have been waiting and they hand me the bag on the counter because that was my order...the now cold food because it was left on the counter and no one brought it out.

Raising Canes is some of the best chicken anywhere, and they have a lot of crazy good food like their signature sauce which is undeniable the best dippin sauce hands down. I level their toast but most of the time I have them hold the bread to make me feel better and I get more crinkle cut fries!!!! I love me some canes!
