They are not interested in opening the dining room. In the last 4 months I have traveled by at least a dozen times and the dining room is not open. For my family, when we stop for gas and food we have to have a restroom as well. As a business owner myself, I can understand temporary HR issues but this has clearly become a case of operational mismanagement. If you're not going to fix it, then you could at least change your status on Google business and remove "dine-in." But I guess if you're not interested in fixing the problem, you're probably also too lazy to let travelers know. So sad. Because I love Jack in the Box food. And we don't have one in Tennessee.

I wish I could rate the food but they refused to serve me anything from the grill at 7:15 because they were closing in 45 minutes. I understand but I’m not sure what the point of being open until 8 is if you refuse to serve.

It took nearly 20 minutes to get through the drive thru even though there was only one other car ahead of me. I wanted the teriyaki bowl, but they didn't have any. I wanted ice tea. Again, they didn't have any. Horrible service . I'm NEVER going back to Jack in the box. This Hendersonville restaurant has gotten worse throughout the years. They finally lost a formal loyal customer. Whoever manages this store should be fired.

Always great to visit family in Hendersonville at this location. Ordered sound snack trays to feed the crew. Drive-thru is really not busy and they are fast and friendly. Good folks. They even have egg rolls (you wouldn't think so). They are awesome. My wife's fav-

food is never ready even after giving extra time past when they say an online order will be ready. person working the window was rude, but I get it, you deserve better pay. been in food service, sucks working it. but you should still be a decent human being. last time I was here we just ended up leaving before we could even order because it took so long. this location used to be good too. don’t come here if you’re in a hurry lol

The lady at the front counter was doing almost everything. She was such a good worker. I think it was Felicia. The short haired woman. I can't express how much she was doing at once and getting it all done. 5 stars for such a hard worker.

I was in the drive thru for 35 minutes before getting food, and it was not even that good to be honest. There were only 4 cars ahead of me and I truly don't understand how in the world it took this long! I stopped in here for a quick bite for my hubby before we headed out of town and planned on going elsewhere for myself because I don't like their food. I was there so long that I didn't get to go anywhere else, and ended up late for our appointment that evening. I absolutely do not suggest Jack In the Box to anyone in Hendersonville!

I have had jack in the box like 4 times in my life. First time 5, second wasn't until I was an adult. Let me tell ya, it still is the best damn munchies tacos. Everything is good there 2. Only problem sometimes is they run out of sour cream. It's just cause they sell so many of them good tacos. Lol

This was the best location I've been to in a long time. The inside was actually open with pleasant staff. The restrooms were clean. The food was fast, hot, and fresh!

0/10 will not be going back. I got off work and was excited to eat some food, but was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Classic Buttery Jack and got no meat. I opened my burger to find that it was not a burger. There was no patty, the lettuce was also not the greatest. I moved on to the loaded tiny tacos. They looked like wet cat food. A large blob of lettuce and cheese and sauce? it was hard to tell what was going on in the little box. I was able to remove the blob to find cute little soggy tacos underneath. Not as bad as the burger but still very sad. I wish I had gotten a receipt so I could get my 17 dollars back. My advice to anyone looking to go there. Don't. Don't waste your money.

We were on vacation and stopping to visit a friend of one of my kids in the area. I was surprised when I saw the sign for Jack and I knew I had to eat there. It has been many years since the last time I got to have some Jack-in-the-Box. I just wanted to have something simple to remind me of what I used to like about them. I ordered the two tacos that are $1.89 now and I decided to try their onion rings. The tacos were exactly as I remembered them. Food that I should never recommend to anyone but I could eat probably everyday. The onion rings were a bit of a surprise for me as they were very crunchy and they tasted good. The people behind the counter were friendly and the service was good. It wasn't a very long wait for my food and for me it was worth every penny. The restaurant itself was fairly quiet and could have used a bit of cleaning in the dining area. I would definitely stop in again if I was in this area again. I just wish they had locations closer to me.

We live in Florida where there's no Jack in the box sadly so we HAVE TO stop here whenever we're passing through. I love the tacos and my mom loves the breakfast jack. Bring Jack to Florida!! ❤️

Mt 1st time to a Jack in the Box was in Ohio and I swore I would never go to another due to the bad food and hot mess going on in there. I am glad I came to the Jack in the box here. The food was amazing and the staff was so pleasant. The bathroom was clean, as was the restaurant. I'm so glad I tried a different one.

I can't say enough good things about this Jack's. It was awesome when I was 11 and it's still awesome at 61. I requested a rather large order and they happily obliged.

We came for breakfast about week ago around 9:30am, parked and ordered on the app to take advantage of some digital coupons. I selected the carry-out option, but when we tried to go in they still had the doors locked, so we had to go through the drive through. After some hesitation the lady did let us in so we could eat. Food was good and fresh, but I am confused about the lobby hours…?
