Pictures must be from when it was new.. nothing worked wifi, cable, ice machines, showers had no pressure. Hallways were dirty. Floors were dirty.. one of the crew got bed bug bites.. only stayed one night and transfered to another hotel.. if I could give a negative star this hotel would recieve a negative 10. No hot breakfast.. only thing that worked was the air conditioning.. I will never stay here again

I'ma be honest and this maybe lengthy but it's a real customer review. No, it's not a 5 star hotel nor does it need to be. Let me start there. The hotel was awesome for so many reasons, and I'll explain why. The best parts about my multiple (3) stays at this Ramada Inn was not just cleaned rooms that offered comfort, but the top quality of customer service and politeness from the entire staff. Cash, Jennifer, Sarah, Laurie, the redhead girl that was sweet, and Jennifer's husband was so kind and assisting to all my questions and needs. Amazing group of people, and really good hearted people! My room was clean, my floors were vacuumed, my pillows were soft and smelled cleaned. Sheets and comforter were nice and definitely kept me warm through the night. The bathroom was very nice. They were clean, fresh, as well as the toilet flushes how it should be expected. The shower head was amazing and the bathroom had a full roll of toilet paper on the holder, plus a back up roll incase. There were 3 bath towels, two hand towels, I think 2-3 wash clothes as well. So it had all that I needed and more for the one night stay. Toilet bowl was clean and had no stains, which is refreshing to see and comforting to use.The TV had a remote and it came with many channels. I don't typically watch TV at all, but I do watch UFC, and the night I stayed was on a Saturday so I got to watch UFC on ESPN plus. That was super exciting for me. The non smoking room I rented was definitely that, it did not smell like anyone smoked in it.All the lamps and light fixtures worked and gave great lighting to the entire room. The furniture was dusted and wiped clean so that's nice. The room had it's own heating and air, so I was able to change the temperature to what I felt was comfortable throughout my stay. The room also came with a mini fridge and a microwave in which both appliances were clean and fully operational. That's a good thing when staying in hotels. The sink with the mirror was clean, came with a clean hand towel. There was a shower cap, sample size bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner, and this nice fragrance body lotion, that goes well for your hands and legs, during this fall and winter season. The room had plenty hangers. The thick, wooden kind, that held up slacks, shorts, jeans, and we're good for hoodies and coats as well. The room came with a phone for the desk, a pen to write with in case I needed to make notes or had to write something down. I could plug in my phone charger anywhere throughout the room due to many outlets. I could plug in my DVD player, Xbox one, and etc. Even the TV had accessible inputs in the back side of the rotating tv. So I could watch the DVD movies I brought and play videogames too. There were two small trash bins in the room, with fresh small trash bags in them for my use. One in the bathroom and the other by the sink. The housekeeper didn't bother me multiple times to see if I left. She came once at 10am and I politely told her that I was checking out at 11am. She apologized and kindly carried on. I've stayed at hotels where I was literally harassed by house keeping over and over for 2 hrs straight. My stay came with a breakfast the next morning which was such a wonderful addition to my stay. Now, they had a breakfast that I could've gotten at Denny's or some restaurant. They had all types of options for breakfast and I mean good options too. From the beverages, they had hot water for tea with tea bags. They had coffee and decaf coffee. Milk, a fountain dispenser with apple juice, orange juice, and I think punch. They even had cold water in nice pitcher of jars with lids. The food was like a buffet! Muffins bagels, oatmeal of variety, toast, biscuits, sausage links, bacon, fluffy scrabbled eggs, peppered gravy, and hard boiled eggs also that were kept in a cooler, and waffle makers! You can make reg waffles, blueberry, or cinnamon! I'll always book my stays here! Good rates, wonderful staff, pleasant time.

