    The breakfast food at Dunkin's is not really for me. I end up getting the basic egg wraps which are usually somewhat edible. This last batch tasted like fish for some reason and we're not good. The coffee was good, nothing fancy but served as I asked. The service at the Hendersonville location is always excellent and the place is very clean.

    Terrible customer service! These people need training!! It’s obviously short staffed but that’s no excuse! I pulled up to the drive thru sat for two minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Finally I said “hello” thinking maybe the machine was broken. I got an annoyed “I’ll be with you”. No apology, no “we are short staffed please be patient and I’ll be right with you…” nothing. The guy should have acknowledged me when I pulled up, provided me a quick explanation as to why it’s going to take him a min and maybe I would have waited and certainly would t be putting up this review. Horrible

    There's a good donut place right behind it. Go there instead. This one will ask you to pull ahead and then forget to bring out your order. Also the donuts taste like old garbage.

    Whoever took over as management in the last month is absolutely terrible! I will never go back! I used to go daily after dropping off my daughter at daycare. Today, I just sat for 17 minutes in the drive thru and when I got to the window is when they started to make my coffee. Window attendant didn’t have a name tag and didn’t apologize for the wait or barely acknowledge me at all. Why would I do a mobile order ahead of time to sit and wait 17 minutes! The owner needs to take a good hard look and replace their new manager.

    I am only giving three stars today because the last two times I had come I have sat at the intercom for about two or three minutes with no one speaking. After that I say hello assuming maybe they didn't know I was there. About 30 to 45 seconds later someone comes on and says thank you for choosing Dunkin. Please hold after waiting another 3 to 4 minutes, She comes on and apologizes takes my orders. It may just be short staffed issues, but I have never been put on hold as much at a fast food restaurant as I am here. Then when I pulled around this morning, the line was still long, and very slow! Again, may be a short staff, but there is no customer service, or kindness to the staff I have interacted with.

    WORST DUNKIN EVER!!! Don't waste your time or money here. The employee turn over rate here is insane. No one is properly trained and the coffee either has barely any creamer or flavor OR it has way too much creamer and syrup. Not to mention if you ask them to remake it, they get mad at you. If dunkin is going to start charging starbucks prices, they better start making the drinks just as good!!!

    Ordered a to go pick up on 10/7 in the morning before meet at Sanders Ferry. Went to get my order and door was locked. Drive thru line not moving. People leaving the drive thru we waited so long. I had to leave so I wouldn’t miss meet after waiting almost 20 minutes. Dunkin’ owes me $6.33. Never got anything or was able to speak with anyone at store.

    This is a terrible place! First of all the big monster corporation opened up their store right in front of a good old-fashioned small mom-and-pop doughnut shop called the Best Donuts. Then the Goliath tries to put them out of business and fails miserably because Dunkin donuts doesn't even have any donuts at 4 p.m. they have a $2 special charity donut that's all you get to choose from terrible terrible terrible. If you're going to play the Samson and Goliath then at least go all the way and have the best donuts the best selection and maybe some friendly staff would be helpful too.
