Couldnโ€™t stay here for one night! Stayed in a hotel instead! Before we moved in, they were going to make us pay $100 more in rent to have new floors because the old flooring was ruined. What??? Then, we moved in and it was FILTHY! I immediately had to start cleaning (found dead and alive cockroaches). The tenants all smoke and leave trash everywhere. On top of that, the AC, dishwasher, washer, oven, disposal, and toilet were ALL BROKEN! NO AC! We have a 6 week old baby and there was no way that we could survive there. We asked to get out of the contract and they said we had to give them 30 days notice and owed another months rent. I then threatened to get a lawyer and they quickly let me out. We lost a lot of money to this apartment. STAY AWAY.

If you rent here you take a chance of crying yourself to sleep. The manager is not friendly. I'm a Christian man so it's hard to do this review because I hate being negative. I have to warn people before they live here. It is not what it appears to be. I love all of the staff, except Chris. He was very rude to me and I don't understand why. He won't hear your gripes. He will only yell at you like he's taking it.personal. This is your job dude. This is our home. We pay to live here and treated like scum. After my lease is up I will never rent here again.

Terrible place to live. The management are crooks. Make sure you read everything because they stole my deposit. They acted like I never paid one and said I signed a form saying I never put down a deposit. Even though EVERYONE pays a deposit. The management is unreasonable and they do not care about people at all. It is like pulling teeth to get a maintenance person to come to fix anything. I had to threaten lawsuit to get the water heater changed out. There is no security, there is garbage and dog poop everywhere. Trust me, don't rent here

We moved in these apartment Feb. 2017 and moved out Sept. 2017. We had a 6 months lease. We moved in as they were changing management. We were told weโ€™d have to pay 890. We signed a paper saying that water trash and sewage would be included. We started to get charged for the utilities. We thought we fixed everything before moving out. Ending on a zero balance. A whole year later, Iโ€™ve received a letter in the mail from being sent to collections. Donโ€™t waste your money on these fools!!

I had an appointment to view a model or available apt. Upon entry to the leasing office, I was greeted by a seemingly overwhelmed leasing agent who told me she did not have the time to show me the apartment and that I could view it alone. Strike 1... I agreed. I drove around by the vacant apartment but park within walking distance so I could get a feel of the complex. There were unattended children playing everywhere . Strike 2. Some tenants had junky patios, loud music was being played from cars and surrounding apartments. The pool that I saw was more like a gated pond. The apartment was small. Strike 3... When I brought the key back, the leasing agent was a bit more composed and was very helpful. However, it's a hard "no" for me.

Management is horrid. No one ever answers. Winter is bipolar & the most disrespectful person I have ever met. She aggressively belittles you and has a chicken neck while telling you anything. She will do anything in her power not to help you. I asked to please ventilate the apartment jointed next to ours after they did epoxy work and the fumes were directly coming from the vents because all the windows were shut. She yelled at me about how there was nothing wrong and there are no fumes because they did the same thing in her apartment and that her kids were fine. All I asked was for someone to get the windows open. It was horrible for my newborn. We had to leave the apartment all day. This place would be so great without her. She has no care for anyone staying here. The stars are for the maintenance team. They work hard and are on top of things right away. Thank you.

ROACH PROBLEMS RAMPANT my wife and I moved here in september and when we first moved in had to stay with a relative because for the first 2 months we had such a large number of roaches we couldn't stay in the unit. Bug people came every week for 4-5 weeks, took forever to get it to a manageable level. It's now July and lo and behold, roach city again. I've heard other residents talk about it. And even staff members who live in some of the units. This place is not comfortable and my wife and I have already decided that we will be out of here immediately upon lease renewal period. The entire premises needs to be fumigated, the property owners clearly do not care and the staff try to help but they are seemingly losing people faster than they are hiring them. Do not move here, you will have cockroaches and you will have a hard time dealing with them gauranteed.