If you are thinking of staying at this Ramada you need to think again. We have always had a great experience with this hotel chain but not when we stayed at the Ramada, Henderson location on July 13. We were first given a room that had not been cleaned at all. There was trash all over the floor, the bathroom light was on and the beds were not completely made. We were then given another room where the desk personnel had to come into the room and put pillowcases on the pillows. We later discovered the carpet in the room around the bed area was filthy. The shower curtain in the bathroom was soooo stained that while taking our showers we had to stand a certain way as to not touch it. There were stains all over the walls in the room as well as peeling paint. The hotel staff had difficulty answering simple questions such as where the ice machine was located. After locating the ice machine my husband was able to see the hotel pool. He said the water was completely covered in a green film. Someone might ask why we didn’t just leave. The other hotels in the area were booked because of two major events taking place. When checking out the desk clerk said come again, my husband replied never again here and she simply said that’s too bad. Again when thinking about staying here remember all the things I mentioned above and don’t.

Staff is great. Hotel is a dump. Pool is green, smells like mold and urine. Completely filthy. Doesn't look like anyone has vacuumed in months. Just down right disgusting. Stuck here for 5 days. Pray for me and send penacilin.

Under renovation, but honestly, this place shouldn't be open right now. They're working with a very run down facility. Our first room used to be a smoking room (I personally cannot deal with that, but for others it may be okay), but even more concerning was the fact the phone and lights were all disconnected, and the latch for the door was completely removed. Literally felt like a horror movie hotel room. They did relocate us, and the second room was better in all those aspects. However, in the morning, we discovered a left over soap bar from a previous guest. Needless to say, no one showered, and we beat feet to get out. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund, but didn't get one (I understand why from their side of things). Staff were very friendly though. I would NOT stay here again.

Do not be fooled by the name or website for this hotel. Everything was broken (cable, ice machine, restrooms in lobby, pool, etc) Also, there was not breakfast and the restaurant and lounge were gone. This is a privately owned hotel that has licensed the Ramada by Wyndham brand. But it is NOTHING to that standard. I am sure it won't be licensed by them for long. This may be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

This place is NASTY. We had a group of people every room smelled like animal urine. Mold all over the walls. The mold was holding the shower rod up. We had to take crowbars to get our feet unstuck from the nasty carpet. We all woke up with our sinuses bothering us. Wasps inside the building and we all (3 rooms) had to share it cockroaches and ants. The workers were NOT friendly!!! YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR. We did NOT stay for the breakfast we were afraid it would have roaches in the food. WARNING… DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

These are pictures of the window in a smoking room at this hotel. This window doesn't open it is just a board around a piece of glass this has got to be a huge safety hazard if there were a fire or something. Not to mention you can't even open the window to air out the room you're just supposed to sit in your cigarette smoke lol. Oh and the bathroom doesn't have a vent that works either. No ventilation in this place. One star.

Absolute worst stay I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time. Stayed in a jacuzzi room and it was infested with ants. When brought up with the manager I was offered $20, which was a slap in the face, bc I had to throw away more than $20 in food. Then me nor my husband are smokers but they decided to charge me a $200 smokers fee. When I called about that, I was told they are relying on the word of the housekeeper and the charge stays regardless of what we say or do. Drains don’t drain properly, bed is old and uncomfortable, whole upstairs smelled like mold with obvious signs of water leaks, the breakfast was a sad excuse for a continental breakfast. Overall would 10/10 not recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Rooms are dirty and stink. The hallway upstairs where I was smelled so bad, like there was 5 cats in a room with no litter box. The smell about knocked me down. Health department should really pay a visit to this place. When I turned the water on in the tub chunks of what looked like lime came out of the faucet. Don't recommend unless your so strapped up it's all you can afford.

TERRRIBLE!! On top of calling before we came and was told 89 for a room, we get there and they tried to charge us 109 per room. Do not stay here go next door!! First room we had in 122 smelled like nothing but mildew. Got moved to room 203. We also had room 128. Both rooms had roaches, black mold and just out and out disgusting. We informed front desk and wanted a refund to go somewhere else and of course they refused. Room 128 also was really dirty like having sauce on the door. This is literally most disgusting and poorly ran hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Staff would only give us 1 key, said she didn't know how to make another one. Room has black mold, wet ceiling tiles were dirty, wet and also had mold, big hole in the wall in bathroom, guess what mold around the toilet. Staff was on her phone and when I went up to ask 2 questions, it was like I was intrusive, she was unhelpful and I place courtesy and helpfulness a big thing. The room should not have been rented to us, with black mold it is dangerous.

