I went into Concentra for a drug test. It was as simple as peeing. They said I would be sitting there an hour to do it. An hour later I was still waiting after a bottle of water. When I asked what was going on, I was told it might be another 15 or more minutes as there was someone in front of me. Mind you I hadn't observed anyone go to see staff for tests or medical reasons, other than two in an hour. Staff were nice, but spent most of their time socializing. I hate being late, and this made me 30 minutes late for another appointment. An hour and a half sitting around, when I stated I had to be somewhere at 2pm. No concern shown. No rush. No nothing. Can't recommend as being reliable if you work for a living and don't have hours to sit around. They later lost the sample and I had to return to runce and repeat!

My experience in this medical center was horrible, I was the first to arrive at 8 am and was seen at 11:30 am, almost 4 hours waiting for my DOT medical exam. After all the waiting, Dr. Susan Hancock determined that I failed the medical exam because my English pronunciation and comprehension were poor. After all the schools I went through to get to the CDL to practice, she decided that she couldn't get a chance to get into my next driving school because she had limited English. I felt completely frustrated and discriminated against by her. Human beings must make the decisions for which they are responsible with less power and more humanism since that would affect the path of those who depend on them. In my case, I am moved by a goal that is almost impossible to achieve if you are not a Native American and only because of the decision of the doctor Dr. Susan Hancock to discriminate against me for my limitations in English, which ultimately is not up to her to make that decision, it is up to my employer to make it. Before I got to that exam I passed a DOT driving school in English, I passed all the DMV exams in English at the same time, I spent my 15 days of classes at the school preparing myself in English to start the next phase which is to enter training. at the helm to finally get the CDL and that doctor dr. Susan Hancock decided not to give me the opportunity to continue on my path to my goal as a CDL driver.

I initially called to see if I could schedule an appt for a pre-employment physical/audiogram, etc. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and snarked at me after I said, “Hi I’d like to make an appt please.” She said, “appt for what?” I told her what I needed & she snapped and said very quickly, “we don’t take appt’s for those, we do that Monday-Thursday from 8-3” in those most rude way. I was honestly taken aback. On the day I arrive there @ 08:05, they tell me if could be “up to 2 hours from start to finish here.” I did not leave that place until almost 12:30 in the afternoon. The front desk girls were nice, but the woman who almost misplaced my paperwork and forgot to give me copies when that clearly was the directions stated on the paper, did not seem educated. I’m an ER Nurse, for the last 8 years and NO WONDER our ER’s are flooded and nurses are constantly overloaded. This place is a joke. We all know primary care has gone completely downhill, urgent cares and places like these are right next to them.

My experience was less than mediocre. While the staff was very friendly, I had to wait for over 30 to be seen for my scheduled appointment. They were not able to access my test results because the lab did not process the blood work that was sent over from the previous week. Somehow, my blood samples were not labeled correctly. I'm not exactly sure how or why that even happened. Isn't that double checked before its sent over??. So, I had to redo them. It was quite annoying and I was very frustrated to say the least. I'm hoping my next visit will go over smoothly.

Jonathan, Mario, Kathryn and the rest of the team at Concentra UC in Henderson are the best in the valley. They went above and beyond to provide me with all my options and in the end I saved money with their help. Was an experience I was unaccustomed to in dealing with urgent care facilities. The rest could learn a thing or ten from these guys!!

Worst experience ever. Brought my husband here because he was having trouble breathing and harsh coughing for a few days and they didn’t even give him a prescription covered by our insurance. This was AFTER wasting over an hour of our time. We then had to spend the next FULL DAY trying to just get him the right prescription. The staff was really rude and wasn’t helping at all. They gave us the run-around many times and made us call a bunch of other Concentras just to fix their own mistake. Horribly slow help and the employees DO NOT CARE about other human beings at all. DO NOT GO HERE!! One of the employees also hung up on us out of nowhere!

The staff was very friendly and helpful . I am very uncomfortable in hospitals , but they made feel at ease . Overall was an excellent visit .