Went in to apply to rent a place and left... Idk how they get off charging you $250 as a "processing fee" for the application fee is $60 per person... Um how am I going to pay you more to "process my payment" than the actual payment itself. Beyond ridiculous. We had been in earlier and asked what all cost would be and she went into what the monthly payment would be but not deposits nor this processing fee. When I mentioned we were not informed if that she basically told me I'm hard of hearing and must not have heard when she said it. Neither my husband nor I heard it so I said I doubt she said it and she told me she has no reason to lie she does this everyday. Idk about you but I have in the past forgot to mention something to a customer but I myself also admit the mistake and apologize for the confusion I'm not rude and then call the customer a liar. We walked out no way I'm getting subjected to ridiculous extra fees when you can't even keep the stuff you offer as "complimentary" in the office stocked and I see kids getting yelled at and told to go get there parents because they have to have an adult with them at all times. Politeness goes along way rudness gets you nowhere. I'll be making Ving somewhere where the staff is respectful to potential tenants.

Do NOT!!!! move here. I've lived here for 3 years going on 4 and I have had enough!!! They rent to people who fight and destroy the property and then they punish the entire community by closing off all our rights to the swimming pool and gym. There are 300 apartments here with hard working people and when you get off work and want to take your kids outside to escape the 100 degree Nevada weather and go in the pool. They close it and do not notify anyone. When you ask what's going on they say well other people ruin it for the rest. This is not a parent child relationship. It is a buisness contract and it is our HOME!!! The manager who took over (LISA) will smile when you are signing your lease and once you are in she will become an entire different person. It took 5 days to have them come fix my backed up plumbing in my kitchen. They have turned the water off so many times to do their landscaping. All day from 8am to 5pm. And the lanscaping that was going on was to remove our grass completely. Its horrible here since the new management took over. Do not move here. You will feel like they are your parents and the 1200 to 1500 you are paying is for nothing. You work hard to enjoy where you live and they treat you like a child who is being punished for some other persons' actions. Mind you there are 2 pools and they are both closed. They also will close the gym. It used to be 24 hours and so was the pool. New company came and its closed at 9. So if you work 9 to 5 you have to rush home to even use it and when you get there it just might be locked up anyway!!!...Excuse after excuse year after year. Its 100 degrees. It's ridiculous. They don't tell you either. You and your family will get completely dressed. Food packed to grill. Floaties on and nope gate has a huge padlock on it. This has happened here over and over. They use the amenities to sell you the contract and once you are in they do not care one bit. The attached picture is of the incident last month when we all got punished for a child fighting at the pool. Today Lisa said it was closed for wood chips. There were none at all floating in the pool by the way. The other pool is closed for the bathroom not working. It happens over and over again. The office picks who lives here then punishes the entire community for the actions of the people THEY brought in. They are choosing the people who live here. Not us. So we should not be punished like we are children by taking away the amenities that we pay for. Im so disgusted. It's the management. I lived here before they took over and it wasn't like this ever ....and they do not care. At all. What. So. Ever. Do not move here. I want out so bad. :( my kids have been so dissapointed, sooo many times. I can't live here anymore. They also tape letters on your door with negative stuff constantly. We used to have walking security. They no longer walk the premises. They also let tow trucks in at night to take vehicles. I can also post a picture of that. My car is fully registered. I have an online receipt to prove and my car still got a huge violation sticker that said immediate removal. I called and the tow company and they said the property management allows them in to check vehicles. Do not move here!!! And whoever lives here. Get out. It's not worth what they are charging to be treated like this. My concerns were not valid to Lisa. She just kept rolling her eyes. I'm not paying you to treat me like that. Nope!!! The photo is when a child got in a fight and they banned the entire community from the pool. The office has been notified of this child's behavior and they still let them live here but punish the rest of us. It's completely odd. This happens constantly!! Fed up.

Can any one explain to me what nuisance smoking is? Management target assistant living people out here and forced them out. I regret moving into these apt now that new management is here. Seems they target black Americans to force them to move out. My wife and I have issues with our living room floor that was never fixed. The people under us complained we complained and nothing was done. But I white American couple had issues with their washer and dryer and got brand new units. We had an issue with our dishwasher an we got downgraded not brand new. We got an even older model than we had. This place has truly no interest In its residents but only to do cosmetic touch up to the grounds to charge more rent. No worth it.

