My
now
3-year-old
daughter
had
a
ruptured
appendix.
This
was
successfully
treated
and
she
recovered
quickly!
However,
there
are
also
many
shortcomings
that
have
made
life
very
difficult
for
us
there.
-
The
rupture
of
the
appendix
was
not
recognized
until
3
days
after
the
first
examination
because
the
examination
was
not
carried
out
in
a
timely
and
thorough
manner
-
Communal
toilets
on
an
infectious
ward,
so
my
daughter
also
caught
the
rotavirus,
which
set
us
back
a
lot
-
Very
unhygienic,
the
rooms
are
not
even
cleaned
for
30
seconds,
there
was
even
old
blood
on
the
floor
-
Far
too
few
staff,
you
had
to
beg
for
a
doctor
to
come
from
the
rescue
center
-
The
assistant
doctors
were
mostly
very
unfriendly,
annoyed
and
disinterested
-
although
the
antibiotic
had
to
be
given
regularly,
it
once
took
6
hours
until
a
new
line
was
placed
and
she
received
the
antibiotic,
they
played
with
my
child's
life
here!
-
dr
Dubenhorst
is
a
very
competent,
friendly
doctor
who
takes
his
time
and
explains
everything;
the
surgeons
were
also
very
nice,
competent
and
helpful.
-
Some
sisters
were
nice
and
helpful,
some
the
opposite,
so
very
mixed.
Sometimes
I
waited
10
minutes
for
someone
to
come.
Nevertheless,
I
am
grateful
that
my
daughter
was
successfully
helped
and
that
she
got
well!
That's
the
most
important!
Perhaps
the
appendix
would
not
have
ruptured
at
all
if
the
appendix
had
been
properly
examined
and
the
appendicitis
recognized
in
good
time.
The
assistant
doctor
leaned
very
far
out
of
the
window
to
make
the
decision
himself,
although
she
had
been
seriously
ill
for
2
weeks
and
I
had
described
all
the
symptoms
of
appendicitis.
(Original)
Meine
mittlerweile
3-jährige
Tochter
hatte
einen
Blinddarmdurchbruch.
Dieser
wurde
erfolgreich
behandelt
und
sie
ist
schnell
wieder
gesund
geworden!
Es
gibt
hier
allerdings
auch
viele
Mängel,
die
uns
das
Leben
dort
sehr
schwer
gemacht
haben.
-
Der
Blinddarmdurchbruch
wurde
erst
3
Tage
nach
der
ersten
Untersuchung
erkannt,
weil
nicht
rechtzeitig
und
gründlich
untersucht
wurde
-
Gemeinschaftstoiletten
auf
einer
infektiösen
Station,
daher
hat
sich
meine
Tochter
noch
zusätzlich
das
Rotavirus
eingefangen,
was
uns
wieder
sehr
zurückgeworfen
hat
-
Sehr
unhygienisch,
die
Zimmer
werden
nicht
mal
30
Sekunden
sauber
gemacht,
auf
dem
Boden
war
sogar
noch
altes
Blut
-
Viel
zu
wenig
Personal,
man
musste
drum
betteln,
dass
ein
Arzt
von
der
Rettungsstelle
kommt
-
Die
Assistentärzte
waren
größtenteils
sehr
unfreundlich,
genervt
und
desinteressiert
-
obwohl
das
Antibiotikum
regelmäßig
bekommen
musste,
hat
es
einmal
6
Stunden
gedauert
bis
ein
neuer
Zugang
gelegt
wurde
und
sie
das
Antibiotikum
bekommen
hat,
man
hat
hier
mit
dem
Leben
meines
Kindes
gespielt!
-
Dr.
Dubenhorst
ist
ein
sehr
kompetenter,
freundlicher
Arzt,
der
sich
viel
Zeit
nimmt
und
alles
erklärt;
die
Chirurgen
waren
auch
sehr
nett,
kompetent
und
hilfsbereit.
-
Einige
Schwestern
waren
nett
und
hilfsbereit,
einige
das
Gegenteil,
daher
sehr
durchwachsen.
Manchmal
hab
ich
10
Minuten
gewartet,
bis
jemand
kam.
Dennoch
bin
ich
dankbar
dafür,
dass
meiner
Tochter
erfolgreich
geholfen
wurde
und
sie
gesund
geworden
ist!
Das
ist
das
wichtigste!
Vielleicht
wäre
es
aber
gar
nicht
zum
Blinddarmdurchbruch
gekommen,
wenn
gleich
vernünftig
untersucht
worden
wäre
und
die
Blinddarmentzündung
rechtzeitig
erkannt
worden
wäre.
Da
hat
sich
der
Assistentarzt
sehr
weit
aus
dem
Fenster
gelehnt
die
Entscheidung
selbst
zu
treffen,
obwohl
sie
seit
2
Wochen
schwer
krank
war
und
ich
alle
Symptome
einer
Blinddarmentzündung
geschildert
hatte.
