DO NOT BUY CARPET INSTALLATION FROM THESE PEOPLE! The first installer walked out on the job. It took them most of the day to find a replacement. We paid to have furniture moved. We ended up moving 2/3 of it ourselves. What remained, the installers refused to remove. At first, they acted like they didn't speak English so I translated what we were asking via Google, printed it and gave it to them. They read it and ignored it. When asked: "Why?", the just shrugged. The installer’s office said you could stretch the carpet with the furniture on top of it and just slid the furniture aside (and not back by the way). At no time did they use a real carpet stretcher -- just a knee kick. (Below is a picture of one of three seams that are already cresting or buckling within a day of install.) We were told that they would protect our new hardwood floors. They did not. We were told that they would replace all tack strip. They did not. When they don't deliver, you have to call an 800 call center. They have to call the Installer Shop. The Installer Shop has to call the installers. You get it! This is how the buck is passed. We built and/or remodeled 4 homes and have never seen such apathy from a company nor tradesmen! The worst experience we have had by far! UPDATE: Regarding the "Response from owner", just their general 800 customer service number. Called and had to go through a routing system and was told it would be a 15 minute wait to speak to someone in the general call center. Waited 40 minutes to speak with the Store Manager but eventually gave up. The service center says the subcontractor has to fix it, but the subcontractor is refusing Lowe’s request to fix it. In between. Contract is with Lowe’s. Waiting to see if they step up!

I would not recommend ordering anything needing delivered from this store. Only part of the order arrived and when calling the store, they told us they didn't even have the dishwasher in stock and don't know why it had gotten marked "delivered". They told us they would issue a refund but three months later, still haven't done so - we've called several times and continue to be hung up on. For a product they acknowledged we never received! It's been a really frustrating experience to lose that much money and have to order another, but then to experience poor customer service on top of that was the point when we decided to start supporting other businesses. We've never written a review like this for any store, but I would definitely want to encourage others to consider trying another business first before ordering from this Lowes.

We visited this location to purchase a golf cart today. It was a rough start when we arrived but Haedon stepped in and saved the day! He was an absolute pleasure to work with, he actually cares about helping people! Thank you Haeden, we truly appreciate all of your help today!

Went in to purchase a tool chest for my garage. The one I chose to buy had all the doors locked to it. The kid helping me was not knowledgeable to the whereabouts of the keys to this chest also said they had no others in stock. He went to get assistance and they proceeded to bad mouth the brand of product I was buying right in front of us customers. They also could not locate a manager or department head stating they were not answering them. After longer than I should have waited I left without a tool chest.

My son Justin C. and his wife purchased a whirlpool appliance package from Lowe’s Hendersonville, Tennessee. Immediately the new, expensive refrigerator did not cool. My son went to Lowe’s tried to talk to management. He was upset which is understandable, the management told him they would not bring him another refrigerator. At the time of purchase, my son also bought the extended warranty. Lowes sent an appliance man out there. It has been 2 1/2 months, the appliance man has made FOUR TRIPS and the refrigerator is still not cooling. This is an expensive whirlpool refrigerator. This is disgusting and this is shameful and just wrong for Lowe’s for this Nonsense, and this hell they have put their family through. Shame on you, Lowe’s, selling a refrigerator that has not cooled from day one!

I paid extra to have a black stone grill I purchased at the Hendersonville store assembled. When it arrived, the legs were all loose. Parts of the grill were not even assembled. Even the delivery driver told us we needed to tighten screws. There are missing screws. There are scratches on the legs. When I call the store to talk to them about these issues, I ask for customer service or inquire about an order. The automated system says “ let me connect you to an associate” then it hangs up. This is ridiculously poor customer service!

I recently purchased a new patio door from your Hendersonville, Tennessee location. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service we received from Robert. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer any question we had. He never made us feel rushed and gave us his full attention while we were there. Robert is an asset to your company and definitely made our shopping experience there a pleasure. Some employees stand out because they go above and beyond in customer service. Robert is one of those employees for your company.

