My mother and grandmother had a terrible experience at this hotel. They had just stayed at a Best Western the night before which they promptly checked out of after it smelling like urine and having mold all over the bathroom. Hopeful, they checked into the Days Inn. Instead they found roaches in the room and a faulty air conditioner that was pouring water. If youโ€™d like to become roommates with some roaches by all means stay. Otherwise, do not stay at this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in and after we found there's no fitness room, went to the assigned room. Opened the door, smelled of mold bad. Looked around there's mold in bathroom. The place was filthy: dead bugs all around the floor. I went back to the office immediately and demanded a refund, which they tried to argue about policy. I threatened police, so they finally gave in. I'd rather sleep in my car.

Checked in one bed was dirty still had crumbs in the sheets and human hair all over. Wife's feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor. They did change the sheets on one bed for us. 8:20 a.m. they barge in the room to clean it and change towels I think didn't give us a chance to answer there's no actual lock on the door as in a safety lock so they can just come in whenever. The noise level outside being next to the road was horrible. White substance all around the microwave and fridge we wiped under the microwave and the cloth came out brown. Not staying the second night. The owner in Indian lady is very rude. Definitely no corporate control. Forget breakfast they were only serving bags if that.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice. The rooms were horrible. The first room we were put in did not have any linen and it was missing the iron. The young lady was quick to put us in another room. The second room smelled better but the beds were filthy. They had not changed the sheets. There was also no linen. We went to the office to get new sets for both the bed and bathroom. It did nlllllot smell clean. So I sprayed the room down with bleach to be able to sleep comfortably. They advertise a light breakfast but breakfast is not served. You cannot go in the lobby. They keep it locked at all times. You can only talk through the window or ring camera. At check out the manager refused to give me a receipt and they were not on property. They were home speaking to me through the ring camera. How unprofessional. They have one housekeeper trying to clean over 50 rooms alone. Things are getting missed like cleaning properly, clean bedding and linens in the bathroom. The TV in the room only got regular channels because the owner refused to pay their Direct TV bill. The phone in the room was missing the keypad and the clock was broken. Can't believe such ridiculousness. This is the correct location. How dare you try to lie. Please do not visit this location. It's horrible and the management is very unprofessional.

Just left this place. This place is a dump and we are challenging our credit card bill. There were long hairs and hair balls on the sheets when we pulled back the blankets. The bathtub/shower knob was so hard to push/pull or open you could have broken your arm. The tub had not been cleaned properly ( used stacked soap from previous guest on the side of the tub and old drain stopper was laying on the side of tub with a dripping faucet that had to be muffled by washcloths. The TV did not work. There was mold on the backsplash on the bathroom vanity. The morning desk clerk was rude after we gave him details of the issues in the room and after we asked to speak to management he told us that they would not be in until 3:00 and in a moment or two she appeared at the door and starting swearing at us. I know it was Labor Day weekend but not worth the price of $123.16 (including tax) We are relocating to the area and had just arrived and this Motel gives Hendersonville a really bad impression, so sad because we moved here to find a home in the mountains that we love! I would give this place a minus number!

Overall, great experience. Hotel staff were easy to work with. There was miscommunication with employees but overall with our 6 room stay, it was fine to work with.

Beds not made. Had to haul luggage back to vehicle and go back to office to get a different room. No drain plugs for either the sink or the tub. No iron just the ironing board. No breakfast in the morning although it was advertised there was absolutely nothing. When they only have one person working at a time it makes it tough for them to be able to give good customer service

Worst Hotel EVER!!!!!! Tried to check in , but no one was at the night time check in window. Waited 20 minutes while continually ringing the bell. the staff was asleep in the lobby. Beat on the door with no luck. finally he awoke and checked me in. Room was dirty. No breakfast as advertised. On the last night they called the room at 9pm to aske me to come to the window to check out as noone would be at the desk in the morning. Once again no breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Much better choices out there.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Had a room with clothes in the drawers, open drinks in fridge, and we could not use the sink because of a water leak. No towels or shampoo. Called downstairs and were told that room was not complete so we were not supposed to be staying in that room and yet that is the room we were given. Beds were like sleeping on a rock.

