I
gave
this
hotel
5
stars
because
the
setting
was
lovely
and
I
think
the
staff
does
the
best
with
what
it
is
working
with.
I
would
read
the
pluses
and
minuses
before
choosing
to
stay
here.
Pluses,
the
room
was
very
quiet.
I
never
heard
anyone
near
or
above
me.
The
grounds
are
like
a
park
and
are
peaceful
and
relaxing.
There
are
places
to
sit
around
the
property.
The
outside
dining
area,
overlooking
the
pool,
was
lovely.
There
was
a
firepit
and
the
restaurant
staff
is
wonderful.
Having
the
restaurant
on
site
was
a
treat.
It
is
not
outstanding,
but
is
very
good
and
not
having
to
drive
anywhere
is
a
big
plus.
They
have
a
great
Happy
Hour
and
nice
offerings
on
the
menu.
The
bath
vanity
was
a
nice
size
and
marble.
I
liked
the
deep
sink.
The
water
pressure
was
great
in
the
shower.
One
big
negative
was
that
no
desk
was
in
the
room.
I
was
lucky
that
this
stop
was
a
break
from
work
and
only
for
2
nights,
so
it
was
not
an
issue.
But
I
would
not
choose
this
property
for
a
working
trip.
Which
is
odd,
since
there
is
a
conference
center
here.
Some
of
the
bedside
plugs
did
not
work.
This
is
an
older
property,
so
yes,
there
were
mildew
stains
on
the
bathroom
grout.
The
toilet
was
older
and
ran
for
quite
a
while
after
flushing.
The
a/c
was
a
little
loud
and
the
chair
fabric
was
not
clean.
The
carpets
are
worn.
The
first
day
it
was
difficult
to
figure
out
how
to
get
to
the
restaurant,
as
the
signage
in
the
hotel
is
poor.
I
ended
up
walking
through
some
tunnels,
which
were
not
in
great
shape
and
musty.
Found
out
I
could
just
walk
across
the
lovely
yard
when
I
returned.
Unfortunately,
I
had
trouble
finding
my
room
coming
in
the
front
of
the
building.
After
the
first
day,
I
figured
out
how
to
access
the
different
areas.
This
was
my
first
stay
at
a
Tapestry
Collection,
which
I
had
expected
to
be
a
step
above
a
standard
Hilton
property.
It
is
not.
For
a
short,
relaxing
stay
I
would
visit
again.