I am so glad I will no longer be living here. I went to turn in my keys today and Jameela was so rude. She told me I needed to get my parking pass to turn in. I went outside to take it off my truck. I was having a hard time getting it off my truck. I sent my son in with part of it to turn in and get the paper for me to sign while I was trying to take the rest of the sticker off my truck. My son came back and said I had to go inside. I went inside and the lady started yelling at me, telling me that she was going to charge me $60.00 if I did not sign the form. She also said that I sent in a child to do my job. She told me to get the sticker off my truck then she turned around and expected me to be in there signing the paper she needed signed at the same time. However, I cannot be in two places at once. I asked her if she had a pen I could use to sign the paper. Her reply was, "Do you expect me to walk it over to you?" I said no but I am not a mind reader if you had a pen I could borrow all you had to do was say yes and I would have walked over and got it myself. She then continue to make rude comments as she walked off. I had to ask another lady if she could make a copy for me as I didn't want to further upset her colleague that was put out by having to assist customers.

DO NOT MOVE HERE dont even tour the place. It looks all nice from the outside but in reality it sucks living here. There is a huge ROACH problem and no matter what we do we cant get rid of them. The front office wont even do anything about it. Our neighbors suck. They are constatly leaving their trash outside of their front door so it attracts more bugs. Not to mention they make obnoxious noise ALL THE TIME even at 3 in the morning there is stomping upstairs. The front office wont do anything about it either even tho we've put in numerous complaints. Also our ceiling just starting leaking like REALLY leaking and the front office has barely done anything to fix it. Living here is an absolute nightmare. Not to mention the bug problem. Even tho we keep our place squeaky clean the roaches always come back. We hate living here we cannot wait to move out. Please for your sake dont move here. You will hate it

I have to agree with Jean. I went to the office last week it smelled like feet. It used to be so FRESH and now feet because this is where I want to live in feet vile. When the old manager was here it was nice to go get a cup of coffee and just sit and talk. Poor Julie is sitting with her windows open because of the heat and the smell what is wrong with these people? It's a sauna and forget about using the gym. The heat is so hot it's horrible. FEET is what you get. I wouldn't take my dog in that office anymore he'd pass out. These people are rude except my Julie she is always nice to me. Besides I sit in her office just to cool down. They used to have great popcorn, great music, a fresh office, and great cookies. I can just say what a change. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I love living here. I've been here over 2 years now and it wasn't always great but since the management changed it has been great! Everyone in the office is very kind. I love them all! If I have any issues they'll listen to me and help me resolve it. I've paid rent late a couple times and they're never rude about it or give me any problems, unlike other apartments! The maintenance is awesome. Very trustworthy and kind. I don't allow shoes in my house and the maintenance guy already is putting his booties on before I open the door! They do a quick, professional job. I've never waited more than a couple days for my work order to be fulfilled. The complex is very well taken care of as well and very safe. I get home late some nights and I feel safe while I'm bringing my daughter up the stairs. I recommend taking a look here! My own Dad moved in after meeting the office and seeing the apartment.

I do not recommend moving in this place, they will completely rip you off at the end of your lease. Charges for things that are complete lies. Such as resurfacing the tub for several hundred dollars. So you can't take a daily shower without being charged hundreds of dollars at the end of lease for it. This is crazy.

