Bitsy was incredibly welcoming. The studio was warm and cozy, it felt like a seclusion from the outside world. Tucker led an impactful class, they instructed in a personal way and made every movement accessible and allowed my mind and body to move in a way that was non judgement on myself. I loved it. This studio has a unique warm/welcoming energy. Massage therapist, Susan, was attentive and detail oriented from start to end. For example, during treatment she took time to teach breathing techniques to bring me out of "my head" and truly enjoy the benefits of massage. I am very much looking forward to trying other services including yoga and will return soon.

Great experience all the way around! From the moment I entered the building, I felt warmly welcomed, first by Erin at the desk, then Bitsy, and also by some of the students. The entire studio + facility is lovely and has such a good 'feel' to it, and I couldn’t help but notice the obvious sense of community among the students. The combined effect of each of these 'small things' created an atmosphere of warm acceptance and belonging. Also, the class was excellent. I will most definitely be back!!

I’m so happy to have found The Laughing Elephant Yoga as a newbie! While you focus on all the exercises, you forget everything else for one hour. The instructors are so informative and kind.