I had to pick up a rather large order of portable AC units and fans on Saturday, and the woman at the pickup was very polite and helped me quickly. She let me know that two of the units were cancelled because stock had gone out. However, Karen and Kendall were there at the station (even though Karen said she was working in lumber at the time), and they both jumped into action finding me two replacement units for the two that were out. They were so quick to get those down and brought to me without me even asking. I wanted to give them a huge thank you for being so proactive in assisting out of the blue. They are fantastic assets to your team!

Lowe's is my go-to home improvement store! The moment I walk in, I'm greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to assist me with my projects. They have a wide selection of high-quality products, from tools to appliances, and everything in between. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. The prices are competitive, and they often have great deals and promotions. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a professional contractor, Lowe's is the place to go for all your home improvement needs!" 🛠️🏡🌟

Today I went looking for a rare piece of hardware and was unsuccessful. However, the customer service was excellent starting with Art who later taught me what a "blood clot" was. He then later informed the wife and I of their MVP program before handing us off to Robert who was helpful in getting us enrolled and seeing that we began being rewarded for our enrollment immediately. The sweet lady at checkout was full of positive energy as well! Definitely another great experience.

Lowe's in Hendersonville was awesome. Not only did I find somebody to help in the department I was in immediately but when he went to go find something for me somebody else came over to see if they could help. That happened once more even. Upon leaving I needed to find something else and boom there was another associate who knew exactly where it was. Never had that happen in Lebanon.

Okay so I really just don't like this lowes because it is a homeowner store not trades store. Me being from the trades get ill at all the help and attention. But if you want help with shabby chic or color integration for your hardwood looking tile....this is your store

If it weren't for the LAST employee to have any contact with me, Curtis Aaron, this would have been a 1 start review. HE is the sole purpose of the 5 stars. I placed a pick up order Friday night, received a text saying it was ready. I came into the store Saturday about 11:30. Yes, it was busy. No, I was not in a rush. I left at 1:30..for a pick up order... I Went to customer service and was directed with my receipt to the garden center for pick up. I stood in line at the garden center and noticed an employee stocking an item. I asked where I go for a pick order. She replied, i don't know. I don't work over here. I probably gave her a look as...but you are here now..because when I got back in line, she went and asked. I drove around as directed for pick up and was told. "I don't do that. That's fulfillment". "I'm not doing fulfillments job" is what I faintly hear from another. "Hey, so and so, call fulfillment" and Told me to park over in a dif spot. A SWEETHEART of a man Enters, Mr Curtis..to show me kindness. He didn't leave at his scheduled time to help me retrieve my order that was never filled or even located in the garden center.. His customer service of owning it and making it right far outweighed the lack of customer services held by the others. I'm unsure of where the ball was dropped and the order never filled, however, where in the world did "I don't do that" become an employees go to response? Mr Curtis Aaron, THANK you for seeing my frustration and helping me get back on Track to a beautiful day!! You are appreciated.

Not many people in here to assist you if you need something. Also because of the location it seems there out of stuff a lot or don't have a good stock in place. If the store is out of power then there should be somebody from inside sitting outside to let customers know before you get out of your car and walk into the store. They keep this place pretty clean and the employees they do have are friendly.

We were shopping for a new washing machine & our sales lady was extremely helpful & seemed to know what she was talking about. Her knowledge concerning the protection plans was also very helpful. When she checked to see if it was in stock, we were told it wasn't & that it would take up to 2 weeks for them to get it & then we received a call the very next day saying Lowes had it at the store, which was wonderful since we didn't have a washer. Lowes totally exceeded our expectations!!

I was approached by an Associate in the garden department. She was marking down fall display flowers, and asked if I was interested. I graciously accepted her offer, then went to self checkout. I asked the self checkout associate if he could adjust the price because it wasn’t showing the discounted price when I scanned it. His response was, “they never mark anything down this low”. I explained that the Associate just marked it down, and it was a display. He repeated that they would not have marked it down. I walked back to the garden department and found the Associate and explained what was happening. She said, “he must be new because we mark them down all the time. She walked with me back to the self checkout and verified that she marked it down. My problem is, he should have called back to the garden department, or called for a manager before insinuating that I was lying. That’s bad customer service LOWES. Please train your Associates better.