I only gave it one me star because there were no options to give it zero stars. If you are truly sick and not in need of something job or physical injury related do not go here. They will tell you that you need to go to CareNow or CVS Minute clinic. They won’t see you if you have a runny nose, fever, or cough. Just don’t waste your time.

Went there for my DOT, all about the dollar, they only renewed my DOT for 6 months because my protein was a little off. They know my company pays for it so they just want me back sooner. It should of been for 2 years. They also weighed me with my full gear on, shoes, belt, diad, etc, I had probably 15pounds of gear on and they said I gained 22 pounds as well. It's hard to take time off work to go in for these. Next time I'm going to my own doctor

I had a pre-employment drug screen and Dot physical. The entire staff was amazing!! They showed team work and a positive professional attitude and my wait time was faster than they quoted me at. I would recommend anyone looking for this type of assistance to always choose Concentra!

I had strained my back while walking the dogs and was in so much pain I couldn’t move at all without hurting. I was taken to the emergency room and immediately evaluated and given muscle relaxers and acetaminophen before being taken for a CAT scan. Even though the ER was very busy it didn’t take long for them to get back to me with the results. The Dr promptly saw me and after the results were back my nurse (Ricky) let me know. They took great care of me and all preformed as a well oiled machine. Kudos to all, and thank you.

This place is horrible only chose it because it was the only Henderson location available for employment drug & physical screening do not come to this place it was a 6 hour wait for something that should have taken less than a hour they do not care if you have other obligations so if you plan on coming here be prepared to wait for a while

Quick and easy visit for my pre-employment drug screen. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Having worked in their same laboratory profession. I can tell you they followed all proper protocols and procedures when dealing with a DOT pre-employment drug test. I highly recommend this place.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Busy location so the wait was a bit long, but once in it was quick and efficient. Only thing I wish was the ability to schedule an appointment, took off 2hrs from work in order to get my tests done.

The staff here were very nice and helpful, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors in the back. The lady at front desk even helped me register on my phone. I will be doing all my preemployment physicals and drug tests here from now on. I will never go back to the Concentra on polaris and deal with the rude staff and doctors. The doctors over there will fail you on your physical for the most minor things about your health history and can possibly ruin your career.

The workers there were quite friendly and knowledgeable. I liked it when I return for a reading of the TB test that I took two days prior, they remembered my name and was once again polite and friendly. Overall I felt comfortable

Avoid this place due to poor staffing choices. My GF came in with a very bad headache that made her vision to the point where she couldn't see clearly and she was disoriented. The front desk said loudly that she might have Corona virus so others in the waiting room freaked out. She ended up calling 911 for herself she felt so helpless and was in so much pain. It only takes one kind person to change someone's day and help and It only takes one bad employee to ruin a companies reputation. To the women who was at the front desk today I hope when you need help you look around and see no one.. considering your attitude its inevitable.

Physical Therapy was great they were quick to get you going and started however the wait time for doctors is crazy.. im writing this review as I've been waiting in room awaiting doctor for 1 whole hour. Dont take people back if you aren't ready. Give me a pillow and blanket and say take a nap if your going to take your time like people don't have anywhere else to be. Don't schedule appointments if you don't honor that time frame. Just something that can really be improved is the amount of time you have to wait. Very nice and kind people just not as smooth as a health service should be

Doctor was nice, but PT did not do a thorough job just basically told me to exercise and most of the time unguided. Now that I've started PT back in Virginia I have something to compare the treatment to. Just a number here. Also, staff gave me wrong paperwork on my first visit and never called me back as they said they would about obtaining my medical records many times.

After traveling for work and getting into a major car accident, my employer asked me to go to Concentra for a check-up. During my meeting with Jency Mathew, APRN, for the check-up, her initial questions were about my job and what I was doing during the time of the accident, rather than inquiring about my pain and symptoms. I explained my pain and head injuries, but she was adamant about disqualifying my case as a workers' compensation case. She didn't take the time to fully diagnose me and cleared me to work with no problems. I had to go back and make her change her conclusion because it wasn't correct. She started to argue about me not informing her that I had traveled for work. Later that evening, I had to go to the emergency room for a proper diagnosis, and the ER doctor concluded that I had a concussion with several neck bone fractures. Mathew should be more compassionate about the patients who come into the office and ask the right questions before making a diagnosis.