The managers argue with the attendees(Ive talked to 15+ about it already) and they will keep adding money to your bill each month to force them into a corner to either keep paying the unaccounted for bills(we stopped using the water/sewage when we went on vacation for a month and the bill was 50 dollars higher than the normal๐Ÿ˜‘) or pay 1500 to end your lease, they charged us 50 dollars for a pool key that they never gave to us(we took pictures and had proof the first day we moved in and they had a huge smile on their face when we showed proof and deducted the fee}seems like theyโ€™re money hungry) there are holes in the wall patched with duck tape๐Ÿ˜‘, they promised a canopy over the playground 6 months ago its almost mid summer and they kids can hurt themselves BECAUSE ITS METAL EQUIPMENT AND ITS 100+ DEGREES ALMOST EVERY DAY!!!! Btw they just bought brand new lounging chairs and and pool side accessories (but whereโ€™s the canopy) would you like your kids to live here? The kids canโ€™t be kids at the park because thereโ€™s a rule in place that they canโ€™t make noises ๐Ÿ˜‘ they kick people out or charge people who arenโ€™t wearing the right swimming attire (selective much?)they can walk into your apartment without knocking anytime they would like and will charge you $300+ Fine if they canโ€™t get in, we canโ€™t put bikes on our patio, we cant keep blankets in our laundry room(I know right) and you have to walk outside of the apartment premises to smoke a cigarette๐Ÿ˜‘, i talk to all races here and rules and bills apply differently ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”is it me or do the managers seem racist? 5 attendees stated he(the manager) would come change the apartments around and do these things to force people out to make room for new attendees to do the same exact thing until they have their select group(races)of people that they want to be the majority. If itโ€™s not that then he must be money hungry and fluctuates everyoneโ€™s bills to get more out of them than the attendees are supposed to give up FOR WHAT THEY ACTUALLY USE!!! Oh yes corporate is being notified weekly with letters from this day forth until things change around here. I have great lawyers and currently studying the law myselfโ˜บ๏ธ Things and rules WILL change pretty soon, Letโ€™s do this !!!

First of; living here is very peaceful and quite. For my young age I actually look into that sorth of environment. I think anyone who is not satisfied living here does have the option to leave;just like I left my other apartment a few months ago. I must say that the office is really good at hearing you and they take their time when available to help you with your issues. I have only called twice to get s few things fix in my apartment and they have done it. Normally they do it the same day which is really good! I can't complain I moved here because people giving great reviews and I got the apartment because they staff was helpful and friendly. They do treat you like one of their on at prelude at the park. Plus; the manager is two thumbs up! He sat with my wife and I to talk to us about the possibility of getting the apartment or not that same day he explained a lot of cons and pros that wife and I had due to some things; however! We felt that our answers where answered and we booked the apartment. People should really look into detail and time when looking into an apartment!

Hate living here. Office staff is horrible. They do not contact you regarding your mail instead they let it sit for two weeks and the only reason I found out is because I had to call the company to see where my product was. If I had packages arrive that I had no idea about they would still be sitting there as well. Staff is horrible blames others or customers for their own issues. No customer service at all. I would highly recommend renting somewhere else. I was told when I signed my lease I would have a 12 months lease, however, they made it 13 months that I am now stuck with. They will deceive you every chance they can do not trust anything and read everything carefully.

This place is terrible. My brother moved out and left this place in good condition. They are trying to charge him for things that where not damaged. I see that they are obviously known for this kind of stuff by other people's reviews. I have pictures of a couple things they are trying to say are damaged that are not. He lived there alone for a couple years. Of course basic wear are going to be in the apartment. Being threatened to have this sent to collections if not paid. This place is ridiculous and so unprofessional.

Let me tell you I went to view an apartment today and I sat there in a 90 degree office burning up almost past out. I just got up and had to walk out. There was some fat lady sitting at a desk in a coat gloves and scarf. If this is what they look like when you go in to rent an apartment, being so unprofessional dressed the heat set on an unbearable temperature that I got up and left. A very nice older lady with blonde hair followed me out to the car to bring me back in to the office and speak with me. I just couldn't do it. What a horrible experience. I will never go back!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS THIEF. When we moved out the apartment was left in better condition than we moved in. They then made up charges which surprisingly took the whole deposit. In addition they charged us for rent we already paid . There were also numerous day with out water. Our car was vandalized because they have no security and never close the gate to the complex. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

Been here for about a year now and we are liking it. The dog parks are a plus! There's a well equipped Gym, game room, plus pools & jacuzzi tub. There's a water dispenser. Like how there's BBQ pits, an area for you to relax outdoors with a fire pit, you can play volleyball or a game of chess on the grass. Well maintained. When it comes to maintenance needed in the home, I like the fact that you can put in a request online for it they will come to you the day of or depending on the severity of the situation. You get FREE air filters for your home. They put out newsletter's letting you know what's going on with in the community. I don't like the fact that you have to park facing forward, you can't be backed in or you get towed. But other than that it's a really nice place to live. Very quiet and clean.

