The receptionist was very pleasant and was very helpful. My wait time in the lobby was very good. I have seen Stephanie in the past and she has always proven to listen and take time to answer my questions. She is caring and it is obvious how much she wants to help you start feeling better.

She is just amazing. Very, patient caring and highly knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. She got me asking are you going to be an MD one day? Go Adriana !keep on with the good work! Another thing, the ladies at the front desk are courteous..... great reception!

The front office staff, nurses, and NP Herndon were all wonderful, friendly, and helpful. I felt like I was listened to and an action plan was put in place quickly. I highly recommend!

A little long of a wait. Staff out front was very pleasant. I liked Stephanie (PA) She was very interested in my situation and got me an appointment for an endoscopy in February. She was thorough and professional.

Stephanie Herndon was very professional and thorough when I finally got to see her. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15 and I was seen at 12:45. That was most inconvenient as I had to head out of town that afternoon. And there were very few patients in the waiting room. I have found this medical office to be most untimely in their appointment scheduling. That is the reason for the 3 stars.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Nurse had a wonderful attitude and was easy to talk to. Stephanie is knowledgeable and very easy to talk with. She takes time to explain the answers to questions in terms that make sense to you. Wonderful visit.

I have been unable to see the doctor. They are constantly canceling the appointment. They have canceled my appointment 4 times. The next available is always 3-6 months away. I am so tired of waiting. I'm in the process of looking for another a practice.

She was very thorough, explaining everything that I would be going through, made me feel much better about the test I would have done on me.

Adriana was great to work with. Gave me plenty of time and was fully engaged.

First visit. She was great. Actually the entire office was great. I was in and out and rescheduled no problem.