DO NOT REPEAT. NO NOT STAY HERE EVER The rooms are fine, but don't leave anything of value or it will be stolen by their housekeeping. Even something as simple as mens cologne isn't safe. I am a traveling salesman who only leaves very good or very bad reviews, in other words i don't nicpic especially a 2 star hotel/motel, I know what I'm getting. This hotel broke the biggest cardinal sin that any hotel whether 1 star or 4 could do, stole from a guest. Owner, of course, is a nasty Indian woman who will only argue instead of resolving problems. Wouldn't know hospitality if it was in her face. There are quite of few people going in and out of rooms but no cars in the parking lot.For the number of guests with cars, there seems to be twice as many housekeepers and maintenance people. No coffee or breakfast although advertised on the sign. There are plenty of other better hotels for the same price. In the area. I hope this saves you any aggravation.

Me and my family stayed here for one night and it was easily the worst hotel weโ€™ve ever stayed at. The room smelled bad, there were stains, hair, and holes in the sheets, we found two random socks, and trash that wasnโ€™t thrown away in the closet. It was by far the dirtiest hotel room Iโ€™ve ever stayed at. Will not be returning ever.

This was perhaps the dirtiest, worst kept place I have stayed. From the dead insects in the drawers to the crud in the corners of the bathroom to the missing lamp shade to the dirty upholstery to the cracked/missing tiles on the walkway to the dirty refrigerator and microwave -- it is hard to know where to begin. Every piece of furniture was in poor repair. Even the vending machines were completely empty.

Just a quick stop on a road trip. As expected for an inexpensive hotel. The only downfall was it was advertised as having free breakfast. It did have the notation that option may be limited due to Covid which was fine as long as there was something available. However, when we arrived and checked in at 10 at night we were informed that were not offering breakfast at all. We specifically choose this location over others because of the breakfast option. We would have choose a different hotel had this been properly advertised. Being a on a road trip our goal was to have a few stops as possible. Unfortunately that late in the evening was not the time to find a different hotel.

The room smelled like old smoke. The TV was a joke, Roku would not stay on, Had two remotes, could not even watch a show because it would not stay on. The curtain had a tear in the shape of a person when it is dark the light shines through. I had to stand next to the sides of the tub when I took a shower because it felt like the bottom of the tub was going to fall through. The cost was way too high for the quality of the room. We had stayed at a Days Inn in another state and had a wonderful stay, this location sucks!!!! I do understand the circumstances of the economy but the price was crazy for the accommodations.

Do NOT stay here! The place is a total dump - dirty, dead bugs on walls, shower handle ripped off, NO shower curtain, terrible dog/smoke smell (in non-smoking room), ripped off door safety latch. Check-in staff unknowledgeable and rude. No towels in room, when requested we got one hand towel and ONE big towel - when asked for more were told not possible. Large groups of men hanging out in front of rooms. Free breakfast advertised, but lobby closed and no breakfast available. Supposedly because of Covid - when all restrictions are lifted and big sign by hotel still advertises free breakfast. At check out in the morning we wanted to mention some issues but nobody there at all. Rate of $186 ridiculously overpriced for this dump. Stay away from this place!

Room was dirty so I was switched to another room by the sweetest guy ever. But the room I got switched to smelt like urine, was dirtier than the first one, the picture that went on the wall was broken and in the closet, didn't have and towels it was cloths, was missing a chair, I've of the drawers didn't work. Half USED condiments for the coffee. I really feel like going and getting the housekeeper and cart, bringing both the housekeeper and cart with all it's necessary disinfecting and cleaning supplies over to my"room" and showing the person how your SUPPOSED to clean a motel.

Go further up the hill to Ramada or Red Roof Inn. After checking in I was told lobby was closed and no breakfast or even coffee. The counter at night window was greasy with crumbs. Should have been my first clue. Convenient to interstate but very noisy road, traffic, trucks all night. Room adequate but looked as if they put lipstick on a pig. Door difficult to open and close. When closed so warped light showed 6 inches at bottom. Bases for beds stood 6 inches from wall so my small dog immediately went there. Came out covered in dust bunnies and who knows what she may have found to eat. I blocked with wastecans and suitcases. Next a.m. I went exploring and found the 2 locations up the hill. Red Roof was clean, cheaper, continental breakfast and no pet fee. That's definitely my place in Hendersonville.