LOVE OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW APARTMENT HOME! The groundskeepers are here at least twice a week, the gym is gourgeous, EVERYTHING is being transformed into luxury style apartment living before our eyes! The front office is hands down the best! friendly, easy going and overall great. The maintenance crew is on top of all requests! Maintenance is a dirty job...However, they always smile! The chain of command is a well oiled machine and I couldnโ€™t be more pleased!!! Kuddos to You PRELUDE!!!

Please read some cons They wait to do this before rent in these hard times, but they send out a tow company to mark cars cause of expired tags, if you had your vehicle towed because of tags, new law in 2021 states that they cant remove vehicles based solely off of tags, you can file a lawsuit against the apt complex and towing company. They're use Titan towing who are very unprofessional (look at there reviews) and are only trying taking your money in these hard times!

I have lived at this property for over 8 years now. I was here when it was known as Victory Village. MG properties took over around 3.5 years ago. Every summer since I have lived here I had issues with my bathtub/shower. I finally asked the current property manager to please to come to my apartment herself and take a look at the horrible fixes that have been done to my shower the prior summers. Finally after 8 summers I feel that the issue has been resolved. I can't thank Lisa and her team enough for getting this right! I finally feel a bit more at home now and feel that this issue has finally been resolved once and for all. Between the team in the office and the maintenance team I am happy to live here and feel taken care of.

Great place to live! Lisa, Kaylee, and Monica are fantastic! They truly care. They listen and actually help you. Youโ€™ll find some negative reviews here but those are from people who want break every rule and do whatever they want. The maintenance team is quick to fix anything that breaks. They are constantly walking around picking up trash and making sure the property is at its best. Most importantly, the apartments are BUG FREE! I have called prelude at park my home since 2015. Thank you for everything!

I can't rate no stars.. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!.... I say this due to a horrible manager (Chris). I lived there when it was Victory Village. They didn't charge u a late of $180 for being 1 day late when they are told u get paid on a set days.(rent due on 1st late after the 3rd. I got paid on the 4th. Before Prelude took over my rent was paid in full every 4th.)The last 6months was the worst. Every month I was charged a late fee. Chris at one point said to me "where's my money?" ..I'm sorry bt it's not your money to be asking me that in a tone that wasn't suitable for a person in his position. I will not recommend anyone to stay here. Everyone is moving out..On a positive note the other managers are great, helpful, and courteous.

We would like to say that we are very pleased to call Prelude at the Park home. We had a hard time finding a nice place to live. Then we found the website for Prelude at the Park and liked what we saw. So we applied and we are not at all computer savvy, so with the help of Monica Cotero who was so helpful and patience with us, we were able to complete our application. We got approved and are very happy to call Prelude at the Park our home. Thank you Monica, you're awesome!

Winter is bipolar & unprofessional, sheโ€™s friendly/tells you one thing one minute & the next sheโ€™s a total B word telling you something totally different! & THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! Last year, my wife and I wanted to move to a safer part of Vegas that was pet friendly & where we could eventually start a family. We were beyond thrilled when we found Prelude At The Park Apartment Homes. First of all, the complex has a beautiful view of the Las Vegas Valley which makes it a prime location to have family and friends over during firework celebrations in the city. Second, the neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. Third, this is a great place for pets and the complex itself has two dog parks. Fourth, maintenance and staff is quick to respond to requests & complaints. Fifth, apartment management is phenomenal especially Monica who helped make our move smooth. Sixth, this apartment complex is in close proximity to several parks, downtown Henderson, US 95, CSN, and best of all for me, Taco Bell. I've been shocked at some of the reviews here in regards to dishonesty from apartment management, additional fees, bugs, unwelcoming leasing office, and units in bad condition. We haven't seen any of the above during our stay here. We've been happy with the unit we've been given and haven't seen any shady additional costs that have been spoken of. We love living here and would highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good home