Great selections of fire pits online. And a couple in the store. Prices for the fire pit I wanted are too high so couldn't buy. But oh well

I mean go in get what you need. Nah lowes is awesome. However I do miss porter cable power tools. I don't believe they carry impacts, Sawzall, and batteries, at least not in Hendersonville. But awesome customer care. And hey, kobalt is just as good.

The guy who mixed our paint was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the lady at the cash register was super funny and nice. When I went to the bathroom my stall didn’t have tp, and I was in the middle of debating my next course of action when a worker came in and asked if anyone was out. She was also really friendly. Overall great customer service.

Lowes is a good alternative to Home Depot. They actually both carry products the other may not. I believe Home Depot has more to offer in the way of the Top tier brands and their products. If they were side by side I'd go into the Home Depot for sure but I'd also not hesitate to shop at Lowes if needed or more convenient.

This is a very nice store one of the finest in the Middle Tennessee area. They are well staffed, friendly, and very helpful. The two things I really like about this store is 1. They have a need assistance button at the paint department. This is the only one that I know of in the area very helpful you don't have to spend 20 or 30 minutes trying to locate someone. Also their check out registers are newer and actually work they also give you the option for a email copy of your receipt at the self checkout.

The associates were very helpful. We purchased a patio furniture set. I was a little disappointed that they charged for each piece to be assembled. I thought there would be a flat fee for this since you don't pay bare minimum prices. I am looking forward to receiving my patio furniture.

Ordered a custom door, paid in full including for delivery. Door has been “received” for two plus weeks, they did not call to schedule delivery, I had to call to find out the details of the delivery which was a window of time they just gave us with no options. They missed the delivery window after I took off work to be available for it. The automatic call alerting me of the delivery, came 2 hours into the delivery window, which would have been of no help as a notification if I hadn’t called. Use of their automated system result in “order cannot be found”. Calling the store results in 4-5 minutes to answer, followed by 12 seconds of communicating with zero interest in solving the problem, followed by another hold cycle, and eventually someone just picks up and ends the call. Let’s not forget the fiasco of ordering the door where it took almost an hour for them to figure out how to ring up the door after it was customized. Been a loyal Lowes customer for a long time, but I have no idea why. Pretty frustrating for them to take my money and completely fail to provide the product and less than zero customer service once they swung and missed. Very disappointed, will have to drive over there to get any clarity.

Needed a few things: Evergreen fertilizer spikes Knee Pads Enjoyed looking to see if they were in stock before going to the store. That was really helpful. Plus like that is showed the location of the items, but these specific items were not easy to locate. Spikes said left rack bay 33, went to the outside garden area and found the area but not as quickly as knowing. Knee pads were in aisle 59, but no good signage for that location until you found the item as the signage is in a corner and about as tall as me. I found the item, then the aisle sign after. Either way, all good really like knowing something I needed is in stock before I go so really appreciate that. Thank you Lowes!!

It's a hit and miss. Sometimes they have everything that you need and sometimes they don't. Every staff member I've encountered has been helpful. Stuff on the delivery side I would avoid. We bought a fridge that had a dent in it that was small and had a price reduction because of that. Well we got it delivered and it was a mess. They missed our delivery multiple times and came at times when no one was available after they have been told that no one could be there at some of their suggested times. They delivered way before their estimated arrival time ( delivery is at 12pm and then show up at 7am). Our fridge ended with multiple dents in it after "attempted delivery" from being loaded and unloaded and Lowe's was supposed to replace the door, but I guess you can guess what didn't get replaced after 3 months. Granted that it was marked down from the original dents, but we still paid $1300 after tax and that is a good chunk of change. I would expect it to at least be handled professionally, but hey I guess that's asking for too much and the product I purchased doesn't matter. So far, Lowe's is giving us the run around and is refusing to do anything. They act like they are not responsible for any damage that occurred. If you are purchasing any appliance, go to Home Depot or a different store.
