Probably the worst starbucks i have ever been to. Almost always you have to wait 20 minutes just to get through the drive thru. Any time i have tried to give them another chance its never good my drinks are always gross too. Don’t recommend.

This Starbucks was great. Nice workers and clean bathrooms. Drivethrough traffic flow is good and the temperature inside was comfortable. The layout of this store was nice and I like the world map on the wall. Cool Starbucks!

I went in and ordered coffee and sandwich , got the coffee immediately but I didn’t get my sandwich. 10 minutes later I need to find someone to pay attention to me, that was hard. The place is totally focused on driver through. Not much attention is given to the dining area, which is dirty

Employees are always kind & welcoming. Order through the app. It is very accurate about pickup time, so your beverage doesn't sit more than a minute or 2 before you pick it up.

Bathroom doors do not lock. Music was to loud for conversations. Offensive flags. Drive thru was fast. Coffee was good. Drive thru guy was very nice and respectful.

I had a delicious white chocolate gingerbread mocha! Service was quick, accurate and employees were friendly.

There was one barista making orders for the counter, mobile orders and drive thru! She had very little help from other staff members. I couldn't get a name as I didn't see any name tags. The barista deserves 5 stars for her hustle and work ethic. She was working as hard as she possibly could. But she needed help.

Starbucks is the go to as each store is consistent. Seasonal variations and a great app are big pluses. Been a customer all over the country for over 10 years.

I always do a mobile order and they never get it right. The customer service is hit or miss depending on who is working. Say they are short staffed but will have 8-10 people inside gossiping or on their phones. If Hendersonville had another stand alone Starbucks I would rather go to it.

Ordered some ice mocha frappe's, they tasted like watered down coffee beans. I went back through the drive thru to kindly ask if they could fix it. This time is tasted like just Trumoo chocolate milk. It was drinkable at least so I didn't make it a big deal and said thank you. Drive through girl still decides to smirk and rolls her eyes like it's my fault her drinks weren't made correctly. Most business would apologize and kindly fix their mistakes. Horrible service and horrible drinks.

Shout out to all of the baristas at this location. I am massively impressed as to your ability to work together to provide quality product and with a friendly demeanor. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to serving this community.

This is the best Starbucks out there. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered in food service. My drinks and food are always made to perfect. Could not recommend this place more!

I mean... it is a Starbucks coffee shop. The drive-thru was insane busy as people will spend $7 for a cup of coffee, but they will not get out of the car to get it. Inside was clean, restrooms were clean, and everything smelled wonderful. The barista's seemed to enjoy the work they were very busy doing.

I just wanted to come on here and brag about the team members! Today I stopped in to get a frappe to surprise my husband with once he got finished with his exams. Mags greeted me at the register with a great smile and a cheerful heart! At first I couldn't remember the name of the frappe (my brain went blank). Mags was patient with me, helpful, kind, and had a great attitude. When I told her that my husband was taking an exam she had a great idea and asked me if I would like her to write something like "good luck" or "you've got this!" She really went above and beyond to make my day and my husband's day special. Its things like that really do make a difference. The other baristas that brought my cakepop and drink out were very helpful as well and had great smiles! When I stopped back by the register another employee made eye contact with me and wanted to make sure everything was good. It was fantastic service I just wanted to say "thank you" again. The team members today were attentive and pleasant! They are definitely an awesome bunch!

The other morning I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I was grumpy and irritable so I took myself out of the house so I didn’t take anybody’s head off. I planned to get my drink and go but saw a deal in the app for a breakfast sandwich so I got one of those too. Since I was on my scooter I decided to eat there. The atmosphere and energy was amazing. Slowly I felt my bad mood dissipate between the great music and the cheerful employees. Honestly, the good vibes the employees had going were the biggest factor in lifting my spirits. They changed my whole day around. What was promising to be an awful, terrible, no good, very bad day; was instead a wonderful one thanks to the cheerful and positive attitudes of the employees. I have a feeling this location will quickly become my refuge. Thanks again for turning my day around!

The team here is super friendly every time I come buy. They were jamming out to music and really enjoying their morning. Definitely my favorite location to visit!

Starbucks has an excellent filtration system for their water.... I very much appreciate this... (And while the overall environment looks, feels, and smells quite clean, almost always appreciate the music 🙂,. the soap dispenser (and floor, grime) in the bathroom we're not clean today.... 👀)... In any event, thank you thank you!

I love this Starbucks so much. I come here often and it’s definitely one of the better ones! The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. The drinks are always delicious too! Thank y’all so much for the amazing service you always give!