I absolutely LOVE living here! The apartments are gorgeous, spacious and such a great price. The manager Lisa is phenomenal! She is so kind, helpful and feels more like a friend than a authoritative figure. Best manager Iโ€™ve ever had. Monica is also wonderful. Very hard working and always a pleasure to speak to. The maintenance team is so polite and work so hard. Iโ€™m amazed at how they are able to keep up with such a large property and they respond immediately to maintenance requests. The proper is extremely clean and quiet. The building is very well built so I never hear my neighbors and rarely hear my upstairs neighbor which is very rare for apartment living. I may never leave! Thank you ask for making Prelude At The Park such a wonderful place to call home

I have lived at this property since 2013. I have seen many changes with management and maintenance workers. Over the course of the last few years, I have needed maintenance a bit more frequently. Ernest Edwards by far is the best when it comes to promptly answering any request that I have and exceeds what is required to complete the job. He is professional, clean, and prompt!

Giving 5 starts for Ernest Edwards he is one of the maintenance workers at Prelude at the Park and he is absolutely the best. He is very polite, on time with my service orders and is the only maintenance worker in the here who speaks to me when we pass in the apartments. He is more than maintenance heโ€™s like a good neighbor!

I read a review on Yelp, and I have to respond. The previous manager did an amazing job. Julie is awesome in the office. I have to ask if you knew you had a collection on your credit why did you wait so long to do anything about it? The previous manager left in June not September or October. I live on one of his properties now, and still have friends at Prelude. I go over there yesterday and the water was off. My friend (Cheryl) goes into the office and asks for the manager she is never there and what a surprise she was gone again. The staff said she was gone for 2 hours and she didn't call my friend back at all. Julie took care of us. Julie apologized apparently one of the staff did not put notices out. Leo is the supervisor and we just love him. Cheryl only let's him come into her apartment. She doesn't trust the others. I will say this there have been a lot of changes that I can see after the previous manager some for the better some not so good. Cheryl always says the manager is never there and a lot of vacant apartments. By the way where is the popcorn my kids used to love it. Now it's just miserable and extremely hot in that place. It smells funny.

Overpriced for what they consider an "upgraded" apartment! Undisclosed additional rent fees. The dishwasher hasn't worked since I moved in 5 months ago. The bathtub in master bathroom is chipping and hasn't been fixed. The carpet is old, and coming off, it's backing, and the tack strip is getting exposed. The wrong transition was used for the carpet to vinyl plank. The rubber base is coming off the walls or is just missing. All the cabinets have layers upon layers of paint. Shelving and towel rods are not properly reinforced and have come out of the walls. This place is overpriced for all of its problems.

The office staff and manager are great. They always handle maintenance requests, etc. in a prompt and professional manner. Our building is peaceful and the maintenance workers and grounds keeper always take good care of the property. Only thing something may need to be done about is tue issue of some vehicles speeding in parking lot, especially since there are children and people walking their pets. Otherwise I would recommend this apartment community!

Microwave has been missing a handle for over two years. Management just got new golf carts. They invest into the management building n ignore the residents.

Jamila was awesome getting us into the apartment. Our apartment is nice, had things that needed to be fixed when moving in but normal. They are picky and will pick out little things so make sure you write down everything wrong when moving in. We got a note about blankets hanging and it was not even our apartment. I like plants, and you can't have those on your balcony either. So if you like certain things I suggest really looking at your lease before signing. I see why some do not stay. It is not the apartment itself, it is the property that will pick at certain little things like plants and say your not following the lease. Even if you are doing everything else right, pay on time and have no issues. They will still find something to poke at.

Apartment complex is horrible, stinks like pot no matter where you are. Mini blinds broken, dog poop everywhere you walk, they put a family with small children above my son and his family that are very noisy. When complaining on the noise from upstairs at midnight, not only did they wake the baby but the office refuses to do anything about it. My son was referred to the security, whom is racist and they refused to help instead black balling him for any future assistance. I justcame back from visiting my granddaughter and witnessed the people upstairs through dirty diapers under the stairs by my families front door and also cigarettebutter. I was going to referanotherfamily member to this complexbutafter what I just witnessed, no way. Now I want my family member to move, asap.