Reserved and paid for 2 nights over one month in advance. Paid a deposit at check in and haven't received that back yet. They appear to be doing some construction, though I didn't see any crew. The room itself was very dusty. There were burns in the blanket. The freezer to the fridge was a block of ice, and it was a little dirty with remnants of the prior room residents beverages. The pool ladders are sketchy as one of them was detached from the wall, and the other one had loose steps. It was nice to get away for a couple days, but I don't believe it was worth 130 a night. If anyone needs a job, they have posted now hiring. Good luck.

DO NOT STAY HERE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE HOTEL! POOL COVERED IN GREEN SLINE, NO BREAKFAST, MARIJUANA SMOKE IN ROOMS, TOILETS DONT FLUSH! BEDS ARE HARD AS A ROCK, CLEANLINESS IS TERRIBLE! MANAGER AGREED TO REFUND ME YET NEVER DID. PHONES WONT WORK WHEN CALLING HOTEL. I FINALLY REACHED OUT TO WYNDHAM CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY COULD NOT GET A CALL IN EITHER. DAYS LATER I RECEIVED EMAIL FROM THE MANAGER SAYING HE WOULD GIVE ME A 30 PERCENT REFUND. I WAS THERE 10 MINUTES! PLEASE, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE. STAY ELSEWHERE!

Location is convenient for our needs. Staff is friendly. Hotel as a whole is not close to being clean. We won't stay here. It's more of an apartment building since tons of "residents" live here.

Typical 3-star hotel. Don’t be fooled by the external deserted appearance. I drove by and it looked like it had been abandoned for five years. The room was fine, only issue was the very slow sink drain (room 222). Wifi is good. Rooms are reasonably clean. Working refrigerator excellent for keeping a couple beers cold. Stupendous water pressure in the shower. Room was something like $81 all told for one night. I will likely be back as I come out here to bird the sloughs.

Always been Ramada Inn. Bar used to be Double Dukes until a murder. I stay in hotels 5 nights a week all year...I did my research for what it's worth. The moment I pulled into the parking lot and saw "Elirixs" I thought "yeah a drink tonight!" But I got a feeling that something made this place not open. Listen...believe or not some shot happened that never happens. No orbs. No shadow figures. Just camera glitches that I equate toa nee phone...but. the staff has changed too much and there is too much that can't be seen. This is not code. Meaning look up the story and come here to judge. Not bad but...to hell with Patel and his family...

Don't be fooled by pictures, it looks nothing like this inside. it might be nice in a few years when they are done working on the thing but right now it's not. Breakfast ran out before it should have ended, and that was just muffins, cold cereal, and oatmeal packs.

No bedbugs (I always check everywhere I stay), but it was really dusty. If you have respiratory issues, don't stay here. There was someone else's food in the mini-fridge and mold in the bathroom. Front desk staff were friendly though.

Who ever owns this hotel needs to invest money into it to bring it up to a nice place to stay. We stayed there for one miserable night. My husband developed chest pains and a cough from the smell of the mold and filth in the room. The outside grounds had trash, unkept landscaping and torn entrance rugs.

Don't go by the pictures. When I made reservations I asked if pool was open. 2 days later.... Pool was closed and green. Room was dirty and had trash left inside. Hotel smelled like musty mildew. Breakfast was 👎 and none of the ice machines worked.

We had the jacuzzi room during our little getaway from Illinois. The sheets and bedding looked brand new as did the towels, pure white and fluffy, rolled up neatly on the shelf. The bathroom and Jacuzzi tub were nice and clean. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The outdoor pool has just had it's seasonal updates and is beautiful. The property itself is on a street which is full of restaurants and stores, dozens of them within a mile, including a Shoneys with a breakfast buffet and a Golden Corral for dinner. The atmosphere at the hotel is great, people meeting and talking at the morning coffee bar and children playing in front of the lobby T.V. while their parents fix them a plate of doughnuts. The Owners are the nicest most considerate people you could ever hope to meet. At checkout I remarked at how comfortable the pillows on the bed are and I asked if it would be possible to buy one. Mr. Patel, the owner gifted both myself and my husband a brand new pillow! I was shocked. These are the nicest pillows I've ever owned! I would recommend this Ramada to anyone. You'll find everything you need here, most of all - Kindness.