Went at 7:30 in the morning. 2nd person in line when opened at 8am. Rude girl at counter told me it would be 2-3hr wait. I ask how if I'm 2nd inline and she then told me the people behind me will go first. I'm sorry but they do not take appointments, so how would I have to wait 2-3hrs. Could not stay that long so I returned at 3pm and the same girl at counter said that she stopped taking people in at 3pm , they close at 5pm, if she hates her job she needs to go somewhere else. What a freaking mess. Good luck go to any other one but Gibson.

I asked receptionist how long the wait would be , she said you’ll be here 90 minutes and she was correct- it did take about 90 minutes. It was nice to have a good time estimate upfront. I had to fill out my intake paperwork twice. Once on my personal iPad mini, which the form had problems loading correctly, I finally got it all filled out, that delayed my visit with the doctor. Then the form did not load on their system, and I had to fill it all out again on their computer while in the examination room. That was a big waste of time.

So i dont really do reviews on a drug test place but this visit was really different. Most places make you feel so uncomfortable or make you look like a sideshow to other nurses like Carenow did on Charleston and Sloan. But this Concentra was a great visit. Kathryn Moor was my nurse and she is awesome, the best 1 i have ever dealt with. She is the best. If i could recommend a nurse to deal with it would be her.

I've been coming to this Concentra office since last May with a bad, work related back injury. The nurses, Dr.'s and the physical therapist have been nothing short of courteous, informative and professional. Highly recommend this office. Now the other one over off of Rancho and Sahara? Stay away from that one if at all possible.

Terrible service this time. Walked into the office at around 4:45pm office closes at 5. I understand it was last minute but the service I was provided was terrible. There were two individuals in the office at the time and they were just sitting at the desk. The male Johnathan Guest had a very bad attitude. No greeting at all just that he hopes I am ready to give a sample because they are closing at 5. I told him that I was ready to give the sample and as quick as there trying to leave I'm trying to get the test done quickly also. The whole process he has attitude even made some smart remark to the female he was working with about me because she was very tickled by his statement. I've been here before and never been treated like this. Regardless of the the time if you didn't want to help all they had to say is that we were closed. Will never go there again for any service.

They take wayyyy too long to get your results to you. If you’re able to go somewhere more reliable do it! Not to mention the unfriendly staff.

Staff here is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Doctors are helpful and listen to you so that they can help you in the best possible way. You want great care this is the place. I'm on workman's comp live in a different state. And I fly to this place because of the Dr. and staff. Care and treatment is important and I get that here.

It was my first incident and after contemplating, i have to visit this clinic. I was told that waiting time is at least 2 1/2 hours. The place was full but it went fast. Customer service is excellent, staffs are friendly. I was attended to my needs rt away when it was my turn. Very thorough check up and i was really impressed. Fr the staffs to the Doctor to the technician, service is awesome. Thank you and keep up the good work 👍

First visit took took 3 hrs to complete. They put me in a paper gown and wait over an hour freezing cold room and starving. I checked in at 11:30 and waited til 1:30 to do X-rays. Follow up appointment at 3p over a week later checked in at 2:40 was put in a warm small room and waited there til after 4p. My experience was aggravating and annoying to have to wait so long and the medical assistance was no help with attitude. I hope to NEVER have to return there !

Very efficient and professional staff. Jon Guest is a great asset to Concentra on Gibson. He always greets me with a smile and is always in a great mood; I can he enjoys his job. He is also very proficient at his job. Kudos to all the employees at this Concentra location. Positive atmosphere.

The entire staff at the Henderson Concentra is amazing. They are always so upbeat and happy which is a welcome change in today’s world. And Dr. Dy has gone above and beyond to help me. She truly cares about each of her patients and it shows. I couldn’t have asked for a better medical team. Great job everyone and thank you for all that you do!