This place is a vile and disgusting business that thrives off of ripping people off with hidden fees. The apartments are abysmal at best and the utilitilize only the cheapest materials and craftsmanship, but charge top dollar. This company has lied to me multiple times. Do not move in here they will nickle and dime you every chance they get! Avoid at all costs.

Just moved in about a month ago from a not so ideal location and I have to say I am loving it so far. The Management staff was phenomenal in helping with the whole process of getting us moved in. There were a few repairs that needed to be made However the response from the maintenance staff was so fast I was amazed. Everyone has been so kind and courteous the grounds are well maintained. Highly recommend

I called 3/31 and scheduled a virtual walk through, I was clear that I needed to finalize it on 4/1 because the rates shot up the the next day. We set an appt for 4/1 @ noon and I did not get a call. A bit before 1pm, I called Prelude and spoke with Jessica and I was given an impromptu walk-through. I was clear that I needed to finalize on 4/1 because the rates sky-rocketed after that. Immediately after the walk-through the paperwork was sent and I filled it out, and my bf would be joining me in 1-2 months, so I listed him. They sent him the paperwork and he filled it out, but they only sent the rental agreement link, so when he finished he thought he was done. The next day, I received a f/u email from the furniture co, but it didn't matter because the Prelude was demanding another form that needed to be sent, but was either not sent, or not followed up on. To be clear, he wasn't meant to be financially responsible. I was 100% responsible for the rent, and I could have paid for the 5 months that I was leasing for at the time of application. But because a non-financer either wasn't sent paperwork, or he missed something, I lost the apartment, which means I have to restart my appt hunt from scratch.

I have lived here for a year now and the office staff has been great. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request it has been resolved timely. I have had great experiences with the maintenance staff Charles W, Ernest E, and Patrick D. They were all very respectful, friendly and professional and I appreciate them.

My family and I have been in Las Vegas for over 20 years. I've lived over this entire town. More recently 2 years ago , I relocated back to Henderson, NV. My original location was not ideal, but it housed us. Once we were ready to upgrade we came to Prelude who have been NOTHING but accommodating. They've gone over and beyond to assist us in a smooth transition and I'm so grateful. The staff is great (even maintenance) and the place is well kept!! Highly recommended.

During our time living at prelude at the park we complained of a roach infestation on multiple occasions. We started the complaints in March 2020. They did nothing to fix the problem , told us it is an "alleged infestation" after sending them hundreds of pictures and videos and even having an exterminator come in, who said it's not that bad as he saw 50 of them above the drop ceiling in the kitchen above the refrigerator. We emailed them and even went into the office to express our disgust and uncomfortability living here . It was causing a major inconvenience and health issue for our home. They were in the roofs, refrigerators, the door frame of the front door, bathrooms, bedrooms, on the walls, in the carpet, on our kitchen counters, some had even hatched its eggs right on the counter !!! We had to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of grociries because they were getting into everything . I would NEVER recommend living at prelude at the park ... the neighborhood constantly has cops in the complex, the staff is incredibly rude, mean and impossible to communicate with. They will sooner call you a liar than admit there is a problem.

Worst decision I ever made moving here. Best decision moving out. 7 months of roaches, lies, took my $1000 deposit (even with a hired cleaning company receipt) still trying to make me pay an outrageous exiting fee.

Moved here in March of this year! Very close to shopping and the schools. Lisa and the staff have been very kind during my stay. I lost my car keys along with my mailbox and door keys and staff were very prompt in helping me replace my keys without charge and no questions asked. Since my family has been here we have had a lot of community events with this property. It really helped out my children's social emotional health during the covid-19 crisis.

We haven't moved in yet, however Jamila made my family feel like we were welcomed. She is a beautiful spirited young woman. Cannot wait to move in and get to know her and the rest of the staff better.
