I’ve
been
a
patient
there
for
over
5
years,
since
the
changes
in
management,
the
quality
of
care
is
no
longer
there.
I
had
seen
Sylvia
for
my
annual,
had
my
mammogram,
results
came
back
from
STEINBERG
RADIOLOGY,
that
I
needed
further
testing.
Sylvia,
never
informed
me,
and
that
was
a
week
after
my
mammogram.
I
called
the
office,
and
got
the
run
around,
she
was
either
not
there,
or
busy.
I
asked
if
someone
else
could
look
at
it
and
get
me
an
Ultrasound
appt,
3
days
later
(
UNBELIEVABLE)
Dr
Torres
sent
the
request
in
,
however,
no
on
told
me!!!
I
called
on
a
Friday
and
was
told
,
“
Oh,
Dr
Torres
called
it
in.
Beyond
frustrating,
this
is
my
health,
and
I
take
being
alive
very
seriously.
And
here
I
am
a
week
later
,
2
back
to
back
days
of
calling
for
my
results,
and
getting
the
“
I’ll
let
the
medical
assistant
know
you
called.”
This
is
beyond
poor
quality
care,
unprofessional
behavior.
This
isn’t
a
3rd
world
country,
I
have
insurance,
and
have
to
pay
for
the
Radiology
from
STEINBERG
myself
as
they
don’t
accept
my
insurance.
I
pay
for
these
appointments
myself!!!
I
will
be
leaving
once
I
get
my
results.
So
much
for
that
Oath
they
took,
if
you
value
/
care
about
you
health
and
life,
run
don’t
walk
and
go
elsewhere.