I would definitely recommend Concentra Urgent Care. I was greeted as soon as I entered where my temp was taken. The gentleman at the front counter was very friendly and gave me the proper forms I needed to fill out for my pre- employment drug screening I was there for. After I finished up my quick and easy paperwork I waited for maybe 5 minutes, where I was greeted by a very friendly woman who asked me to place my belongings in a lockbox and then handed me a cup. Once i was finished I signed received my receipt and was on my way. Very quick friendly and official location!! Will definitely return for future services.

I went in to get a urine test. The forms were easy. Instructions from the lab tech was easy. In and out.

Went in for regular pre employment drug screen, it was pretty busy but that's no big deal. Waited patiently, front desk staff were kind and helpful. When finally taken to the back it was very obvious those nurses and assistants where more worried about goofing around and talking drama then working with the patients.

Everything was okay... It went quickly which I appreciated and I like the messenger thing to let you know when it's your turn. I am giving a lower score because I didn't like the number of people close to each other in one place with covid-19 etc. I'm sure you are observing all of the other rules to prevent spreading it but even so I'm not comfortable being around a lot of people at this time.

I hurt my knee 2.5 weeks ago. I’ve been getting the run around. Miss diagnosis from an X-ray. At first all they did give me an ace bandage and sent me on my way. Come back for reread of X-rays tell me it’s pre existing injury give me a brace send me on my way. Go back again with a pinched nerve in other leg from hopping around on the bad knee on other leg and refused to treat it. Said it had nothing to do with this injury that I’m here for. I have to go see my primary doctor. Tired of getting the runaround!

I went in for an employer drug test. Staff at Concentra was courteous and fast. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I called ahead of time and was told if I come before 4pm I would be able to be seen. I showed up and was fully signed in by 3:30pm and waited for an hour. Then, one by one, every 5 minutes they called up the waiters in the room to tell them the wait time would be another hour and a half instead of just announcing it to the lobby so we could have left sooner! They had me sitting and waiting for an extra 15 minutes of my time just to tell me I should just go because there would be a high chance I wouldn't be seen and that they were backed up all day. If they were backed up all day, why would they tell me I could be see if I showed up by 4pm??

Horrible doctors if you are there for workmans comp. They work for your company and dont want to see you get better.

The staff at Consentra on Gibson in Henderson is awesome I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door very professional. This is the 3rd time I have been there for pre-employment clearance. They are professional, friendly and the wait isn't too bad! I have never had a bad experience and are very helpful and answer any questions you have!

Unfortunately the doctor is more worried about protecting the employer than the patient. I made several trips to this location for a ongoing injury and the doctor refuses to take my issues seriously. She did order testing but thats the extent of the good from the doctor. I have a neck and shoulder injury yet the doctor thinks its appropriate i can still lift push and pull weight up to 30 pounds. And she refuses to change the limitations continiously putting me at odds with my employer. The physical theropist is a good guy and does the best he can.

They take so long to do anything, they gave me an estimate for a physical and a drug test of one hour and 30 minutes, I was there for more than 3

Sooo slow

It took over 3 hours for a pre-employment physical / drug test, but these places tend to be high volume so it's to be expected. Beyond that though all the staff seemed efficient and professional.

Paid out of pocket for employee physical my blood pressure was 180/110 so the Physician Assistant signed my paper as “ Not cleared” to work due to high bp. I asked for meds to help me since this was obviously a urgent matter and was walked to the lobby and told I had to re-registered and PAY AGAIN as a “ Urgent care “ patient and because it was after 3 it was too late. So they made me walk out Concentra with a 180/110 BP and no medical care from provider.

This was a DOT physical. The staff was very professional and polite. I felt like they enjoyed their job. They were very knowledgeable and it ended being an enjoyable experience...

Overall, very friendly atmosphere. Marlene upfront was very helpful. Inside Ms Page was funny and actually laughed at my fokes. Doctor took her time to explain to me thinks I didn't understand. Didn't rush to next patient, made sure I was clear on all my problems. Thank you for a great experience. 👍👍👍

I went in for a DOT drug test , end it was truly unbelievably quick I spent less than 20 minutes total walking in the door walking out the door. I can’t say that it’s always this quick however when I went this time it was. The staff as always was very polite and professional I honestly have no complaints about my last visit.