I picked Wyndham for this trip since I had used their app to drive cross country when I moved. The features that I needed on that trip were a refrigerator, a small gym and a safe breakfast. I got these at every stop I made in my 3750 mile trip in August 2021. Now September 2022, no breakfast, no gym at this place. The lack of free breakfast is due to lack of staff, and probably patrons, and has nothing to due with COVID. The first room I was sent to was not even made up. Why would the desk clerk not know that? The next had no refrigerator and smelled like cigarettes. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Stayed in that room one night, but the cigarette smell bothered me too much. I was offered another room which did not smell, had a refrigerator and cockroaches. There was a shirt hanging on the back of the bathroom door, so apparently it is a theme to not look behind the door. Then I got locked out of my room when I stepped out to talk to my sister. Took more than 20 minutes to get back in after getting new keys and the desk clerk changed the batteries. Low batteries are a consistent theme, remotes, locks. No preventive maintenance here. Oh, yes and the rooms are just plain gross and dirty. Floors not even swept, let alone washed. There is "stuff" on the walls and doors that I don't even want to know what it is. Maybe some were dead cockroach marks where another person killed some. I cleaned the ones I killed in the middle of the night out of the bathtub with the washcloth I hope they replace today. I do agree with other reviews that the beds are comfortable. Do not stay here.

Filthy.. My mom and grandma came to visit me and stayed here. It was a disgrace to Hendersonville and the beauty here. They also tried to overcharge them because they are older. I made sure they changed that price. Place smelled and a half of toilet paper on roll cofee maker dirty and dusty. I was very disapointed

Where do I begin....The room looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Looks like housekeeping just changed the sheets and left the room. Previous guests items left in Shower and fridge. Coffee maker didn't work and neither did the shower. No breakfast as advertised right on their marquee. Please, I beg you, do not stay here. 3/6/22

This place is a dump!!! DO NOT STAY HERE.. No cable tv (remote didn't work anyway), only two (thin) towels, no wash cloths or bath mat, had a smoke alarm that beeped all night due to dead batteries. Coffee pot was disgusting, No cups for coffee anyway. No breakfast like advertised. When I called front desk no answer, I went to front desk at 7pm and was told manager would be back soon and would bring a cable box... At 10:45pm front desk called to see if I still wanted the cable box?????? Never got towels or cups or even an apology. Nothing was ever resolved. Don't waste you $90 here...

Room is gross, toilet wasn't properly clean, towels are gross, shower is broken and you have to mess with it to get it to turn on and off without breaking the handle, the room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room and they advertise breakfast but when asked they said they don't serve it due to the virus even though the person behind the desk wasn't wearing a mask and no other protections were put in place to protect the consumer. The saving grace for this review is the fact that you're right next to a Krispy Kreme and a Starbucks. Find somewhere else. I've been in motels that were cleaner and had better accommodation.

First off, you should know that there is a hidden pet fee of $50 if you have a hidden pet. The front desk will remind you multiple times upon check-in that pets are not allowed without paying for them. Now, on to the room experience.... No clean towels in the room but they were gracious enough to leave a filthy washcloth and dirty towel for us. As we went to use the key card to enter the room, the door just opened! How convenient! The deadbolt on the door would not engage and a lamp was askew and nearly falling over on the table when we walked in. Front desk would not give us towels until we verified that there were no towels under the sink which I had clearly established before we went to go ask for new towels. The tub had a major spongy spot across the entire bottom. Glad neither of us fell through! Granted, the room was less than $100 for the night but I expect a baseline level of professionalism and cleanliness and there was neither.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean enough minus a few hairs in the tub and a couple stains on some towels. Be careful with the water temp, it can quickly get to scalding hot or ice cold. Pet friendly, lots of space for pets.

Totally good. I wouldn't normally leave a review for meeting basic expectations, but before staying at this hotel we stayed at a really awful one which is somehow rated the same. Clean, towels, soft beds, 5 stars. Deserves better than the low rating it has.
